INTRODUCTION

This is the first piece of a story I'm writing (obviously) but I haven't completely finished yet. This is also my first time on this site, so sorry if I haven't got it all quite figured out yet. I have a basic storyline, and I know where I want it to go; I have the skeleton of a story, just need to flesh it out some. Here is what I have so far.
A young pegasus named Alistair Featherflight is alone because he's made fun of and looked down on in Cloudsdale. Why? Because he only has one wing. He's so ashamed and afraid that he does't want to leave the house. Here we begin his quest to find friends who will accept and love him.
As I said before, this is a work in progress. I will continue to write as inspiration strikes, but I'm going to publish what I have in pieces and relatively unpolished because otherwise I'll continually go over it and over it and change everything. I want to get the main story out there, sort of test the waters, and depending on the response I get, I'll continue to write. Thanks everypony!
