The Doctor has returned to Ponyville to prevent a paradox from occurring thanks to the actions of Discord in the past to enlist the help of Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle.

Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash struggles with her decisions and questions her worth as a friend as Twilight struggles with the difficulties that come with her new position of power.
