After a farming accident that nearly killed her, Applejack wakes up from a coma in an abandoned hospital. She steps out into the world she had long forgotten. Dead walk the lands, feasting on the living, while bandits ransack buildings and towns for supplies. Survivors are rarely found, let alone anyone not willing to kill you, and getting bitten, possibly scratched, is a death sentence.

But what Applejack wants to really know is if her family and friends are okay.
