When You're Happy And You Know It....
One year after the accident....
Pinkie and Twilight were at Sugar Cube Corner, enjoying some fresh cupcakes that Pinkie had made. Twilight was talking about how it was like to fly and live in the Canterlot castle.
Laughter echoed the air as the two friends gossiped.
The roar of laughter came to a halt as they finished their cupcakes. "Hey Twilight...." Pinkie said calmly. "Do you remember last year.... After RD's funeral..."
Twilight lowered her head slightly, her smile faded. "Yeah... with..... you know..."
Pinkie nodded. "Yeah. You know, I wonder where it went."
Twilight raised her head again and smiled. "Somewhere far away from here!" She said, patting Pinkie's shoulder.
The rest of the day was quiet, Pinkie said goodbye to Twilight when she headed back home and to say hi to Spike for her.
But, whenever Pinkie stepped into her room later, she had time to think. She thought about the demon, and where it went, and if it.... would ever come back.
"What if it does come back?" Pinkie asked herself. Then she shook her head. "Nah, it wouldn't come back, we killed it.... right?"
Soon, she got up to go to her closet. She was planning on going to the beach in The Bahama's tomorrow. So she needed to make sure that the balloon was good and in tact.
For twenty minutes she sat down, checking every inch of the balloon to see if there were any holes, or rips.
After that she laid down peacefully on her bed to go to sleep.
Over at Twilight's house, it wasn't so peaceful.
Her dreams weren't dreams, they were... nightmares.
It's a pitch black room, Twilight can't see anything. And she, can't move either!
"Hello?" She tries to say, but nothing comes out.
It felt as if she were gagged, and chained up. Even her wings felt like they were chained up as well.
Suddenly, a bright light flashed on.
She could now she that she had a skull shaped gag in her mouth strapped to her head. And also her body was rapped in chains and was chained to a wall and her wings were spread apart to her sides and chained up.
"Hi, Twilight Sparkle...." A voice emitted from the brightness.
"Mmm Mmmph?" She tried to ask 'Who's There?' but was still muffled by the gag.
It laughed, then emerged from the brightness.
It was a dark pink maned pony that didn't look exactly like a pony but very similar to one. Her hooves seemed to have claws sticking out of them that slowly crawled back inside it's skin. It's eyes were a bright red. It's coat was a faded pink and looked like it had a slice around it whole stomach, like it had been sliced in half.
Twilight gasped. It was Pinkamena, THE Pinkamena, the demon.
"Hah, do you recognize me now? I mean, you did murder me." It chuckled the disappeared and reappeared beside her left wing.
"Why look at you, you've certainly done a whole lot this year, huh? Princess...." It's fingers stroked through her feathers as if counting them.
"Mmmph!" Twilight screamed.
"Oh sorry what was that?" It chuckled then slowly removed the gag.
Twilight blurted something she might regret.
"YOU'RE NOT REAL!" She laughed a little nervously.
Pinkamena fake gasped. "I'm not!" She said sarcasticaly. "Now, why WOULDN'T I be real?"
"Well, because, I KILLED you!" Twilight screamed.
"Haha, Demons don't die unless you do something special." It said slowly.
"What is it?" Twilight asked.
"Why would I tell YOU?!" It yelled. "You would just kill me for a lifetime....!"
Silence filled the room, and during that silence, Pinkamena started turning into a more demonic version of Twilight.
Bright blue eyes and dark faded purple as skin, the mane was just darker and her claws were on it's wings and some sort of sharp edges were on it's shoulders.
This was definately a powerful demon.
"You're next, Twilight Sparkle..."
Twilight woke up instantly. "AAAH!"
She rubbed her head. "What was That?"
Twilight sighed. Then she walked over to her mirror to brush her mane.
As she was brushing her mane, Twilight thought she saw a flash of something.
It looked like, Demonic Twilight, like she saw her demonic form!
Twilight pushed it all aside and said it was fake, maybe just a hoax.
But inside her mind, she thought, "Is It Real?".
