This is a fimfiction about the little filly, Applebloom trying her best to earn her cutie mark by trying numerous things ( this is based on the song, "Miles" by dBpony ). Will she ever get her cutie mark?

Prologue

I sigh as I walk down the grey sidewalk inside Ponyville and look up at the blue sky as a crisp wind blows through my body.

"W-when!"

I would say with a tiny salty tear just running down my face.

~Sniff~ "When will I get my cutie mark!? I want it NOW!"

I cry loudly with my hooves covering my my round eyes.

Now let me tell you a story, My name is Applebloom and I live with my big sis, Applejack; along with my granny and big brother… I love them sooo much. We live in Sweet Apple Acres, Picking then Selling Fresh Apples from our farm, I am different though 'cause I don't have mah cutie mark yet.

Chapter 1: Mah Whole Story

Hiya everypony, mah name is Applebloom. I am a filly who works at my home with mah family; Applejack, mah big sis who is the best anypony could ever have, Granny Smith, mah granny who is mah most favorite and also who help find Ponyville, and last but not least Big Macintosh, mah big brother and he doesn't talk to much at first because he is shy so he will say "eeyup" a lot of times. I also have two friends at mah school; Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo and we call ourselves the "Cutie Mark Crusaders" because if you seen our flanks... well they are...blank soooo what we try to do is try a lot of ways to earn our cutie marks.

I thought that I was the only pony who didn't have a cutie mark, but when I was invited to a party that was hosted by Diamond Tiara, two other fillies trotted up slowly and helped me keep from Diamond Tiara hurting mah feelings by saying that all three of us are special because since we don't have our cutie marks yet, we get some more time to find out what our cutie marks will be in the future and Tiara's plan of humiliating me backfired and we then had a great time at the party.

I have some other great pony friends outside of school; such as Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Fluttershy and each one of them always will find a way they can help when mah big sis isn't around and I really appreciate it, but I moslty count big sis and I know we sometimes fight and sometimes we ignore each other but we do that only because we care about both of us and our safety and there is no denying that she is very honest when it comes to sisterly love.

I enjoy selling apples and I would like to tell you that one day, there was this one pegasus who was very nice and he arrived in Ponyville not so long, he looked like a meanie but once I talked to him he said he would love to buy some apples but he didn't have enough money to buy apples and a house. He tries to earn some bits by trying to help everypony and he is a very great friend!

2 years passed as I was in Ponyville and one day I trot down the fields of Sweet Apple Acres

"(Gosh... time sure does go quickly.)"

I say to myself with a frown on mah face as I remember memories of mah past and 3 words just come to mah mind and repeats.

Hey Blank Flank! Hey Blank Flank! Hey Blank Flank! Hey Blank Flank! Hey Blank Flank! Hey Blank Flank!

Stop it! Stop! bwahaha!

~I cry loudly as I run through the orange field and the wind whispers to the trees and i start to sing a song.

♫ This is all seems very unfair. How come everypony else has theirs?

I'd be lying if I said I could wait because I really want mine right now

It kind of hurts when everypony stares

To look at my flank and see there's nothing there

I'm not gonna sit down and cry, but sometimes it's just too much

I have tried so very hard to find a place where I belong

But instead of making peace with myself, I sing a little song

so I wake up, everyday

hoping that nopony else will say

(Hey Blank Flank!) how does it feel to not be special at all?

truth be told I'd rather hide

cover my face so we can't meet eye to eye

But big sister always drags me out and says I really shouldn't think like that

(Applejack's Speech goes through mah mind)

You can't rush things like this sugar cube, a cutie mark comes with time

I know it's not something you want to hear, but how'd you think I got mine?

"I've heard this all before...!"

You'll find that special talent that will make you realize why you rushed things all before

One day it'll come

And it's gonna make you giggle

It's gonna make you smile

The kind of one that's beautiful and goes for miles

Think about it every day but you've gotta wait until then my dear

(even if it takes a year)

I know where you're getting at sister, but the thought to me is torture

Gotta find a better way to get my mark much faster so I can finally stay

On this journey and quest of mine I'll find a way to get it with much less time

What do I do and where do I start

On my journey to discover my cutie mark?

If time is money and pain is gain then I will endure these silly games
