The War for Equestria

The city of Manehatten was a bright and beautiful city.There resided Equestrias greatest DJ,Record Friction.He was widely known and very talented.But there was only one thing he has every truely loved and that was his sister,Vinyl Scratch,whom lives in ponyville.As philies they grew up making music together.
Record was an average height unicorn with a light gray coat and a black on blue colored mane,with a tri-spiked tail that matched the color of the mane,with a cutie mark of a vinyl record on fire.Record was thinking of some new music ideas when he dozed off.He was having a dream.But it also seemed familiar to him.he realized it was also a flashback.
He saw himself and Vinyl together during Vinyls birthday.He turned and picked up a huge present,about twice the size of Vinyl at the time.She started tearing through it like it was her last present.Her eyes grew wide and she turned to Record and gave him the biggest huge she had ever given anypony.She had gotten her first turntable set.Vinyl got all the wires hooked up but she didn't check the volume and bass level.She played so loud that all the windows in there hometown got blown out.But nopony was upset for at that moment she got her cutie mark and was known for her bass cannon from that moment.At the end of the day Vinyl and Records mother walked up to them with a camera."Vinyl,Record,say DJ."said their mom.As the camera flashed Record woke up on his couch.He rubbed his eyes with his forearm to wake himself up.
On the lamp table beside the couch he saw a picture of that day on Vinyls birthday.He remembers everything,the stage in the background,the party in the living room,and him and Vinyl together.He let out a sigh and walked over to his desk.His horn glowed a bright blue and levitated a quill.He dabbed the quill tip into an ink bottle and wrote on a scroll...

Dear Vinyl ,
I know its been a while since we last wrote,but I have made a decision.In the 10 year we haven't seen each other we have kept in touch.So I've decided to leave Manehatten for a while and come visit you for a few months.I'll be coming in by hoof so I can get a taste of the outdoors again.I should arrive in about 1 weeks time.I can't wait to see you again sis.

He gave the scroll to his pet black falcon."Take this to my sister,Vinyl,in Ponyville.you should remember where it's at."said Record.His voice was slightly deep but calm and friendly.The falcon bowed and flew out the window at breakneck speed.Shortly after Records best friends,Cyber and Toxic,came knocking on the door.Cyber and Toxic were the same height as Record.Cyber was a pegasus and had a light blue coat with a silver mane and ragged tail,with a cutie mark of binary codes.Toxic was an earth pony and had a black coat with a neon orange and green mane and tail,his cutie mark was a nuclear bomb symbol."Oh hey guys."said Record.
"Hey Record."said both ponies.

"Hey you wanna see my latest invention?" asked Cyber.

"Oh sorry I can't.I'm getting ready to go to ponyville by hoof and I'm leaving at the crack of dawn."

"WOW! Ponyville I've heard alot of things about that place.Hey can we tag along with you ?'' asked Toxic."Sure but you should get home and start packing ASAP because it's gonna be a long walk."

"ALRIGHT ROAD TRIP." said Cyber running back to his house.Record let out a slight laugh."Okay I'll meet you here tomorrow Toxic and tell Cyber that too."

"Sure thing see ya Record."

"Bye." said Record shutting the door behind him.He stared out the window of his house,smiled,and procceded to his room to pack.
