LONE SURVIVOR

Chapter 1
"My name is......not that important anymore, I guess." Rainbow Dash said to herself. "Used to know how long I'd been here. Now I have no idea. Been a while since the outbreak started, that much I know. Holed up, with the sound of those things outside. Monsters, I guess you'd call 'em. As far as I know, I'm the only one left. The lone survivor. Can't go on much longer though... Almost out of supplies... And if there's anyone else alive out there, I need to find them. If nothing else, ... I don't wanna die alone." she says before falling asleep.
She suddenly wakes up in a hallway. She shrugs and walks down the hallway. She then walks inside a room with a pony with a box on his head. "Oh, look, double-espresso. Might as well drink it." Rainbow Dash said. Suddenly, a flash of white sends her to another hallway. She walks down and then the lights go off. "What's going on here?" She asked. Then, the lights turned on with a pony who was thin, missing a face, and was naked. "Damn! It's one of those things! I don't think it can see me..." Rainbow Dash said. She looks look behind it. "Wait... Looks like there's a hiding spot just behind it... I'll see if I can sneak past." Rainbow Dash said. She walks slowly behind the monster then hides in the spot. She moves past it then leaves the spot. She ran to a curtain. "Might as well go through." she said. She enters and sees a mare. "Hello... Hello? Are you ok?" Rainbow said. "What's that you're holding?" she said. Rainbow Dash touches the mare and the mare disappeared. She then picks up a flashlight. "I got some kind of pocket flashlight. Let's try switching it on." Rainbow said. She clicks the flashlight, it reveals a mare laughing and then she suddenly wakes up from her sleep. "Damn, my head... Got a pounding headache." Rainbow said to herself. "Damn night terrors... No better than the days! Well good morning flashlight, old friend...It's time to face the outside world." She said, turning on the light. She decides to visit her kitchen. "Yuck, what the heck is that smell?" she said. "It's coming from the fridge. Might as well take a look." she said. She opens the fridge, finding rotting meat. "Ugh, well, I guess I'll stock up on some. Might come in handy." she said. She then picks up a cat plush. "Sleepy Cat, Fluttershy's favorite cat plush. I guess I'll keep it, 'til I find her, at least." Rainbow said. She goes out of the kitchen and heads out to the apartment hallway. She finds a map. "Might as well take a look." She opens the map, seeing a mark on room 203. "That was Applejack's place. Why would anyone mark it here? Well, I should just make my way there." she said. "Oh, and there was a note." she added. "Might read it now." she said. It said:
'Don't set off without a map! Even if you do know your way around. Things keep changing, you see. By the way... I think I have a way to get past those things... I worked out they're attracted to the stench of decay. When I'm having trouble getting past them, I leave some rotten meat down to one side of a hiding spot. Then I can hide as they come towards me. It's best to avoid them, you see.'
"Hm, great thing I stocked up rotten meat." she said, proceeding. "Damn, more of those things. Let's try that tactic that letter told me about." she said. She places a piece of rotten meat down and then hides behind the monster. When the monster began eating the meat, she left the spot and proceeded. "Apartment 205, used to hate this apartment." she said, approaching the door. She opened it and suddenly encountered a monster. "GAH!" she said, running to the bedroom. She closes the door, scared. "Keep it together, Dash." she said. She approaches a squid stick and a pack of beef jerky. "Why, not." she said, taking both. She decides to enter another door. It was the bathroom, but there was a large, gaping hole on the wall. "This is not...real." Rainbow said. She touches it, it was real, alright. "Might as well go through." she said.
CHAPTER 1 END
CHAPTER 2
The place inside the hole terrified Rainbow Dash. "Don't worry Dash, it's all in your head. Stay awake." she said to herself. She shook her head and walked towards a seemingly endless hallway. She saw a large thing. "No way this isn't in my apartment block anymore." She said, Then she heard a monster chasing her. She ran towards a hole and entered it. "I made it! I thought it would never end." she said, panting. She opened the door, finding out she was behind the monster. She sneaked past it by opening the door behind her and running. "Oh, damn it, more of those things." she said, seeing more monsters. She sets more meat down then hides, so the monster ate it, giving Rainbow Dash time to run. She managed to, and reached Applejack's place. "Hm, there's music playing, might as well check the rooms out." she said. She opened a bedroom. "Oh, look, Smarty Pants." she said. "Might as well take it." she said. She then heads to the other door, a party was going on! Applejack was there standing next to the fire escape. Rainbow Dash talks to her. "Hey, AJ, what's this all about?" she asked.
"A party." AJ answered. "You brought her doll?" AJ asked. "Uh, yeah, here." Rainbow answered, giving the doll. "Good, go out if your ready." AJ said. Rainbow shrugged, she went out with AJ. "So, what do you need?" Rainbow asked. "Just take it." AJ said. "Take what?" Rainbow asked. "The gun over there." AJ said, pointing to a handgun. "So you realize that I need the protection, at least." Rainbow said. "Yeah, you'll need it. I'm not the one to judge." AJ said. Rainbow takes the handgun. "Wait, where'd Applejack go?" Rainbow asked herself. She went back inside the apartment. The monsters have overrun the party. "Well, I guess I need to take 'em out." Rainbow said, pulling her pistol out and aiming. She fires the pistol multiple times against the monsters. The monsters eventually died. "What the hell happened here? There was a party going on a while ago." she said.
