In ancient days, the land of Equestria was peaceful and prosperous. But then, one thousand and fourteen years before the days of Twilight Sparkle, a dark influence overtook the Princess Minor, Luna, and she transformed into the Queen of the Night, Nightmare Moon. A dark influence has been cast under the once-peaceful land, and only few ponies can stop the darkness from overtaking the world. And only one Princess can lead them to their ultimate victory.
