Peachy Keen, as it Seems

Being so close to the upcoming town still took some time so I decided to ask Tick to play Hoof Cake (Our version of Patty cake). It was kind of confusing till we got a nice pattern going. After a few minutes I decided to step it up a notch! I clapped our hoofs in a faster pattern. I could see in Ticks eyes that he couldn’t keep up, he finally slipped and I took it to my advantage and decided to declare myself the Hoof cake champion!

Finally the train came to a stop; I heard a sigh come from Rocket as he turned to Wiz.

“Let’s try to blend in with the other ponies getting off.” Wiz looked at him with a smirked and decided to reply sarcastically

“Oh, yea, we are going to BLEND in with the other ponies. Especially since one of us has no cutie mark, another is too dramatic, and we are the only two that are actually able to control ourselves.”

I instantly disagreed with him in my mind. Wiz talking about the show and playing around is not controlling himself, and I’m behaving! Just because I don’t have my cutie mark doesn’t make me anymore obvious to other ponies that we as a group don’t belong!

I became frustrated but followed the others as they began to walk off the train as Wiz and Rocket kept talking about what’s going to happen.

Somehow I ended up in front of our group and was the first to step off the train, I tried not tripping with the crowd of ponies and found a place to stand out of the way of the other ponies as I waited for my friends and then saw them. The main six! Twilight, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow dash, all looking at me! Wow! I can’t believe it! Are they here for us? I was so amazed to see them and squealed a little but then I looked at myself, and I was instantly embarrassed since they seem to be looking at me in a curious way. It’s because I have no cutie mark!!

I tried to create a smile as best I could to show I see them as well. They turned to see Tick get off the train and I breathed deeply being glad they weren’t looking at me anymore. I waved to Tick so he could see where I was standing.

They continued to look as my friends walked off the bus with curiosity, it seemed like Rainbow was extremely excited for some reason.

Finally Jacob walked off and Rainbow flew up to him in a rush asking if he was Rocket. He told he wasn’t as Rocket walked out of the train. Rainbow took one look at him and flew off looking disappointed. I wonder why.

Applejack walked up to Wisdom introduced herself only to be cut off by Wiz telling her about herself. He then continued to talk about the rest of the ponies as they looked at him in shock and I could see Rockets face starting to become more annoyed.

“Let’s go to the library and see what else they might know” Twilight said as she led the way.

I took this time to get in as much sightseeing as I could. I’ve never seen this place other than on TV and I wanted to enjoy it! I followed the others, Tick putting his guitar on his back and I could see Rocket deep in thought.

I had to hold in my squeals as we walked though from seeing so many ponies I knew from the show.

I saw Big McIntosh walking by and he nodded with a smile as if to welcome us! Then I saw Cheerilee she smiled brightly as we walked by, I was so excited! But then I also saw other ponies looking at us in curiosity and I noticed the rest of the group was really quiet as they walked.

We finally got to the library and walked in and were welcomed by Spike, well in his own way. He seemed surprised to see us all.

"I wasn't expecting you to bring them home Twilight," Spike said, stretching slightly, "What changed that?"

"Mister Inner Wisdom here knows more than he should," Rarity said, taking a seat near Spike. “All without us even introducing ourselves."

"Isn't that common already?" Spike asked, "You guys defeated three major villains and helped defend Canterlot during an invasion. Not to mention that Twilight is a Princess now."

"Quiet Spike," Twilight said, letting us remain standing while her friends took a seat, "I need to ask the four of you some questions before you are allowed to leave. Where are the four of you from?"

I had no idea what I would say in this situation. We all looked at each other wonder what we were going to say and will it make sense?

"Trottingham," Rocket said, we nodded as soon as he said that. He would know all the answers!

"How did you come to awaken in Canterlot?" Twilight asked as she walked back and forth

"We had a party a few days ago," Rocket answered, "I don't know what we took, but when we woke we were in Canterlot with no idea how we got there."

"Do any of you pose a threat to the security of Canterlot, Ponyville, or the rest of Equestria?"

"I can only answer for myself on this one," Rocket said, sweat rolling down the side of his head, "but I pose no threat to anypony."

“Me either” I said as I stood next to Rocket

“I pose no threat whatsoever” Yves followed

“Nor me” Wisdom said with a gentle smile

"Last group question," Twilight said, looking each of them in the eye, "How is it that you know so much about us without having met us even once?"

"Well that's easy," Wisdom started, "We...humph..."

oh no!

Twilight was surprised to see that Rocket used his magic to literally zipped Wiz’s mouth shut

"What he means is that we read the newspapers quite frequently," Rocket said "and so we read about you, the Elements of Harmony, and all the stuff you've done."

Safe!

Twilight was silent, watching us stand while she mauled over the answers she had been given thus far. I hope she didn’t think its suspicious that rocket answered most of the questions. I hope we can stay here in Ponyville

“Time for individual questions," she said, as Wisdom's mouth returning to normal. "Miss Peachy Keen, the first is for you. Seeing how you don't have a cutie mark I will ask this; would you like to join a club called the Cutie Mark Crusaders?"

That would be so wonderful! I can discover my special talent! I hope they accept me in there club! I realized I was silent this whole time and smiled shyly

"Really?" I silently asked, surprised my voice still worked and I received a nod from her, "well then, I would love to join them and find my place alongside them."

"Good," Twilight said, a stack of papers appearing before her and a quill that she used to write something down, She continued to ask the rest of us questions such as Tick having musical talent and of course he was quick to answer ‘yes!’ He was told to stay with Vinyl Scratch and Octavia. the lucky colt! It’s not fair I want to meet them!!
Wisdom was sent to be with Pinky pie, again how lucky! And Rocket was going to be staying with Twilight as her assistant librarian.

“Well now, how would you like to meet the crusaders?” Applejack said as she walked up to me

“That would be great, are sure they’re okay with this?”

“Yeah, they’re always looking for members, no need to worry” I followed her out of the library and began to walk to the crusaders tree house almost skiping along the way with a huge smile.
