This is the tale of a boy who rose up against tyranny to bring hope to his people.

An homage to Mecha Anime in general and Gurren Lagann in particular. In an alternate universe where Ponies rule the world with a brutal, militaristic society, the Diamond Dogs rise out of their underground homes to take back the land under the sky.
Note: Diamond Dogs in this story are a little more anthro than in the show. Ponies are the same.
