Camping on The Cliff

The ponies go camping one weekend near a cliff. At first, they have fun, but it becomes a disaster, and it's all Applejack's fault.
But there is a way to fix the problem, but it's very hard for someone like Applejack to do. Can she do it?

After everyone finished packing the 9 ponies (Mane 6 plus Cutie Mark Crusaders), they started their way up. After an hour or two they were FINALLY up there.

"APPLES! WHATS UP? THIS THE PLACE???? HUH??" Pinkie Pie screeched.

Her voice echoed. "HEY! WHO WAS THAT??!?!?!?!?!?"

"It was you, Pinkie," Applejack replied, the other ponies bursting in laughter. Pinkie smiled. She loved entertaining ponies, especially her best friends.

"Well, guys, get yall tents up," Applejack announced. "Kay?"

Everyone nodded. Everyone put up their tents, each one bigger than the last. Well, it was fun. Yeah. Until the next morning, it was fine. Next morning, Applejack woke up 5 AM sharp. She got the ponies up. "Come on! Come on! Yall gotta see the sun rise, can't ya?" The ponies all woke up and by then it was 5 after 5. "What's all the fuss about?" Twilight said, yawning. "We usually get up three hours after this." "I know, honey, but-" Suddenly there was a tiny shake. "WHAT WAS THAT?!?!? WAS THAT A YETI??? I HOPE A YETI ISN'T HERE! A YETI IS WORSE THAN AN EARTHQUAKE!" Pinkie Pie screamed. Suddenly there was another shake, bigger than before, wobbling everyone off their feet. There were more shakes and more shakes and more and more until a REALLLLY strong shake. "Ugh!" Rainbow Dash screamed. "THIS SHAKING HAS GOT TO STOP!" Suddenly there was a screech. Everyone turned to Twilight, who was hanging for dear life.

"OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!" Pinkie Pie shouted. Twilight looked around. "Okay..... HELP!"

"DON'T LOOK DOWN TWILIGHT!" Fluttershy screamed. "YOU! MIGHT! DROWN!"

"I get it Fluttershy, but the more you yell, the more of a chance I'm gonna look down and fall to my DOOM!" Twilight replied, holding her hardest. Rarity came over and held onto Twilight's hooves. "It's okay, everything's gonna be alright," she whispered. "This is- THIS IS JUST CRAZY!" Applejack shouted. Suddenly there was another really strong shake, so strong Twilight had no choice but to let go.

"OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Pinkie Pie screamed. Every pony gathered round, watching in fear as the purple unicorn disappeared into the lake.

"OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!" PInkie Pie screamed. Tears streamed down her cheeks. "OH MY-"

"Pinkie would you please stop saying that? It's annoying." Rainbow Dash questioned. Tears were also streaming down her cheeks.

"HOLD ON A MINUTE!"

Fluttershy stepped out from the crowd of weeping ponies. "I'll go."

"WHAT?!?!?!" All the ponies screamed.

"No, really?" Rarity asked.

"Yes, really," Fluttershy replied. There was another shake. "And that starts now." She jumped off the cliff and zoomed down to the lake.

She took a deep breath and disappeared.

Meanwhile, in the lake, Fluttershy began swimming. Searching around everywhere, she couldn't find Twilight.

She came up and screeched, "NO SIGN OF HER!"

Suddenly a bubble popped near her. She ducked under and saw Twilight.

A few minutes later, Fluttershy zoomed up to the cliff, holding Twilight. "There. I did it." She said.

Twilight started coughing a little, and then opened her eyes. "Uh.... what happened? Who are you?! WHERE AM I!?!?!?!?!"

she screeched.

"You're safe," said Fluttershy. "Welcome."

"So, um, WANT TO HAVE SOME FUN?!?!?!?!?" Pinkie Pie, a pink awesome pony, screamed.

A country pony (you know Applejack) was carrying essential things for a trip.

"APPLEJACK!" Pinkie Pie screamed again. Applejack jumped up and almost through the window! "Oh my gosh, you okay Jackie??? Huh? Huh? You okay?"

"Yeah I'm o-" Applejack began, rubbing her head with her hoof.

"GREAT! HEY! What's that big suitcase thing for? Are we gonna go to a hotel? Cause if we are, YAY! If we're not, awwwwwww!" Pinkie Pie interrupted, bouncing around. "Pinkie, it's essential needs for a campin' trip. We're goin' this Saturday. Now, please stop bouncin' around!" Applejack replied, a little stern look on her face.

"Okay.... WHERE'S IT GONNA BE????" Pinkie Pie shouted.

"A cliff, duh," Applejack replied. "It's got a wonderful lake at the bottom, and I know a path we can follow to get there ta swim!"

"How high is the cliff?" Pinkie asked, running in circles.

"Before I answer the question," Applejack began, " 1. Why are you runnin' in circles? And 2. You are very curious today."

"1. I'M GETTING MY E-X-E-R-S-C-I-I- however the heck you spell it! And 2. I WANNA KNOW SO MUCH SO I CAN BE SMART LIKE TWILIGHT!" Pinkie Pie replied, STILL running in circles.

"Well asking questions like that ain't gonna get ya very far, sugarcube," Applejack replied. "Sorry."

"PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!" the pink mare screamed.

Applejack, extremely confused, asked, "Uh... what?"

Pinkie Pie, louder than ever, screeched, "HHHOOOOWWW HHHIIIIGGGH IIIIIISSSS THHHEEEEEE CLIFFFFFF!"

Applejack remembered. "Oh, yeah, it's about 400-600 feet high. Don't know honey."

Pinkie's eyes went puny. "OMG!"

Applejack kept on packing on. "Why don't ya go ahead and pack up?" she questioned.

"OH! YES!" Pinkie Pie screeched. She zoomed away to her house and starting packing.
