Peace and Death

"Got it?" I asked the fillies.

"Got it!" They jumped up and down in excitement.

" I cant believe that we have a monster helping us!" The orange one fluttered her wings. Insolent filly......

"I'm sure we will get our cutie marks in no time!"  I sighed.

"Lets make one thing clear" I caught their attention " I am a God of Death,my real name is Mot and you will address me as such when no one else is around. Do I make myself clear!? " They yelped and Immediately nodded their little heads.

"...Whats Death?" The orange one blurted after a moment of silence. She must joking...

"SOMETHING THATS GOING TO HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU DON'T KEEP YOUR LITTLE MOUTH SHUT!" I bellowed in anger,causing the filly to be pushed back by the sheer volume.

"..So its a bad thing?" The white one asked this time.

"Yes!"

"So that means you are a God of Bad things?" The yellow one tilted her head in confusion.

"Yes!"

"So your special talent is making bad things happen?"

"Do you want your mark!?" They looked at each other and nodded."Then no more questions!" I sighed and turned around.

They may be annoying, but no matter.. I chuckled inwardly. Everything is going according to plan  I grinned inside my coffin. Mot. You deserve a pat on the back

"Look there they come!" I heard the yellow one shout, so I turned my head towards her. Perfect.. I thought as I saw the fast approaching group of mares.

"Applebloom! Are ya alright!?" The orange mare,panic evident in her voice rushed to hug "Applebloom".

"I'm fine Applejack! I was just playing with Mister Tom" She winked at me and I nodded my head in response.

"Oh Sweetie bell!" The white mare hugged "Sweetie bell" Albeit more gently." I was so worried about you".

I felt someone tapping my coffin. I turned my gaze down and noticed Fluttershy staring up at me. I smiled down at her." You really thought that I was going to do something to these little fillies, did you?" She sheepishly looked away.

"I'm sorry that I doubted you Mister Tom.." She looked at Twilight who was in the process of catching her breath. I leaned down. " She could have teleported you here.." I whispered and Fluttershy nodded her head.

"I tried to tell her that you didn't mean any harm, but she was so sure that you were going to harm the fillies and immediately rushed through the door.." She whispered back.

" So this weirdo didn't do anything to harm you?" The rainbow maned one asked the fillies.

"Nope!" They responded at the same time. She turned towards Twilight. "I guess you were just overreacting Twilight" Who in return sighed and lowered her head.

"Sorry.." She apologized. "Lets just return to the library then.." She slowly started to walk away.

"Yeah! We need to part-" The pink pony stopped when a hoof was showed in to her mouth.

"Not now pinkie.."The rainbow maned one scolded and removed her hoof.

"Aaww.." "Pinkie" Deflated a little, but nodded her head and followed Twilight. Just as planned I grinned victoriously.

"Come on girls!" The fillies also followed the mares. " You too Mister Tom!" Applebloom called.

"Coming" I levitated after them. Kiyahah.....

Library

The fillies and the mares were seated in the living room while I just leaned against the wall again.

"Now then!" Twilight popped from the kitchen."Since we have conformed that you are not a threat, I think it would be best if I asked you some questions!" She pulled out scroll and a quill. I had to answer so many pointless questions today, so no..

"I'm afraid that I feel a little tired actually" Her ears fell a little." But I promise that I will answer your questions tomorrow"

"Could you at least tell me what that things was?" She asked with puppy dog eyes. MY EYES!

"The wraith?" She nodded and I sighed "Fine..." Her ears perked up again.

"A wraith is the spirit of a sentient being. When one dies theres a slim possibility of being turned into a wraith." She scribbled in her scroll.

"What does a wraith exactly do?"

"It gathers the souls of the dead, but not all wraiths do that because they got corrupted by something" I glanced at the fillies and noticed that they weren't paying any attention.

"So it was a corrupted wraith then?

"Yes" I nodded my head.

"How do you know all this?" She asked with a quizzical look. Well I kind of have the power to create wraiths...

"Its something that has been passed down in my family for generations" She scribbled something on her scroll again and nodded.

"Spike!" She called out, resulting in a tiny purple dragon rushing down the stairs.KIYAHAHAHAHA! My Sides! KIYAHAHAHAH! I almost died laughing internally when I saw the dragon and had to close my coffin for a second.

"Umm...Twilight whats that?" The dragon pointed at me.

"Hes a visitor,his name is Tom"  Twilight explained.

"Greetings young Spike" I bowed my head.KIYAHAHAHAH!

"Nice to meet you Tom. Names Spike and I'm a proud dragon!" His chest puffed with pride. ............KIYAH-

"Indeed you are" I smiled.

"Spike could you send this letter to Princess Celestia?" She gave him the letter.

"On it!" He took the letter and rushed upstairs again.

"Now then! Tom. Me and the girls are going to the Sugarcube corner to discuss about where you could stay." The mares got up and went for the door." Could you watch after fillies while we are gone?" Twilight called out from the door.

"Of course" I smiled at her and she smiled in return,closing the door. They must still have doubts..hmm...How should I gain their favor?........AHA!

"Attention!" I called to the fillies and they quickly formed a line in front of me."I have the perfect plan to get those mares to trust me more"

"What plan?" They asked at the same time.

"Simple.Its something only a God of Death could do perfectly..." I paced around the fillies.

"And that is?" Sweetie belle asked this time. I started to slowly turn.

"We are going to...."  Their eyes widened in anxiety. "Cook!"

"I'm going to wow their taste buds with my homemade cupcakes" If theres something that humans thought me its cooking! I owe those vikings one..

"But Pinkie pie is the best baker in Equestria!" Scootaloo spoke with a smug confidence. What!?

"Yeah..I doubt you could make cupcakes as well as Pinkie does" Applebloom continued. IT.IS.ON!

Cooking Time!

"We will see about that. Applebloom! You get me all the ingredients that I need.Scootaalo! give me something to cover my coffin. Sweetie Bell you will help me with everything else." They hastily nodded their heads.

Scootaloo handed me a pink apron which i tied around my coffin. It begins... I grabbed a nearby bowl.

"Eggs!" I grabbed a hand full of eggs from Applebloom and threw them in the bowl.

"Flour!" Applebloom gave me a bag flour which I ripped open and added to the bowl.

"Liquid butter!" I squeezed the entire bottle in the mixture.

"Finish the base while I will get the secret ingredient!" I gave the mixture to Applebloom and teleported away.

2 minutes later...

I teleported back to the kitchen, my apron slightly red.

"Take a break"  The fillies nodded and went to the living room. Once I made sure they were out of the hearing range, I took my ingredient from my coffin.

"Mince the pork meat!" I threw the chunk of beef on the table "God of Death style!" I punched the meat several times.

"Add it to the mixture!" I threw it in the mixture.

I ripped the kitchen cabinets door out , tossed it aside and grabbed a dozen cupcake molds.

"Fill the molds!" I carefully filled the molds.

"Oven!" I punched the oven window and threw my molds in.

"Pork Cupcakes. Done!" I ripped my apron of and went to the living room.

"Clean up, fix the kitchen and take the cupcakes out"   I leaned against the wall. Now we will see whose the best cook..

The fillies sounded excited, muttering something about getting cleaning cutie marks as they went to the kitchen.

"We are back!" Twilight called out. Just in time

"Perfect timing! I just finished making some cupcakes for you all" I gave each pony a nice red colored muffing.

"Aaw..Thanks Tom!" Pinkie pie immediately ate hers, the others following suit.

"These are absolutely delicious!" Rarity praised me.

"I think Pinkie has competition" Rainbow nudged the pink pony.

"Well ah reckon this is the best cupcake ah have ever eaten" Applejack had a goofy grin." Yah think you could tell me whats in it?"

"Thats a family secret Miss Applejack" I grinned.

A family secret indeed...
