'Jake, I'm sorry. I'm sorry about last night. Right now, I don't even want to be alive. I've caused my friends too much pain, I've made too many mistakes... If you read this, it probably means I'm dead. Jake, please, forgive me for my mistakes...'

| "Oh, Jake. That was the best fuck of my life... Ahahah..." Dylan says, as he moves up on Jake's body.
Dylan leans down, and their lips meet, their drunken breath going inside each others' mouths.
"Dyl... I love you, Dyl. You make me feel so good..." Jake tells Dyl in between the breaks of their kissing.
"I'm sorry Jake... I'm sorry Jessi.. Please forgive me... I never wanted to hurt anyone... I can't forgive myself for causing this much pain..." Dylan said to Jake and Jessi, knowing they couldn't hear him.
Dylan balled up his fists, and prepared to slide off of the one thing keeping him alive. A sudden increase in the weight of the air almost pushed his chest to his knees, keeping him from falling. As the air returned to its original state, he turned his head and nearly screamed at what he saw next.
"Y-y-you're a... A FLYING CARTOON PONY! WHAT THE HELL?" Dylan nearly yelled at the sight of this strange new creature.
"I'm not a cartoon, though... Wait, you're a human! Gah! D-don't hurt me! P-please!" This new creature panicked.
Dylan got up and walked over to the pony, and laid a hand on her yellow wing.
"I won't hurt you. Only God knows how many people I've hurt... I won't dare hurt a defenseless creature."
"[size=10]R-really..? Y-you won't... hurt me or throw me in a dungeon or anything..?"
"No. I promise. Wait, who are you anyway?"
"I'm.. Flutterhrmhr..."
"I'm sorry, what was that..?"
"I'm.. Fluttershurmrm.."
"Come again?"
"*Quiet squeal*"
"I'll just call you Eepysqueak. Eepysqueak, where'd you come from?"
"I'm from.. Equestria.."
"What's... Equestria..?" Dylan asked, scratching his head, a very confused look on his face. "You know what? Nevermind. Just... Go back. You don't wanna see this."
"Wha-Hey wait! No!" Eepysqueak yelled (her yell only being that of someone's normal volume).
Dylan ran and jumped from the rooftop of the building he was on, and plummeted down towards the empty streets. Eepysqueak quickly reacted and flew well over her limits to reach Dylan. She barely reached him, and held him, barely slowing his speed. Before she knew it, POOMF. Dylan hit the ground hard, and she teleported back to Equestria without choice. Eepysqueak cried right as she landed on Ponyville's streets. She turned her head and saw Dylan's bloody body lying next to her, and cried out.
"RAINBOW DASH, TWILIGHT, ANYPONY! HEEEEELP!"
In an instant, Rainbow Dash was there.
"What's wrong, Fluttershy!? Are you hurt!? TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON!" Rainbow Dash yelled, worried.
All Eepysqueak could do was point her hoof at the body of the supposedly-dead human.
"We gotta get this guy to Nurse Redheart! Help me pull him, Fluttershy!"
Dylan wakes up in a bed with ponies surrounding him.
"GAH! WHO AND WHAT ARE YOU!?" Dylan screams in surprise.
"You don't remember us..?" Fluttershy asks.
"I don't even remember meeting you! Who are you!?"
"I'm Fluttershy. I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name last time. Who are you?"
"I'm Dylan. What's with everybody, Fluttershy?"
"You mispronounced everypony. These are my friends. Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack. We've all been very worried about you."
"I'm fine. Just move so I can get out of bed, please."
Dylan moves to sit on the edge of the bed, and stands, then falls before screaming.
"OW! Why am I hurting so badly?"
"Well, Fluttershy here told me that you were try'na kill yourself by goin' an' jumpin' off a buildin'. She reacted purty quickly and flew well beyond 'er limits, and grabbed ya. It wasn't enough to keep ya from hittin' the ground, so you ended up with some bones broken near your chest and two sprained hooves." Applejack explained, pointing at Dylan's feet near the end.
"Er... These aren't hooves... They're feet... AND WHAT!?" Dylan screamed, panicking once he realized he had broken bones.
At that moment, the pain hit him like a bullet in the groin. He screamed, and clutched his abdomen in pain.
"Stop! If you do that, you'll only make your injuries more severe. You need to refrain from moving for the next couple of weeks," Came a comforting voice, accompanied by a white pony in a nurse hat.
"Hello, Nurse Redheart. We were just about to leave. Come on, girls," Twilight commanded.
"Wait, a couple WEEKS!? That's probably gonna be how long it's gonna take for my friend to right my wrongs on Earth! I have to help him!" Dylan yelled.
"No. You can't. Besides, we haven't been able to perform such a spell. Teleporting from one dimension to another has only been done by Celestia, Luna, and Star Swirl the Bearded. And even they only performed it once to one other dimension, then back. We're so very sorry."
"What..? God damn... I... I..." Dylan just about broke at that moment. Right as he remembered his friends, everything just came pouring out.
"We'll be visiting three days each week to help you, Dylan. I promise," Fluttershy assured Dylan.
"O-okay..." Dylan said, barely producing an understandable version of the word.
With that, they all left him in his room. And he was alone...
