Applejack sat in a waiting area of the airport, Waiting for something while reading a magazine labeled "Times". She looked up at a rainbow pony waiting by a food vendor. Her name was Rainbow Dash, as she was here for the same reason as Applejack. As she looked at her, Dash looked back and nodded. She smiled and looked to her left, where a purple mare was standing near a window. The purple unicorn, known as Twilight Sparkle, looked at her and nodded. Applejack got up and walked to another area, passing a yellow pegasus mare with pink hair. She tapped her hand twice and continued, the yellow mare looking at Twilight and nodded. As Applejack continued, A white unicorn mare, as well as a pink earth pony mare, passed her. Both whispering something as they walked past. Applejack turned and sat in another waiting area, looking at the clock.
As the clock struck 12: 30, gunfire erupted from down the corridor, many people screamed as the guns from someone else fired out. Applejack stood up quickly and pulled a G-36 assault rifle and cocked it back, running to the source, as Twilight and Dash followed. Dash had an M1 Grand, and Twilight held a fully automatic Uzi. Applejack ran down a second hall and lifted her gun, firing at 2 stallions in black suits holding light machine guns. Both of Applejacks shots hit the offenders directly as the two dropped dead. She continued to run as four more stallions ran into the opposite end of the hall. She slowed and lifted her gun again, aiming and firing fast, as well as Dash doing the same, the recoils of the guns causing the guns to jump back. Each stallion dropped dead, blood littering the white tile floors as Applejack slowed, but the white mare and the pink mare running ahead from behind. The white, known as Rarity, Held a SPAS-12 shotgun and the pink, known as Pinkie, Held an MTAR Assault rifle, each with a supressor, but no other attachments. Pinkie ran out of the hall and fired at 3 other stallions, Rarity shooting only one. As they stopped moving, the rest caught up.
Applejack spoke. "Alright, Twilight and Rarity, you cover the D Wing. Pinkie and Ah will cover the A and B. Dash, you take Fluttershy and cover the C Wing. Do I make myself clear?"
Twilight and Rarity replied first. "Affirmative" they said as they ran off to they ran off to their designated area.
Dash spoke as Fluttershy, the yellow pegasus mare, had just walked in. "Got it, AJ" she replied to her. She spoke quickly to Fluttershy and they both ran off, Fluttershy carrying a Dragonov sniper rifle with a laser sight and high powered scope, plus a silencer. Applejack nodded to Pinkie and ran to the B concorse hallway. She raised her weapon and Looked for any hostages. Pinkie stopped and spoke.
"Shhh...listen" Pinkie silenced as a slight chopping filled the air, and it was growing louder. A look of shock struck Applejack as she started to run back. She shouted into a walkie talkie as she ran
"Chopper inbound, take shelter! Fluttershy, you have a go to take it out!" She shouted. Within seconds, her voice replied.
"Affirmative" was all that was heard before heavy gunfire from an Apache helicopter filled the air, as well as its rotors chopping the air loudly. Applejack ran into a restroom with Pinkie as its barrage continued.

Fluttershy ran to a tall desk, hopping onto it as she aimed her rifle. As the chopper came into view, she smiled as she zoomed into the cockpit. She waited for it to come just a little closer, and as it did, she took her shot. Her single shot penetrated the cockpit's glass hatch, striking the pilot in the side of the head. Blood splattered over the shattered glass as it veered left, towards her area. She shot up and started to run as the chopper collided with the large skylight, still flying forward towards her. She slid right into a restroom as the helicopter slammed into the ground near the exit. She shields herself a bit as it slides down the hall, ripping to pieces as it knocks out multiple small stands. As it slid to a halt, Fluttershy walked out slowly, seeing Rainbow Dash and Rarity advancing towards the wreckage slowly. Their weapons were raised as Dash kicked open the hatch, revealing two dead stallions. One had died from Fluttershy's shot, the other from the impact.
Applejack walked over, then tapped Rarities shoulder. She spoke, her western accent clearly gone by now "Rarity, I need you to do a quick sweep of the area, check for any civilian casualties. Take Pinkie with you" Rarity nodded and ran off, taking Pinkie with her. Applejack looked over to Dash, who was studying the bodies. "Any info on the two?" she asked her, walking over
"All I know is, this chopper wasn't theirs to begin with" She replied, looking at the rewired console. She rummaged around the pockets of the body, her eyes widening as she found something in the pilot's pocket. As she pulled it out, it was clear that this was more than just a random attack. "Hey AJ, C'mere. Check this out." She stood, handing over a peice of paper.
"What's this?" She looked at the slip of paper, reading it. Although it was in a different language, she could read it,rom a previous experience or skill. Obviously f Her eyes widened as she started to walk away. "Rarity, Pinkie! Report back here, ASAP!" She shouted into her walkie talkie. Twilight and Fluttershy had been doing a sweep of the area as well as they heard Applejack and returned.
"Applejack, is something wrong?" Twilight asked, a bit concerned. Applejack looked at her, then Fluttershy, and sighed
"All of this was a distraction...Their real target was Canterlot."
"What!?" Dash yelled in surprise as she walked over, sheer shock in her eyes. "How could that be possible!?"
"Dash, calm down! Screaming like a brat wont solve anything!" Applejack snapped, shooting a cold glare at her. Rainbow Dash backed down slowly as Applejack addressed the team again, giving an order as Rarity and Pinkie returned.
"Rarity, see if you contact Shining Armor or Luna. Fluttershy, call in an Osprey for pickup. Dash and Twilight, Stick with me. I'm going to see if i can contact B.A.C.K.ground and C.H.A.O.S." The team nodded with agreement as they did their designated assignments.
