"Who Cares?"

Who cares?

Such simple words but what meaning do they have?

To one such as I it means the world,

And perhaps to you it means nothing.

I need someone to care for me,

Someone to simply seek for my wellness.

No one will do that, no one will try that.

I am all alone.
