Steve's Oddests Adventures
Prolouge
I have decided to start recording my thoughts and happenings due to the unusual events recently in the off chance there is someone else out there who will be interested in the memoirs of a crafter and a survivor. Oh, who am I kidding? I'm the only one out there except Him. I vaguely remember him, like a memory from another person. Who is He?
Day 109: I had woken up at dawn like always and I had gone outside to my farm and collect my wheat and Melons. I was preparing to build a brewing addition to my house when I realized I only had sticks left. I grabbed my Iron Axe and went to the woods that are about 200 kilometers from my house to the South. I had arrived and luckily with only one problem of a skeleton hiding under a tree.
I had collected an entire stack of wood logs when I noticed the sky was an orange and purple color, like when the sun sets. I looked at my clock -still glad I decided to craft that- and noticed it said it was only noon. I look back at the sky and noticed what looked like a small bolt of lightning slowly descending to the plains far west of my house. I quickly ran back to my house and grabbed my Enchanted Diamond Sword that I crafted a fortnight ago but never used it and a few buckets of water, a bow and arrows, and food along with a stack of torches.
I ran fast to the plains which were about 1,000 yards from my house. When I made it about half way there was a large explosion and a flash of black light. That made me run even faster because if I remember correctly there was a village in the middle of the Plains. I ran over the Extreme Hills separating the Plains from the Tundra where I live.
