Acceleracers: True Magic

Princess Celestia, Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rarity gathered in a meeting room in the Canterlot Castle with Doctor Whooves and his assistant, Derpy Hooves.

"We are dealing with a critical problem here," the Doctor said, "we have discovered that the creatures called 'Humans' have access to a portal they call the Wheel of Power. Thousands of years ago in their time, a race of Humans called Accelerons magically constructed multiple different realms for racing in multiple different planes of existence. They connected the realms to their Wheel of Power using permanent wormholes. At the end of each realm was a mysterious card. Each of those cards, called 'Accelechargers', contains power. Each Human entering our world is searching for this power. We have learned that the Humans are competing for this power with other creatures known as Drones and Silencers."

"What does this mean for the safety of Equestria?" Twilight asked.

"It's a good thing you asked that question," said the assistant, Derpy, "you see, Princess Twilight, the Humans, Drones, and Silencers will all be racing mighty, dangerous machines for the Accelechargers. Since our plane of existence has been linked to the Wheel of Power via temporary wormhole, the Wheel will allow them to access our world through said temporary wormhole. Once them and their machines are here, they will ride their mighty machines to another portal at another end of Equestria that leads them back home. Once the portal closes, anyone that is left will be stuck here. Forever. So we must make sure that everypony in Equestria is safe from these machines, and that each Human, Drone, and Silencer makes it to the exit portal."

Everypony else in the room (other than the Doctor and Celestia) was shocked at Derpy's scientific knowledge.

"What?" said the Doctor, "you didn't think she was dumb, did you? She's just got a lazy eye and is clumsy when building or carrying things. That doesn't mean she can't be the greatest scientific assistant known to ponykind."

"Exactamundo!" Said Derpy humorously.

"Now, back to the matter at hoof. We have calculated that the Humans, Drones, and Silencers will enter through the Everfree Forest. Derpy and I have already set up a track for them to follow to get to where we think the exit portal will be in Vanhoover.
