It was morning in Ponyville, and things were looking quite grim.

FLASH... BANG!!

"Rainbow Dash!" yelled Twilight as her house caught on fire. "What's going on with the weather!"

"I'm not Sure." Rainbow called back. "The storm clouds just came out of nowhere!"

"Well then get rid of this dreadful weather then, Rainbow dear!" Said Rarity with distaste.

"I can't! I just go through the clouds!"

"Just go through the clouds?" Twilight asked "That's.."

KRAKOW!!

"Oh, my poor umbrella!" Screamed Rarity.

As they yelled through the rain and Rarity squabbled about her umbrella, a tall hooded figure came walking through town at a slow deliberate pace.

"I don't care if your books are burning! just put it out!" yelled Rainbow "Hey, who's that?"

From under the stranger's hood came a bright beam of light that shot into the sky and evaporated the clouds.

"What! but only Pegasi can control the weather!" Said Rainbow in disbelief.

The stranger lifted his hoof and pulled back his hood.
