Pony Attorney Joseph -False Turnabout-

At the little town of Ponyville everything seemed so peaceful in the day, however, during the night it was not known if it was safe to even look outside. All the ponies thought that their was something waiting in the dark, vast night for them to leave their house, but, their never was anything in the darkness.

Rarity was given a letter that morning. She refuse to accept this letter but the pony gave your the letter anyway she read the letter of request it clearly stated "Dear Rarity, We require your assistance because we know what you did not long ago, come follow the southern trail that leads out of Ponyville and head to the old bridge". Rarity was wondering of what they did know and how they got this piece of information so she told herself to meet with the stranger. (Bad Idea!)

Soon the sky grew darker and Rarity had to close up shop, and leaving for an important meeting. Lightning strikes at the ground, rain drops splash everywhere, and the trees are being blown with the wind. Rarity proceeded to head down the path leading outside of Ponyville! The more she walked away from her home the more unease she began to feel. She been walking for a few minutes then she stumbled upon an old bridge.

A Canterlot guard appeared at the bridge that he seems like he's waiting for her to cross. She began to follow the guard and was led to an old shack and instructed to "enter the shack". Rarity refused to enter and the guard just pushed her into the shack and saw guards surrounding the room. Rarity sat down on a chair and waited for some pony to tell her the situation.

For a while Rarity was about to fall asleep until Celestia came into the back door and sat herself down. For a minute silence was covering the room's atmosphere until Rarity asked Celestia "Why did you brought me here". Celestia brought out a scroll of paper, a quill, and a bottle of ink and began to write on the scroll but she didn't replied to the question that Rarity asked.

Then a guard came to the table and began to shout at Rarity for no reason so she tapped on the guard gently and asked "Why are you screaming at me like that"! The guard bursted laughing crazy then look on Rarity's face and saw that she was being serious about this question. It took the guard a minute but he told Rarity they are interrogating ponies for answer if they seen or know the whereabouts of a pony serial killer.

Rarity heard of this before but forgot about it and asked the guard "Who is the Serial Killer's name". The guard then mentioned the name "Shadow Spark" and how he murdered ponies each time the moon was gone (New Moon). Rarity had read papers on how ponies are being killed at stormy nights. Rarity then told the guard how Shadow Spark's killing patterns and how it can't be a coincidence!

Then Celestia had finished the report and told Rarity that she had to give Twilight a list of murders accountable for Shadow Sparks killing spree. Rarity thought it all was to much but she had thought of a great idea then said "If I deliver this list may I stay at the castle and sell my masterpieces". Celestia waited a second then replied "Sure, whats the harm".

-List of Murders handed to Rarity-

Rarity left the shack and was greeted with an escort she told the guard it was not recommended, yet, as she walked back the trail she saw the guard following her back to Ponyville. She finally was with the boundaries of Ponyville and looked back to see the guard was still on her trail. Rarity found it odd so she walked to the unicorn and asked him "Why are you following my darling"? The guard replied "I was instructed to guard you until the objective was complete".

When Rarity and the guard had reached Twilight's library she offered him to leave, but, he didn't even move an inch away. Rarity knocked on the door and saw Spike opened the door. She looked behind Spike, but she didn't see Twilight coming for the door so she asked spike "May I talk with Twilight for a moment". Spike was confused and told Rarity "But, Twilight told me she was going to meet you". Both Spike and Rarity were confused so they bid each other farewell and gave spike the List of Murders and told him to give Twilight the list when she does some back.

Rarity was back at Carousel Boutique and saw the guard walk slowly to her. Rarity told the guard his assistance was no longer needed. She goes inside only wanting to go to her room and fall asleep. Once Rarity was inside her room she looked out the window and see's the guard still waiting. She get Opal from downstairs and brings her to the bed, falls into a deep slumber, and dreams about the guard and how he is so mysterious.....

Awoken by the noise outside Rarity see's the guard missing and heard some pony say behind her "You must not live". She suddenly looks behind her and see's that pony without his uniform. Now, Rarity was officially scarred and muttered the words "What do you want from me". The pony then told her "Nothing with the sounds of death". Rarity didn't understand what it meant but once she re-scrambled the words and realized what he told her was "Death with the sounds of nothing".

He crept closer to Rarity then threw Opal to the closet and locked it. Rarity knew her fate but asked the pony for a question before her death. Then he said "Sure" as if he was knew it would be a waste. Rarity asked "Who are you and what do you want"? Then the pony said grabbing a weapon out of his bag "Through your papers they announce me as Shadow Spark." Rarity pounced on the Shadow Spark as he was rummaging through his bag and remembered a transporting spell Twilight told her and made the bag disappear from the room. The so called Shadow Spark was furious and pushed the pony out of the window.

Rarity had on the rough ground and saw that he was coming to finish her off. Rarity had to run fast before he caught her then shouted "HELP" when she was making her escape. Then he realize this would be bad for him if he gotten caught so he grab a branch and teleported to Rarity's location and finished her off. He took her body back to the Carousel Boutique and hid the evidence back on the tree..

He told himself "No one must know"  within the night forever missing.
