Phoenix Wright told me that he has been through this before. Every so often, he finds himself out of "ammunition", and his client is declared guilty. Suddenly another witness demands to take the stand, presenting new evidence or having remembered some new event that demands further examination.

This time, though, there is no new witness. Nopony rushes in to save the day.
