Normal life comes to a sudden halt when the whole of Equestria vanishes and is suddenly transported into the middle of a terrifying new world. An invasion made up of the many horrors residing out in the desert bares down on them from the horizon, with a loathing the likes of which the peaceful ponies of Equestria have never felt.

The dead world seems to have it in for them; Hollows rampage through every town and every city. The ghastly cold begins to freeze flora and farms. A terrible feeling emanates from below Canterlot. And there isn’t a single Soul Reaper in sight...
