The Great Apple Famine of '55, is depicted years and years ago. It stars Granny Smith at the age of a standard pony at about a decade after Ponyville was founded. Not only is Ganny Smith featured, but also some other family and close friends of hers that will be introduced throughout the plot. As you may have guessed from the title, she and the family experiences a great famine whithin their orchard, and face depression while Granny Smith can take the pain no longer. She must now find a way to restore her crops, let alone cope with the gray monotonous mood of the farm. More is to be heard throughout the story. May the amazement begin.
