Rarity trotted down rows of tens with Spike, looking for Applejack. She thought she heard an explosion nearby, (or Pinkie's random rambling. Ha. Alliteration) and came to see what had happened.
"Do you think it had something to do with...Pinkie's 'Pinkie Sense?' and there was an explosion planted by a doozy?" asked Spike, riding Rarity upon her back.
"Uh...I seriously doubt TNT would be anywhere near here. But still, something did happened around here somewhere," replied the classy pony.
They tried looking for anypony, but no one was around. Soon the big red barn of the Apples was visible for viewing. A familiar trio of ponies stood by the big doors. Big McIntosh was about to walk to the market with several barrels of Brae burns, Galas, Granny Smiths, and some Red Delicious apples with his littlest sister, Apple Bloom. Applejack got out of the kitchen with tens of apple pies, ready for sale. The regal pony started a quick, yet slightly elegant gallop for her.
The country mare quickly saw her, shouting, "Hey there, sugar cube! What'cha doin' 'round here?" As the elegant mare trotted down, Spike just 'levitated' in love and joy and watched her.
"Darling, I just hate to be a bother, especially on Market Day, but I heard an explosion when Sweetie Belle, Spike, and I were at Sugar cube Corner. What ever had happened, dear?" inquired Rarity, looking back at Spike, still 'levitating.' "Well..." she started then to explain what Pinkie did, and Derpy's race. For your convenience, this is skipped.
"Do you think we should tell Twi 'bout it, sugar cube?" asked Applejack. Rarity replied by saying, "Well, considering how well keeping secrets went when Photo Finish wanted to make Fluttershy a model and not me, yes. Spike?" The baby got a quill and paper out, similar to how Pinkie pilled the bottles out of nowhere, and started to write as Rarity began.
"Dear Princess Twilight,
It appears that Pinkie Pie may have taken three bottles of...actually what was it? Anyways, we are worried for our puffy, pink friend, so please be a dear and talk to her? Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

Rarity and Applejack."
Spike then wrapped it into a scroll, which was sent by a familiar green flame. He wiped his claws and grinned at the two mares. "Spike, shouldn't you be with Twilight?" asked Applejack, asking for an answer.
"Oh, he does, but Twilight sent him to live here for a while 'cause she got word that she'll get a new apprentice like she was Princess Celestia's, so she wants him to get back to adapting to Ponyville life!" The two mares and dragon looked around, surprised to see a third mare leaping out of an apple tree. (Or Bloomberg's 'daughter,' Agatha.) "Pinkie, what'cha doin' in Agatha?" inquired a surprised Applejack.
"Nothing. Just wearing out the potion," she said, unusually calm. Then, quite frightening due to silence, Spike burped out a letter from Twilight.
"I'll read," started Spike.
"Dear Friends of Ponyville,
I am already aware of what happened. I purposely let that happened. I wanted to see what happened if somepony drank it. Unfortunately, I only wanted Pinkie Pie to drink it. Because of her medical condition, Derpy can 'derp-up' the potion. I am also reporting that I am visiting for two reasons, one to view the potions' results and the upcoming race. I am looking forward to see you!

Applejack looked over the letter several times after 'grabbing' the letter. "She did WHAT NOW?!" she screamed. She began pacing around, similar to Twilight during the 'Lesson Zero' saga. "Only for Pinkie Pie?" she began, "Everpony should now that Pinkie is NOT a good science guinea pig for testin' right? C'mon!"
"Now, now, darling. Let's all calm down. We can think why Twilight chose Pinkie Pie instead of, like maybe, Thunderlane or anypony else," said Rarity, easing Applejack to a good nature. "Ah guess you're right, sugar cube. She is a princess for a reason, right?"
Her elegant and baby friends nodded in agreement. "Aw, yeah! I am so excited to see Twilight in Ponyville again! Like old times sake, right?" asked Spike, happy to see three heads nodding.
Applejack tilted her hat at the question.
"Uh... Sugar cube? Are ya sure?" She stared at her acquaintance, Derpy Hooves. She wore a turquoise shirt and dark blue jeans, holding a "flat" TNT in her hooves.
"Well...yeah! I wanted to try these out!" she said as well as she got out two eight-minute Potions of Swiftness. Applejack stared at the two bottles, puzzled. "Uh...did you get that from Pinkie?" she asked.
"No, not really! ButmaybeshegotitfromPrincessTwilight'snewinventionthingyinCanterlot!!!" she cried, jumping out of AJ's hat. Despite the fact she leaped out of Applejack's hat, that is a reasonable explanation. Except for one thing... "Uh, Pinkie? What invention? The princesses never announced something like that..."
"Of course not! Well, first I drank seventeen Hay cans, thenIzoomedalloverEquestria!!" stated Pinkie before starting again, "ThenIhooped, skipped, andjumpedintothecastlethenIteleportedintoadoorwithasignthatread, 'ceoution'or'dotion' Idon'tknowbutanywayIwaltzedthroughthing-moboversandonesaid'Pinkiedon'tgetthese'butIgrabbedthreebottles, gavetwotoDerpy!"
Piecing together what she said, Applejack said, "So...You BROKE AND ENTERED THE CAPITAL OF THE COUNTRY!? What kind of pony are you?"
"One with sasparilla," she replied. And with that she hopped away happily, then disappeared. Applejack shook her head several times, trying to put together Pinkie Pie's 'magic.'
"Applejack?" She looked at her grey equine acquaintance, still looking at Applejack for the previous question. She new Rainbow Dash is away visiting her parents, so the only exercise time she had were her chores at the farm. She slowly shook her head.
"Yes!" shouted a delighted Derpy. "Met me at 11 o'clock at the edge of Everfree Forest. Bye!" She then took off, leaving Applejack still pondering about her get-up and Pinkie Pie's rambling about a secret Equestrian Government-only machine.
