He had obtained a ball from a shop and was playing catch with it."What am i doing?"' he asked himself,"Playing ball with myself? Thats childish."Cody didn't like childish things."I've got to find some friends."He looked at the Everfree forest. he had heard stories of it, but never believed in them."Lets just see what this forest is made out of." He said to himself as he walked in.Little did he know, another pony went in after him. The Everfree forest was dark and spooky,but that still didn't stop Cody from going deep inside it. "So far, it is spooky."Cody said as he walked.He saw a pond and decided to go for a drink. As he drank, he noticed his reflection. He was a brown pony with brown eyes,not very common nowadays.His mane was curved backward and a dirty brown and black color. He turned so he could see his flank.Blank."Ohhh when am I gonna get my cutie mark?"he asked his reflection. As he resumed walking again,a rabbit jumped from behind a tree."Hello little bunny." He said to it."how come your not scared of this place?" he asked it. See, Cody is able to talk to animals,like Fluttershy. The rabbit asked what hes doing in the forest.Before Cody could answer though, a black pony jump at Cody."STOP CODY!" the pony said.Cody was easily overpowered by the pony.Cody looked at the pony and realised it was Darko, his best friend."Darko? Jeez you scared the crap outa me." Cody told his friend. She let Cody get up and recover."You can't be going into the forest yourself."she told him. He looked at her a little closer, noticing how her red eyes seemed to stick out from her black coat and blue mane. Her eyes weren't like other ponies, in fact, they more resembled the dreaded Nightmare Moon from old pony tales than any other pony he knew. Her horn was broken off, seeming cracked off almost halfway down, and her wings were small, not yet fully developed for flight yet."Oh..well..um...you know, your my friend and...um..."Cody interupted her."SHHH, you hear that?"he said as soft as he could. there was somepony else near them,singing. They crept through a bush and saw a serpent-like,grey-ish brown figure with a pony head, a dragon tail, a goat horn, a deer antler,a bat wing, a pegasus wing, a lion arm,a bird's claw as an arm,a reptilian leg and a goat's leg.This creature, was Discord, god of Chaos and Disharmony.He is know for nearly wiping out the alicorn race, and nearly destroying Ponyville and turning it into the Chaos Capitol of Equestria."This guys bad news,Darko. You'd better get out of here. I'll catch up."Cody told Darko .Darko nodded in agreement. Even though hes just a filly, when Cody sets his mind to something, he does it no matter what.She began to run towards the exit of the forest when something captured her."Darko!" Cody yelled. Then something hit the back of his head. When he awoke, he was chained to a wall next to Darko, who was sleeping. He looked around and saw that they were in a cave.Just then, Discord appeared before his eyes."So eavesdropping ehh? Who sent you. Celestia?Luna? Doesn't matter, I'll still dispose of you two when she wakes up."Discord, wait. Leave her out of this. Just let her go and I'll take the punishment."Cody told Discord."Tempting, but why should I?"Discord responded.'Because she wasn't eavesdropping,she as just coming to get me.""Is that so?"Cody looked at Darko, barley sleeping now."Yes."He said."fine, the innocent shall go un punished, but as for you,"He said as he snapped his fingers, teleporting Darko out to Ponyville,"shall receive full punishment."He said as he unchained Cody. Once his legs were free, he bucked Discord in the eyes."AHHH MY EYES, WHY YOU LITTLE!" He yelled in pain as Cody took off."Oh no you don't"Discord screamed and chased Cody. When Cody made it to Ponyville, it was already night and Discord was still chasing him. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2:Birth of Discorded Cody //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2:Birth of Discorded Cody "LEAVE ME ALONE!" He screamed behind him, were Discord was approaching him. Discord just continued to follow him. Cody continued to run until he realized he ran out of Ponyville and into the Everfree forest. "I think I lost him." Cody told himself. He slowed his pace due to the fact that Discord as nowhere in sight. He looked around the forest only to find a small egg on the ground. He looked at it, wondering what it was. Suddenly, it started to shake. "AHHHHHH!" Cody screamed as he hid behind a bush. Cody looked to see what was going on. Suddenly, Discord burst out off the egg. Cody looked at Discord.Discord only saw only pure terror in Cody's eyes. "You're going to get it Cody.You deserve this." Discord said as he touched Cody's head. Suddenly, Cody started to turn grey,but stopped before his head could turn grey.Suddenly,Cody started to levitate and flash multiple colors.He could feel a power, welling up inside him,he couldn't understand what was going on with him, for nothing like this had happened in his books.Discord was amazed at Cody's power."So,it's gonna be you.'Discord said to the giant energy mass, which Cody was producing. He walked back to his house, twitching. When he got home,his mother was waiting for him. "Do you know what time it is?!?" she yelled at Cody. Cody couldn't concentrate though, since he was still worried about Discord. His mother continued to yell at him as he walked to his room. He finally got tired of his mom yelling and he turned to her, surprisingly fast and yelled back "Do you know what happened tonight?!?""I don't care, you should..." Cody turned grey all of a sudden."Cody?" His mom said"Are you,alright?' she asked as Cody walked toward her.Cody laughed manically as he walked toward her,eyes blood red.Suddenly, Cody burst out the window and away from Ponyville toward the Everfree forest. He turned brown in the forest."whats happening to me?" he asked himself. He looked in his reflection and saw his Discorded side."You're Discorded side is coming out Cody" it said."You may not know when, but it will happen and when it does, you'll lose somepony close to you." Cody then punched his reflection and hit his head against a tree."Why am I like this?Why?" Cody asked himself. He then went to Rainbow Dash's gave. "I'm sorry grandmother. I don't know whats going on with me.Please, I need your help so badly now." He told the grave."Hey squirt, I heard you need my help."a soft, yet brash voice said.Cody looked behind him and saw his grandmother,Rainbow dash' ghost,right there."Listen kid, i was like you when I was your age, i was a lot like you.Waiting to get my cutie mark, but never did I obtain a split-personality.I say you teach the other you a lesson.Also, you kinda remind me of a kid I saw right before I raced and got my cutie mark."Rainbow Dash told Cody."O.. OK grandma.""Oh by the way, tell Spike that I said hi." Rainbow Dash the faded away. The next day, Cody had a bad day at school. He was still wondering about last night."You deserve this."Discord's Voice echoed in his head."Cody!"Darko screamed as she ran up and hugged Cody."I was so worried about you I couldn't sleep or eat breakfast this morning so when i saw you just now I-""Oh look, its "The Broken Horn" and she's holding onto the "Loner" and look neither one has a cutie mark."said Flamebolt, a white pegasus with a red and yellow mane."Just ignore them Darko."Cody told Darko, trying to calm her down."Mr Huffington said if you get in another fight, you'll be suspended.""You're lucky that Codys here now Flamebolt."Darko threatened."Oh whats wrong Loner?Afraid that your girlfriend will get hurt?"Flamebolt teased."Let just get to class Darko, no need for violence."Cody told Darko as they walked way."Come back here, I'm not through with you 2 yet."Flamebolt commanded them."No, but we're through with you."Cody said."Rainbow Dash wouldn't have ran away, oh wait, she's related to you so she must be a coward!"Flamebolt yelled at them.Cody stopped in his tracks and turned around.'What did you just say?"Cody demanded."Are you deaf let me say it nice and slow. Discorded Cody had returned."What did you say about Rainbow Dash?"Discorded Cody said."What are you deaf or something?"Flamebolt was getting mad."You better just get to class before I-"Discorded Cody had punched him in the face."Say it again, I dare you."Discorded Cody told him."Rainbow Dash is a Cowar-Whoa!"Flamebolt had exclaimed as Discorded Cody had grabbed his tail and flew upwards."Let me go you Loner.'Flamebolt demanded.Discorded Cody then Dashed straight down."HELP ME!"Flamebolt cried out."You want me to stop? alright, I'l stop."Discorded Cody Yelled as he neared the ground.He stopped, but Flamebolt continued down at high speeds.He crashed into a building and destroyed it.Discorded Cody came down and dug him out."Say it again, I dare you."Discorded Cody said."Cody Stop!"Darko yelled at him.Discorded took a look at Darko and turned back into Cody."I'm sorry everypony."Cody yelled, Flying away. Cody went back to the puddle to talk to Discorded Cody."Why are you doing this?"He asked Discorded Cody."I'll continue to torment your life, untill you lose somepony close to you."Discorded Cody said back with a hissing sound."Cody. Coody. Where are you Cody?" a voice called."Over here." Cody yelled back. Darko appeared from behind a bush and then was tossed out from behind it."Run Cody, Run."Darko said as she fainted. Suddenly, 5 Stallions came out from behind the bush."You hurt Flamebolt, now we're gonna hurt you."The biggest stallion said in a deep voice,"CHAAAAAAAARGE!""Stay away from me."Cody said as they charged toward him.They then beat him from all directions, blocking all means of escape."Please, get away from me."Cody begged them."What you gonna do about it shrimp.Cody started to bleed.When he started to bleed, the blood started to fuse with his fur.All of a sudden, a huge, red shockwave repelled the stallions off Cody."I told you guys to stay away from me."Cody said,his fur turning blood-red."Now you're gonna pay the price." "What are you?"the leader asked."I'm Red Cody"Red Cody said,"and you, are doomed!"Red Cody started to attack, but then looked at Darko and reverted back to Cody."Lets get out of here guys!"the leader yelled to his friends as they all ran away.Cody went over to Darko."Are you alright?" Cody asked."Yeah, just ...fine."She kinda wimpered as she stepped."Here, I'll walk you home."Cody said as he picked her up and carried her.when they got to Darko's house, her mother was worried."I got into some trouble, and, well, some guys took her and she got hurt so i carried her home."Cody explained as Darko's mom bandaged her."It's ok I understand.Cody, would you like to spend the night here tonight?"Darko's mom asked Cody."Sure i'll stay."Later that night, Cody got into the bed next to Darko's bed."Goodnight Cody." Darko said with a yawn. ""Five...more...minutes."Cody said, still trying to sleep."...Still...tired."Darko suddenly grabbed his tail and dragged him out of bed."Nooo..."Cody said as he was dragged."Alright, I'll get up."Cody said,picking himself up.As walked into the kitchen and realized that it was noon."Holy crap, it's already noon?""Yes, you sure are a heavy sleeper Cody."Darko told him as she picked up a bag off the ground."Come on we're gonna be late." "Shes right,"Cody thought to himself,"We'd better get to the play and fast."Today was the annual,"Mane 6"play where the descendants of the Mane 6 reenact the battle with Discord. This year, Cody was asked to play Rainbow Dash, his grandmother."Let me stop by my grandma's grave first,you know."Cody told Darko."Sure, I'll stall them."Cody walked to Rainbow's grave to see Blazebolt."What are you doing here?"Cody asked, confused why Flamebolt's sister would be here."Oh Cody, I didn't know you were gonna be here."Blazebolt said, very shocked."Why wouldn't I be here? It's my grandmother's grave."Cody said, a little angry at the statement."I thought you had to be in a play.."Blazebolt said."I came here for-""Sis! Get away from him!""Flamebolt told Blazebolt. Flamebolt did what she was told and went to her brother."Stay away from my sister you loner."Flamebolt told Cody as he walked away. Suddenly, Cody heard a sound behind the graves. When he looked, he saw a blue box and a brown pony step out of it.Cody sneaked beside the blue box and read it."Police Box?""Doctor, where are we?"a grey pony with a blonde mane asked the brown pony."Oops, we overshot it, Ditzy, come on."The brown pony said as they got back in.Suddenly, the box started to make a whirling sound."Cody?"Cody looked over and saw Darko looking at him.Suddenly, the box vanished while Cody was holding onto it. Darko rushed over to Cody."Cody,what was that?" Darko asked Cody."I don't know."Cody said.Suddenly, Cody started to glow and float."Cody?"Darko asked Cody."Whats happening to me?"Cody said as he exploded." Cody!"Darko rushed back to Cody, only to find a grey filly where Cody was."Cody?"Darko said as she looked at the grey filly."Are you alright?""Of course I'm alright,"he got up and looked at Darko."unfortunately for you though."He started to walked towards her."Thats a bad thing." "What happened?"Cody asked himself as he looked around.It looked like he had teleported into Cloudsdale."Well, I'd better get to the play."He said as he dashed towards the school, only to find that it's not there."What the?" Suddenly, a light blue filly with a rainbow mane bumped into him."Hi. I'm Rainbow Dash, whats your name?""What? How could you be Rainbow Dash? Your just a filly."Cody said,trying to find answers."Of course I'm just a filly.Your new here, aren't you?"Rainbow Dash said, examining the brown pony."Anyway, wanna come see me race these guys?I'm kinda doing it because they were picking on my friend Fluttershy.""Race?"Cody said."This is where she does the sonic rainboom, but how id I get into the past?"Cody thought."Hey Rain-"He started, but she had already left.Suddenly, Cody heard the same sound he heard earlier.He turned around and saw the blue box again."Oh no Cody snap out of it!" Darko said."Oh,Cody's not here right now,please leave a message at the beep."Where's Cody and Darko?" Spyro Ark said, looking towards the grave and hearing Darko screaming."Hold on Darko I'm coming!"Spyro Ark  dashed towards the graves and saw Cody hurting Darko."Beep"said Cody, looking very grey."Cody?"Spyro Ark said, confused."Hi Spyro Ark, wanna play a game its called-"Cody dashed towards him."Pain."Cody said as he punched Spyro Ark in the face."Hehehe."Cody said as he continued to beat Spyro Ark up."Get out of here Spyro, this doesn't concern you."Cody said as he walked back to Darko and sat down."You'll pay for this Cody!"Spyro yelled as he limped away. "So sorry for that, aren't we Doctor?"Ditzy said to Cody as they walked into the blue box."Yes yes Cody, we are terribly sorry for that,Cody."Here we go, we'll be in your time soon enough.""Thank you." Cody told the Doctor and Ditzy."So, whats the future like?"Ditzy asked Cody."Ditzy, remember my words. Don't trust the Doctor when times are grey.""Huh?"Here we are."The Doctor said as the Tardis stopped whirling."It's been 1 day since you've left."They walked out, and gasped at what they saw."Co...Cody."Darko said, lying on the ground very,very hurt."Darko what happened?""It's...it's..." Darko tried to say."Hello Cody."came a voice from behind .Everybody looked at where the voice came from.It was Discorded Cody, and somehow, he had separated himself from Cody."No...no...no."Cody started to say."Oh yes and for you two,"Discorded Cody looked at Ditzy and Doctor."We don't need any of your assistance."Discorded Cody said as he flew into the Tardis."Come get me Doctor."He said as he broke a lever in the Tardis."No!"Doctor said as he jumped in it.""Have fun Doctor."Discorded Cody said as he dashed out of it.The Tardis then suddenly disappeared."Now,"He started,"It's play time.""Ditzy...get Darko and get out of here."Cody told Ditzy."Get out of here, the Doctor will find you.""Alright.be careful Cody."Ditzy said, picking Darko up."Alright Cody,"Cody said, very angry at what he had done."You wanna play? Fine,let's play."He said, readying his battle stance."Ooh,a fight!How fun!"Discorded Cody said, mirroring Cody's stance. Cody dashed towards Discorded Cody, in which Discorded Cody mirrored that as well.As they collided in the air,a energy wave erupted where the hooves had met.the energy wave had sent both Cody and Discorded Cody backwards.Cody growled at Discorded Cody and attacked once more, only for Discorded Cody to dodge to the left, and knock Cody on the ground with a headbutt to the ribs."AAAHHH!"Cody exclaimed."You shouldn't have sent your friends away from us Cody."Discorded Cody said, picking Cody up and throwing him against a tree."Not only could they have helped you,they could also see me kill you."Discorded Cody said, picking Cody up and throwing him on the ground."Now I'll have to track them down and kill them to."Discorded said,,nearing Cody."Starting with that Broken Horn."Discorded giggled a little at Flamebolt's nickname for Darko."Stay away from her.'Cody said, angry."Stay away or I'll kill you myself.""Oh really?Your not in any position to be calling the shots here."Discorded Cody said."Not yet I ain't."Cody said,getting up,fur turning red."Oh look, your a chameleon.Pathetic, your best tactic is changing colors?""No I'm not."Cody said fur a blood-red.,"But now I am."Red Cody said dashing towards Discorded Cody and grabbing his tail."Hey get off me you-"Discorded Cody was cut off from Red Cody flying high into the sky."Hehehe. You think this trick is going to work on me?"Discorded Cody said, smugly."No,this one will though."Red Cody said as he went faster."Hey wait a minute.'Discorded Cody started to think."No...no...no..!"he realized what Red Cody was doing.It was then that Red Cody produced a mach cone.Red Cody then went straight down.Suddenly,BOOM,A sonic rainboom straight into the ground,loud enough for every pony in Equestria to hear it.Every pony in Ponyvile went to see what was going on.the ended up at a giant,rainbow-colored crater.As the smoke cleared, they saw a brown filly with a brown and black mane,knocked unconscious,and with a Ying-Yang cutie mark.Cody had defeated Discorded Cody."Cody!"Darko yelled as she slid down the crater."Are you ok?"Dark asked,picking Cody's head up."Ye...yea...yeah, I guess I am.Cody said,getting up.he looked around and saw the crater."Whoa, who barfed up rainbows?"Cody said,jokingly."Hhmm.."Darko said, stifling a laugh."So, whens din-"Darko kissed Cody,and Cody kissed her back."Stop talking, Cody."Darko said as their lips unlocked."So what happened to Ditzy?"Cody asked Darko."Oh,the Doctor found her and picked her up."Darko said."Well,where do we go from there? After all, you've got your cutie mark and still don't have one."It's ok,don't worry so much.And as for the future, Who knows?'Cody said. After everyone was gone, the bottom of the crater started to move.All of a sudden, grey hooves popped out of the ground,then a grey head appeared."Uhg... i ain't done with you yet Cody."said Discorded Cody.
