After discovering Earth in 1780 AD. Equestria decided to fight alongside the American Revolution to take down British tyranny. But due to underdeveloped technology, Equestria have no choice but to tax on it's subjects to raise a far larger army to balance it out.

But the subjects hated high taxation. A dozen revolutions had been raised around Equestria for less taxation. But as time went on, inspired by the American Revolution, Equestrian Rebels turns into Revolution!
