Nurse Redheart worked in the Ponyville hospital. There was nothing else to do than the ordinary things. Nothing unusual happened there. But after an old book in the Canterlot library it had been a school once for decades ago before it was build up as a hospital. Nurse Redheart was in the hospital one evening in March. The pony had nothing to do at that time. Nurse Redheart thought she heard somepony speak, but it went away. Later that evening had the voices returned. It was like hearing a pony talk with her filly somewhere in the dark hospital. Nurse Redheart saw burn marks on the walls. The burn marks wrote "We're watching you."

"Hey, I think somepony had been intruding here." Nurse Redheart shouted.

But nopony had answered her in the quiet hospital. Nurse Redheart heard that invisible mother talk to her baby again.

"The filly is very sick and is dying." the voice from the invisble pony said.

Then the pony nurse heard noises from another room where nopony used to be at night. Nurse Redheart opened the door to the room. Nopony seemed to be in sight. The pony was about to leave, as she saw a thing move. Nurse Redheart got startled by watching invisble entities write all over on the chalkboard. The writing looked like it had been written by fillies.

"We're watching you." had been written all over again by invisible fillies on that chalkboard.

Nurse Redheart was then all by herself again in the hospital after all these events, and nothing happned thereafter. The pony could not sleep, so she found reels about how the school had been before it became a hospital.
