Twilight and her friends stayed the night in a Canterlot suite before they met with Rarity in May 1989. The room had a view over the observatory where Twilight had worked before she went to Ponyville last year. The five ponies got awake by hearing noises in their room early in the morning at 5.00 AM. There was noises of emergency, but they could not see who that was.

"That's strange, I think I heard emergency noises." Twilight told her friends who nodded.

A sight of ghostly ponies that suddenly showed made the ponies startle. There in front of Twilight and her friends was there a vet with a knife in his mouth, and his hooves was covered in blood. Beside him stood some emergency patients that seemed to pass away long ago. Even if the entities disappeared, were the ponies running out of their suite. The ponies refused to go back to their room, and went over to a cafe that sunny morning. Some Canterlot ponies told them that they had stayed in a place that was used for emergency patients before it closed in 1969.

"It's been few years ago these entities last showed up, and scared other tourists away." an upperclass pony told Twilight and her friends.

Later that evening were there a Birthday party for Twilight in a Canterlot ballroom. There was balloons, cakes and streamers with more. The party had first ended early in the morning. Only Twilight and Rarity was still up that early day after the party ended. The two morning horny ponies pricked to a sparkly and clear round purple balloon in over an hour by pricking to the sphere with their tickling horns.
