Soarin' laid in her hospital bed after the accident at Rainbow Falls one night. There were a week until the Equestria Games in the Crystal Empire. These games were going to be one of the biggest events in Equestria. The pegasus thought he heard voices in the dark room back in the hospital at night.

"Hey, I wonder who you are, but I can't see you." Soarin' said.

Suddenly had a ghostly nurse showed up in front of Soarin' that got startled. Soarin' heard noises and voices of long gone patients in the room. After these ghostly visits could Soarin' not sleep. Soarin' told his nurse what he had seen. So Twilight had been visited Soarin' the next evening in the hospital.

"It is an old hospital, and I read in my books that many long gone patients and nurses." Twilight said to Soarin'

"These ghosts can't find their rest here, so this is why they come back." the alicorn said to the unicorn.

Later that evening had the ghostly ponies been showing up in the hospital. Twilight began to having ghostly flashbacks. The alicorn saw herself in the hospital in the early 1800s. Twilight were seeing emergency patients, nurses with bloody knives and the ghosts of patients that had passed away. Suddenly had the flashback been stopping. The alicorn and Soarin' they heard ghostly voices.

"Help us back to where we began." the ghost voices shouted.

Twilight blasted a magic out from her horn. The ghosts and the unseen voices disappeared. It were an old spell to extract ghosts like Windigoes that Starswirl had written in a book that Twilight owned. After Twilight had left the next morning, and the next night arrived had none of the ponies at the hospital been awoke by ghosts that Twilight cleared. The ghosts had finally returned to their place after haunting the hospital for many years.
