The little pony knocked on the door. He looked around. The cottage looked like something out of a Disney Fairy Tale. Shrubs and trees everywhere.
"Oh. I'll be right there," Fluttershy said. She opened the door to see Pipsqueak, not in his pirate outfit, but in a commoners outfit straight from 'A Christmas Carol.' "Thank you for coming, Pips. I appreciate it. Come in." Pips walked in and sat down on the couch. He noticed that a glass of lemonade was on the table.
"May I?"
"Help yourself." He smiled as he drank. "I need a favor. Since I first babysat the CMC, I've considered a child of my own and..."
"Since I'm the youngest pony in Ponyville you know, you want me to be your baby for a day?" The pegasus stepped back. Never had she thought Pips would figure her plan out. Nevertheless, she nodded. "I usually have to model diapers made by Rarity, you see." Fluttershy looked at him with an 'okay' face.
"So, will you?"
"All right." The pegasus jumped for joy. She motioned for him to follow her to the nursery. He did so and they walked to the second floor. They stopped at a door. She opened it and turned on the lights. It looked like a regular nursery with blue walls, cloud stickers and all the toys, cribs and plush toys that they have.
"What first, Mommy?" Fluttershy was very surprised by how quickly he called her 'Mommy.'
"Diaper Time." Pips went over to the changing table and Fluttershy picked him up and sat him down. He laid down and lifted his arms. Fluttershy carefully put the diaper on Pips.
"Where did you learn to do that,...uh mommy?"
"In a child care class in High School." Pips sat up and motioned to be picked up and put on the floor. Fluttershy did so and Pips crawled around to the toys. He found:

He rode the play-bike over to Fluttershy and said, "This thing isn't that....you know...childish."
"Of course. When I have my own baby, he/she will have only the best toys...and most un-embarrassing I can find." She grinned sheepishly as Pips stomach called to him. "Meal Time, Pips." The pegasus picked up Pips and took him down to the kitchen. It had a high-chair next to the table. It was a blue one...not too embarrassing. He got strapped in and Fluttershy went to get oatmeal. He noticed a pacifier and decided "What the hell," as he put it in his mouth. Every sucking...from the pacifier...not sexually, he felt calmer for some reason. The pegasus came back with oatmeal. He got the pacifier from his mouth and set it aside. First, Fluttershy put his bib on him. The pegasus hoof-fed Pips, which he didn't mind. Afterwords, they played for a few hours and Pips didn't mind. In fact, he sort of liked hanging out with the pegasus.
At sundown...
"Oh. It's 6pm. Time's up, Pips. Your free to go." Fluttershy removed the baby clothes and escorted him to the door.
"Fluttershy, let me say this. 1: I had fun today, even under the conditions. I hope we can hang out sometime." Fluttershy smiled. "2: You'll be a great mom." He winked as he left the cottage. The pegasus turned to see an angry Angel below her. She ignored him and went back to nursing some animals. He just sighed, worried about how far she'll take this as he ran after her.
I hope it's a little more charming than creepy like the source material
