New World

Alex stood in a completely white place. Everywhere he looked, there was white.

What is this place? Am i dead? Is this hell? he thought, as he looked around.

Seeing he wasn't going to get answers by standing still, he began walking. He didn't know where he was gonna go, but he certainly wasn't going to stand still. As he continued to walk, he began thinking.

Is this my eternal punishment? Am i going to wander around here forever? Did i make that one gooks death, bloody enough?

He suddenly heard a noise behind him, and when he turned around, he saw something that he did not expect.

A man with black hair, a headbandana, and an M-60 stared back at him.

"S-sergent Ramirez?" Alex stammered.

The man stared at Alex for a few seconds, before opening his mouth. "It's not your time yet marine. Get back into action." he spoke in a deep, gruff voise.

As he finished, he began fading away into nothing.

"Wait! Sergent Ramirez!" Alex shouted.

Alex then felt a weird, tingling sensation all over his body, and as he looked down at himself, he saw himself begining to fade away as well.

He began to hyperventilate as he saw his body disappear in front of him, untill he was completely gone.

Alex awoke with a sharp intake of breath, and immediately began feeling a hand on his body, to make sure everything was there.

"it's still there... oh shit... oh fuck me." he spoke, as he fell backwards; looking at the sky, trying to catch his breath.

okay, think Alex, think. What the fuck just happened? he lifted his head to see that he appeared to be laying in a crater.

"Holy shit, what the hell happened here? Did i do this?" he said, as he got to his feet, and walked to the top of the crater. He reached the top, and saw that he appeared to be in a sort of clearing, in the middle of a forest, and there was a little pond a few feet to his right.

He walked over to the pond, removed his bandana, and looked at himself in the water.

There were some dirt on his face, which he washed away with water. He felt thirsty, so he took out his canteen. He unscrewed the lid and brought it to his mouth. Nothing came.

Empty. What kind of sick joke is this? he thought

He looked at the canteen, then at the pond, then back at the canteen, and back to the pond.

"Ah screw it." he muttered to himself, as he filled the canteen with pond water. When the canteen was full, he put it on the ground, and took out a little bottle from one of his pockets. He popped open the lid, and took out a globaline tablet(*) and put it in the canteen.

He then stood up, and a thought hit him.

"My gear!"

He looked and felt a hand around his body; he relaxed when he found he had all his gear. At least i still got my stuff.

He put the bandana back on his face, and looked around a little more, until he saw a mountain with a castle on the side.

Wait. What? He did a double take, and sure enough, there was a castle on the side of the mountain. He looked at it for awhile, until he came to a conclusion.

"Either i'm beginning to hallucinate, or the people who built that were high as shit," it was the only conclusion he could come up with that made any sense. For him that is.

They don't have castles on the side of mountains in Vietnam, do they? Ahh, might as well get moving. he thought.

He checked his eqipment one more time, and with his rifle ready, he began to walk in the direction of the mountain. Until he stepped on something that made a *squish* noise.

"Oh no," he said "please god no," he looked at the underside of his boot and yep... he stepped in something that did not look nice, or smelled nice for that matter.

Five minutes and i already fucking hate this place. he thought as he tried to wipe it off in the grass. When it looked like it had finally gotten off, he began walking again.

Ponyville. 10 minutes earlier

Pinkie Pie happily skipped through the streets of Ponyville, waiving and smilling at everypony, as she went her way.

"Hello, Pinkie Pie!"

Pinkie Pie stopped and looked behind her, and smiled.

"Heya, Twilight," Pinkie said to her friend, "whatcha doin'?"

"Well, i was just on my way to see Fluttershy," said Twilight, "she said she had got a new tea recipe, and she wanted me too try it."

"Oh, that sounds like fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun..." Pinkie began, but then she started shaking uncontrollably.

"Pinkie? Whats the matter?" Twilight asked, worriedly.

"Iiiiiiiiiiiiiit iiiiiiiiiiissssss aaaaaa dooooooosssssseeeey," said Pinkie, as she shock, and then it stopped.

"Well, would you look at that, it stopped." Pinkie said, her trademark smile back on her face.

"Pinkie, what did your Pinkie sense predict now?" Twilight asked.

"I don't know," said Pinkie, "but whatever it is, it's gonna be a real dosey, something that nopony, not even the princesses, could ever have imgagined would happen, is about to happen," as Pinkie spoke, he neck began stretching more and more, until she towered over Twilight, and when she was done speaking, her neck returned to normal.

"Oh-kay," Twilight said, "but it dosen't look like anything is goi-" Twilight was interrupted by lightning in the distance, and when she looked, her jaw dropped.

A large storm appeared to be brewing over the Everfree forest, with lightning going everywhere.

Twilight looked on, amazed by the phenomenon, until a large lightning bolt, struck somewhere in the forest and suddenly, her vision was filled with white.

A few seconds later, it was over. Twilight's vision returned, and she began looking around, the sky had returned to normal, as if nothing had happened. She looked at Pinkie Pie.

"Pinkie, did you see that?" Twilight asked.

"Nope." Pinkie responded with a smile

"What?" Twilight deadpanned, "how could you not have seen that?" Twilight waved a hoof in the air for emphasis.

"Silly, how could i have seen it if i was blinded?" Pinkie said.

Twilight let out a frustrated sigh. "Pinkie, we need to get the rest of the girls and find out what that was,"

"Okei, dokei, lokei, let's go get the rest of the girls, and make friends with an alien," Pinkie said with a large smile.

Twilight gave her a confused look. "What makes you think there's going to be aliens?"

"Who says there coulnd't be aliens?" Pinkie said matter of factly.

"Let's just get the girls," Twilight said, as she began walking to Rarity's, with Pinkie in tow.

I hate my life.

Alex had been walking for around half an hour, and the entire time, he kept feeling like he was being watched.

When i find civilization, i'm going to get me some boom-boom.(1)

*Squeak*

He stopped, and looked around.The fuck was that?

*Chirp*

Sounds like it's coming from over there, Alex thought, as he began making his way past some bushes, which lead to a little clearing, with a little black form laying in the middle of the clearing.

The hell? Alex thought, as he slowly made his way to the black form, and when he reached it, his eyes went wide.

It was a little black creature, with a horn coming out of it's forehead, and it had holes in its legs, plus some nasty looking fangs, and what looked like bug-wings which also had holes. It kinda looked like what would happen if a horse did it with a bug, and this was the ugly child.

"What the fuck are you?" Alex asked out loud.

The creature must have heard him, because it opened its eyes and looked at him. It scanned Alex with its eyes, just like he had scanned it. Alex eyes began going to its right back leg, where he saw a nasty little wound.

Uhh, that dosen't look nice. he thought, as he knelt down.

The creature tried to shuffle away, but stopped as it got a pained expression on its face.

"Hey relax," Alex said, as he began moving a hand towards its head, "i'm not gonna hurt you."

It stared at his hand, but began relaxing a little as he began rubbing its head.

"There, see? I'm not gonna hurt you, now let's see here," he said, as he leaned in to get a better look.

Uhh, looks like i'm gonna need to use some bandages.

He looked back to the creature's head, which he had been rubbing the entire time, to see that it had its eyes closed, and wore a little smile. Alright. let's see if i can do someth- the fuh?

When he looked at the wound again,he saw that the wound had begun healing and was getting smaller and smaller by the second, until it was completely gone.

"What the fuh?" Alex said, as he looked back at the creature to see that it began to stand up. When it stod up fully, it looked at him with its blue eyes, and he looked back with confusion in his eyes.

They looked at eachother like that for a few seconds, until a loud roar made Alex look to the right. He stood up and raised his rifle.

He could fell the ground trembling, as a large lion looking thing came out of the forest, roaring as it ran at him.

"Eat lead, BITCH!" Alex shouted as he pulled the trigger.

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

The lion thing gripped its chest and roared in pain, as blood came pouring out of the holes in its chest. It looked at him: pain and anger in its eyes.

Alex took the opportunity and studied it a little, seeing that it had bat-like wings, and a scorpion tail.

It opened its mouth, and let out an earsplitting roar.

"Just shut up and die already!" Alex shouted as he pulled the trigger again.

Another loud bang could be heard, as the lion thing slumped to the ground; a hole in its forehead.

Alex lowered his rifle. "That takes care of that. You okay little gu-" Alex began, but stopped when he saw that the little black creature was gone.

"Motherfucker pussied out on me." Alex said as he began walking in the direction of the mountain again

"So, why exactly are we here?" Rainbow Dash said, as she hovered in the air inside the Golden Oaks Library.

"Aliens!" Pinkie Pie exclaimed.

"Pinkie, how many times do i have to tell you? It is not aliens." Twilight said to her pink friend.

"Then what was it Twilight?" Applejack asked, " I've never seen anythin' like it."

All the element bearers where gathered in the library.

"That's what we're going to find out, i send a letter to Princess Celestia, she should reply any second now."

Not even a second later, did Spike burb out a scroll with the royal insignia.

Twilight immediately grabbed it with her magic, and tore of the binding and began reading.

Twilight's face went from excited, to confused, then to frustrated.

"What does it say Twilight?" Rarity asked.

"It says that we're not to do anything, and that the guard will take care of this," Twilight said sounding more and more frustrated. She looked at her friends. "Why does the guard get to take care of this? They'll probably just ruin it all!" Twilight looked like she was about to explode. "Why am i not allowed to see the possibility of aliens!" Twilight shouted, and stomped her hooves.

Applejack put a hoof on Twilight's shoulder. "Relax sugarcube, just relax."

"Okay," Twilight said, as she took a deep breath. "okay, i'm fine, i'm fine, it's just," Twilight looked out the window. "I can't help but feel that that storm brought something with it."

"Well whatever it is, i'm sure we can take it," Rainbow said, while punching the air.

"What if it's nice?" Fluttershy spoke up.

"Girls!" Twiligth semi-shouted. "We don't even know if anything did come with it for sure," she looked out the window again. "Maybe we should just wait and see.
