Gabriel has been Lord Protector ever since Shining Armor left with his wife Princess Cadance to rule over the Crystal Empire. Thanks to his close friend Princess Celestia he's settled into his new role nicely. It's been a year since Gabriel was made Lord Protector and all has been peaceful in the land of Equestria…or so it seems. Slowly hate and discontent have been growing in the land and a secretive group has declared that they plan to do away with the Princesses so called 'tyranny'. It's up to Gabriel to figure out who this group is and put a stop to their plans before it's too late.
