★Ponyville★
Ponies trotted through the streets happily as if it was an ordinary day, Raibow Dash continued to fly through the sky racing with Tank, Applejack was collecting apples for selling in market, Fluttershy was shopping for food for Angel and the rest of the animals, Rarity was making a dress for a customer as always, Pinkiepie was setting up another party for no reason and finally Twilight was in her library with Spike revising a new spell. She trotted around the room looking around for a book she hadn't read before and frowned every time she skimmed her eyes across the many rows of books "Which one do you want to learn Twilight?" The purple dragon asked climbing on the ladder "Princess Luna told me about a shape shifting spell" he scrolled his claws across the books and dragged out a book before the unicorn levitated it in front of her "Yes! This is it!" She screamed over joyed as Spike began to hold his stomach "Spike?" The dragon then spat out a letter from Celestia "The princess? Why would she send me a letter this early?" She would only send a letter to her student if it was important or if Equestria was in danger "Dear my most faithfull student: My sister and me now worry about a mysterious pony wondering around Ponyville, some ponies have said that it's an alicorn which could mean it's either royalty or it's evil. Please find the alicorn and send me a letter when you do."
The dragon paused listening carefully to the letter "What's an alicorn, Twilight?" He questioned as Twilight's excited face turned into a serious face "An alicorn is a pony with wings and a horn. Usually princesses are Alicorns like Cadence. Unless they're evil" Spike gulped unaware that they were being listened to.
Through the window Scootaloo, Sweetiebelle and Applebloom were trying to get their cutie marks "Alicorn? Oo! We could do it for Twilight!" Sweetiebelle smiled as she looked around "We could be- umm... detectives! Detective cutie Marks!" They nodded and trotted quickly through Ponyville looking at each and every pony "What if the alicorn runs away?" Applebloom questioned looking at ponies passing her "It probebly will... we can take pictures!" She smiled galloping to the ranch and into her bedroom "I've always kept it here" she smiled dragging a camara from a chest with her hooves "Now we can show our friends at school that we saw the alicorn!"
Meanwhile Twilight trotted with her saddle bag outside with Spike on her back "Rainbow dash might have seen something" she smiled staring at the blue sky "Rainbow?" Within a second a path of light appeared with a blue pegasus smiling at her "Twilight! Say my name?" The unicorn rolled her eyes and smiled back "We're looking for an alicorn, it's very important!" Landing to the ground Rainbow Dash looked around her and back at Twilight "Not really, I only saw ponies really- oh! But there was a green pony that hissed at me violently, I only said hi"
"Not an alicorn then"
"Nah. It was a pegasus"
Suddenly screaming appeared from around a house and a white pegasus with goggles dashed through screaming at the staring ponies "Why are horses talking to me?! Why am I a horse?! How can they talk?!"
"What's with that pony?" Rainbow Dash asked as it ran past "Did he call us horses?" They nodded knowing he obviously wasn't a pony "I'll catch him!" Rainbow Dash said as she flew into the sky knowing she could easily catch him.
The pony ran as it looked behind to see the blue pegasus rushing towards him at a fast pace "Go away!" He screamed as she was about to grab him with her smooth hooves "Stop running!" Finally she grabbed him by the wings and caused him to stop "Why were you running?!" She screamed while Twilight came quickly "Who are you?" Twilight kindly asked while the stallion burst into tears "Please horses! Where's Honeydew and Xephos?" They had no idea who Honeydew and Xephos were and looked at him deeply "Who are they? What's your name?"
"Lalna... my name is Lalna"
They sighed and smiled at Lalna "That's a great name! Do you have anywhere to go?" Lalna frowned and wiped his tears with his hooves "No- I've never seen horses talking before"
"We're ponies. I'm Twilight Sparkle and this is Spike and Rainbow Dash"
"Why am I a 'pony'? Why am I not a human anymore?" He complained hoofing wildly at the stone road "humans? What's a human?... come to my house- we'll talk there" Twilight smiled trotted to the library "Don't worry Lalna. If there's any pony called Honeydew and Xephos we'll find them"
"I hope so... Twilight"
"Honeydew? Where are you?"
His eyes were so tired he could hardly open his eyes, instead of looking he brushed his 'hands' around him to feel grass tickling him "H-Honeydew?" The sound of birds singing calmed him and made him feel as if he wasn't alone. And he wasn't.
"Hey you!" A voice called and he knew they were talking to him "What are you doing in the fields?" It was a females voice but she sounded fun "Who are you?" He asked still to tired to open his eyes "They call me Vinyl, Vinyl Scratch. Or DJ-PON 3 if you want" his eyes opened slowly as the sun shone in them "What?" Finally he opened his eyes and looked up at a white pony in dark glasses "What the-" Xephos started and breathed to calm himself down "Your a pony! A My Little Pony!" Vinyl's head turned and she then lifted her glasses to look at him properly "Who might you be?"
"Xephos"
The white unicorn smiled and trotted away for him to follow "C'mon! Twilight said someone was looking for a Xephos and a Honeydew" he paused and gasped with delight "Honeydew?! Have you seen him?"
"Not yet- we'll find him soon enough" she trotted slower for Xephos to follow and keep up "Where are we going?"
"Ponyville"
He had no idea what was going to happen and what was going to happen. Within afew minutes of trotting they saw houses with more ponies chatting with eachother about things "Who is Twilight?"
"Twilight? She's a very powerfull pony! Everypony knows her" Xephos' face turned into a frown and trotted through the town passing a pink pony throwing partys "Hello Vinyl!" She jumped in delight around her looking at Xephos "Oo! Is he your pony friend?" Vinyl's white cheeks turned into a pink and a small smile "No! I just- I just gotta guide him to Twilight. Come Xephos" she commanded hiding a cheeky smile with her hoof "Hey! What's that drawing on your flank?"
"A cutie mark"
"What's a cutie mark?"
"What?! You must know!" Her face turned into a large frown that dragged across her cartoon face "It shows our talents! Mines a music note because I'm a DJ" continuing on they ended at a large tree with a door Vinyl knocked
3 times with her hooves and a purple unicorn answered the door with an owl on her head "Vinyl? Did you need something?" She flicker her mane and moved pointed at Xephos and turned her eyes into an up-side down u "I found Xephos!" The spacepony looked at the unicorn and didn't say anything through confusion "Lalna? Is this your friend?" Xephos ran into the house and looked at a table to see a dragon and a white pegasus with goggles looking at him "Xephos!"
Immedietly they both charge at eachother and give eachother a big hug "What's going on Lalna? Where's Honeydew?" He shrugged and continued to hug the space unicorn "No idea for both questions. This must be the thing Lomadia keeps watching" Twilight wondered down to them with Vinyl by her side "You ponies should stay with us. I can only have 1 pony here as Owlolicous doesn't like too much ponies here. Rainbow doesn't mind if one of you stay with her"
Lalna smiled as Rainbow Dash appeared from behind a book shelf "Sure! But my house is made of clouds" pegasus and alicorns can float on clouds so only Lalna could stay with her "Lalna goes with Rainbow and Xephos stays with me" Twilight said happily looking at Xephos in a strange way "Any of you seen a pony with wings and a horn?" The two smiled and looked at eachother "Nope! Just pegasi and unicorns. And those ponies with none"
Twilight smiled and levitated the curtains closed using her magic "It's getting late, Spike needs to go to bed" she giggled levitating the baby dragon up the stairs "We should get going to Lalna. Vinyl your going to be late too!" They dashed outside as Vinyl had just remembered that she got to do a performance with her wubbs "Bye! See you soon!" She shouted as she rushed into the distance with a smile.
Back in the library Twilight was looking around for a quill and paper and began to write a letter with magic "Dear princess Celestia: I have failed to find the alicorn today but I shall continue to look. I have also found 2 ponies claiming to be 'humans'. They may have connection to this alicorn and I shall ask them tommor-"
"How do you do that?" Xephos interupted looking at the quill and Twilight smiled at him "It's a levitation spell. I learnt it as a filly" the spacepony then understood how rude he was in interrupting her and lent his head down "I'm so sorry. I should have waited until you finished" the purple unicorn placed the quill down and trotted up to him calmly with a bigger smile "Are you always this sorry all the time?"
"Err... sometimes"
"I don't mind. You must be very confused"
"Yeah..."
"I'm tired anyway- good night Xephos" very quickly she gave a slight wink and trotted upstairs "See you tommorow"
