Chap 4 the hearing

I woke up to banging on my door, I would be ok with two days of this crap if it wasn’t that my head is not the only thing that is killing me today, I got up and discovered that I was on the floor, my privates all sticky and Celestia sleeping soundly on my bed assured me that at some point of the day she pushed me off my own bed, as for the stickiness of my genitalia, I am sure I didn’t have sex, at least when I was awake so I am not sure why it got like that.

After a second day of Celestia’s horrible cooking we got to study the evidence and the gardening book that I found.

“Ok once more every one pay attention, Dust please take note of the Key points… we are starting at the theater burning, everyone thinks that everyone in there died in the fire, however there was a large piece of wood at Twilight’s house that shows unburned blood, estrange enough that piece was used against Twilight, but it doesn’t match the originally thought to be the cause of death of everyone in the theater, so… Dust there we have the first flaw on Hooves case.

Then there is the acid tank, even when we could not see the room thanks to Dust’s location spell and Celestia’s raw magic we managed to see a piece of evidence that was below the reach of average investigators, yet Hooves had the best team under his control so he could have found it only if he had dug a little farther, shame was the fact that they had flattened the site for the building of the new theater, we could have found some more stuff.

Again thanks to Dust and his record keeping skills we know what Twilight was good at regardless of her capabilities, we know she isn’t a chemist, but that she understood about potions and alchemy which to some point is similar to chemistry.

But we also know that the school teacher Cheerilee had knowledge and the lab to study the chemical reactions, we also know that someone with a school identification number purchased large volumes of fluoridric acid, a set of tools, parts and machines that where delivered to the theater two days before the play of the students.

Nix was moved to a different class at the beginning of the year, equal to several other students that were smarter than the average and Cheerilee was left with the most problematic students given the fact that she was the best teacher at the school, it was a test to see if she could turn around the most problematic students, good reason to think that she snapped out of sanity, when all she had left to teach was a set of crazy young that were even rude if I remember Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon could be, then there were some trouble makers and the less smart kind all concentrated in the same class for only one good teacher, I am thinking that Cheerilee went crazy because of that.

Now days after the fire Twist and the six mares that we all miss went missing… why? you may ask yourselves… I can only assume that for some reason Cheerilee used Twist to get the others, here is how I think things went, the large piece of wood in Twilight’s house had water damage, so it got there after the tsunami that Twilight made to off the fire, I know so because it had burn marks, all around one side when the water marks where on the other meaning that as it was being carried away it was still burning but the fire little by little died off leaving the marks of the fire and the water at the same time line.

Twist must have compromised Cheerilee’s innocence and that is why Cheerilee toke her, so she could have used her as bait for the others, the others including Spike went to find out what happened to Twist and found themselves trapped at the Lunar Rebellion fort.

Now inside the fort I can only guess the time line but here is what I think happened, Twist was infested with the Everfree Beetles’ eggs and used as an incubator, the larvae hatched and eat thru her insides in what I could think would be the most painful an dreadful way to go for a little filly like her, then she managed to separate the yellow one… Fluttershy of the group and locked her in the room, once the incubation period was over the beetles attacked Fluttershy and killed her in an equally painful manner yet even more horrific given the fact that the beetles poison made her tissue rip perhaps even explode if she was allergic… this happens when the blood keeps coming in but has no way out of the poisoned area.

Applejack died squashed, she was set on a table that by cranking a gear it closed like a book and she was the bookmarker, Pinky and Dash died in the same room, Dash killed Pinky I assume out of mercy, her body was cooked somehow, she was still alive when Dash saw her and she stabbed her many times until she hit her heart, Dash was tortured to; she had her wings cut off, by the look of her body it seemed that it toke some effort, but seeing the sharp the tools where on that room and the bloody estrange contraction it is easy to assume that she was force to cut her own wings, she finally died as she dug out her own aorta artery; we did find a syringe at the scene suggesting that she was drugged.

Rarity… well she was split in half and before that her yaw was removed, spike seemed to have some fight in his death, he had scratches in the scales and some were removed to puss a knife to what the killer would had think it was his heart but it was actually his long given the fact that dragons have the heard on the right instead of the more commonly found left in most species.

Then we found Twilight’s blood which we tested with Dust’s bio kit it gave us a positive ID with known samples that we have from the troop’s records of Shining Armor it shows that they shared the same father and that the owner of the blood was female which leaves no other than Twilight to fill the blank, she was killed in a lone room on a lone stone table stabbed many times until she died.

Now according to the case she said that she was healed by the Elements of Harmony and that she got their power to kill Cheerilee in order to save everyone that she may want to kill later on” I finished as I was adding every item to the right folder for the hearing and preparing a graphic that Dust needed to call up with his magic at the time of showing the results of our investigation.

“Now there is one more thing” I said as I pulled the book of my saddlebag

“Cheerilee knew what she was doing, Hooves didn’t look for every detail, he just went on looking for the site at our university, fame and anything else but the truth over this case, Celestia is right to be upset” I said looking at Celestia who was crying over my words… I didn’t even notice.

“You Shadow are the only one who could found out this and I didn’t even believed in Twilight when she told me… why didn’t I believe in her?… why didn’t Hooves did his research?, why did it have to be you a mess of a pony that can fly and use magic being some earthpony form who knows where? Yeah I know you aren’t from Manehattam you are other places there is no real record of you until practically the day that Discord reappeared and the you just got teaching at a little school in Manehattam” Celestia said without thinking

“Hey Cely let it be we all have secrets, may be Hooves has his reason, Dust said that he had secrets and Shine well she is a secret just leave it I am not telling where I am from, instead we have already go all for the hearing, Shine for the hearing I don’t need you to be a guard in fact just wait for us here, it would be risky for you to be at the castle knowing that they know the presence of a changeling, Cely you stay to, no one should know that we have being working together, if asked I should say that you said that you were going to relax around the far lands of Saddle Arabia, you didn’t said where exactly. Now the hearing is in an hour in Canterlot, Dust get ready you are teleporting us” I said as I got all the stuff on a big case folder and got ready of the trip.

Once more I was there before I could even think of traveling, long distance teleportation is another of Dust great attributes, we were right outside of the hearing room and I could hear Luna inside getting ready to listen to our request to have the case re-opened.

When the guard came out and indicated us that we could walk in we did so, the case was displayed, Dust did most of the talking, I think he was actually trying to impress Princess Luna, I was just there in case something went amiss, but nothing did and I think that Luna was actually impressed by Dust’s performance, even when she was sad and upset that she may just had sentence to death one of her best friends and Celestaia’s most treasure student she was ok with meeting Dust outside of court to discuss the terms of our lab invasion from Hooves investigators.
