Two months after the Lambent and Locust were eradicated from the surface of Sera, humanity attempted to rebuild what they had lost over the course of the two massive wars that left the planet in ruins. But even after the COG and UIR decided to annex their remaining forces and resources they knew that it was a hopeless cause, Sera was too devastated to be saved and everything is at risk. Now with a dwindling amount of fuel and food the two governments decide to find some way of saving what little of the human race is left. They need to find a new, fertile, resource filled land to rebuild the population and after a freak discovery is made, they find one, but when Delta Squad is sent to scout out this new place, it's not what any of the Gears would've expected to find.
