"What?!" Storm Flame opened her red eyes, and shook her head. Her red mane flipped in the slight breeze that was flowing through Fire Temple. She closed her eyes once more and concentrated.
A cloud of indigo smoke moved in the night air. A lavender alicorn slept in Canterlot Castle. The smoke seeped into the pony, and...
"Nightmare Moon."
Storm Flame spread her orange wings, and flew out of the temple, and to Canterlot. As a really fast Pegasus, she arrived to her destination fairly quickly. She headed straight to the Castle, and was greeted by guards, who let her in.
She went to Celestia's room, and knocked. A very sleepy alicorn came out, and after seeing Storm, her senses heightened.
"Yes, Storm Flame? What brings you to Canterlot at this time of night?" Princess Celestia asked.
"I am sorry for interrupting your sleep Princess, but... Nightmare Moon has returned, and has targeted Twilight."
"Oh no..."
