To Alter One's Future

Cock-a-doo-do-dooo! The rooster gawked out it's morning alarm clock. Light couldn't sleep at all and his body showed it. He had bloodshot red eyes that replaced his deep blue eyes, the most messiest hair in all of Equestria, and constantly yawned whenever he can. On the other hand, everypony was well rested and ready for the day. Applejack went to her apple trees, Fluttershy cared for her animals, Ditzy went to her mail post, Ginka to his guard post, Nashadow to her strip club, and Dash had the day off.

"Hey Soul Light! Are you O.K?"

"Wha? Who me? I'm fine, just fine." Light yawned and tried to get up on his hooves but toppled over and had a nap attack. Dash woke up Light by using whatever she could find. She broke a vase, a clock, and used a frying pan to wake him up. Of course, she should have used other methods than bashing every object she could find into Light's head.

"WAKE UP!!!"

"I'M AWAKE!" Light sat straight up with his eyes staring at Dash's. Dash suggested that he get some sleep while she takes care of things around here. When Light drifted off to sleep, his mind was somewhere else.

"What? Where am I?" Light floated in zero gravity as he looked around to find emptiness everywhere. A voice surprised him and he attempts to fly, but his wings were clipped.

"Soul Light. It is time for your tests"

"What tests?"

"Don't worry, there are others that will aid you in due time. Execute Protocol Five Zero Nine Eight."

The emptiness that he saw turned into a basic white room. White tiled floor, white walls, and some blocks of concrete were in the room.

"Welcome SLN. A.K.A, Soul Light. Your test will begin in five."

I need to get out of here

"Four." Soul Light tries to fly but his wings ached and was bound by magic.

"Three." Light kicked the block of concrete but magic repelled his kick, sending him to a wall.

"Two." Light jumped on the block of concrete and tried to break it using his hooves, and again it was repelled and sent him straight to the ceiling.

"One."

Oh shit...

An object dropped from the ceiling. As Light walked over to the object, it was in the shape of a human tool. A tool that fired deadly small rounds of gold, silver, or copper.

"This is the standardized human tool that can cause death. Codename P.I.S.T.O.L. This tool will help you get past the tests we have for you. Also, this tool is a futuristic technology that your world has not discovered yet." Three round green objects with soda pins dropped from the ceiling.

"These are explosives,"

OH SHIT!

Soul Light handled the explosive like a hot potato. Being careful not to set it off, the tester gave another tip.

"They are activated by pulling the pin out of the powder. Codename G.R.E.N.A.D.E."

"Why am I here?"

"Because you are one of the five chosen to do a certain task that will affect every single Equestria! Now then, shoot the target while aiming down the sights."

This is just like Call of Duty...

"Now that you know how to fire a weapon and use an explosive, you need to learn some combat with futuristic weapons."

"Now that you have learned the art of futuristic combat, you must travel through alternate universes to adapt to anything thrown at you."

(Optional) An Alternate Universe

"Waaaah! Oof!"

"Welcome back SLN. A.K.A Soul Light. Did you see all of the universes I sent you to?" Light grunts and answered that he did indeed get sent to different Equestrias.

"Now, you need to choose four other alternates of you."

"What?"

"Four other you's"

"I can't decide...sorry."

"Then we will make the choice for you!" Blood, from the alternate universe 'Followers' was teleported into the room with a yellow orange dress and a black mane, given that she never loses. Soul Dark from the alternate universe 'Bleeding Souls', Lous from the alternate universe 'War', and Tainted Soul from the alternate universe 'Betrayal', joined the room. Soul Dark wore a black and red crossed armor. Lous wore a soilder outfit with a white and red camo. Tainted Soul is a red and grey pony with a yellow orange mane.

"Well well well...so YOU were the one in OUR bodies." Blood charged at Light and was repelled by a magic force.

"Enough! You can fight later. Right now we have a crisis on our hooves. The unicorn, Medila, used her magic to amplify her own, turning her into a nearly unstoppable unicorn, capable of destroying multiple dimensions."

"So, which 'Medila' is it?" Dark asked.

"All of them."

"WHAT!?!" Every Soul alternate and original was surprised. That would mean that all Medila's were connected by one Medila, and fused to maximize her power.

"May I be excused? This is complete nonsense for a princess like me!" Blood argued to the tester.

"Yea! I have a war to get to!" Lous agreed with Dark. Tainted Soul was not so easily convinced.

"This is bigger than any one of us alone. We need to stand together and get rid of this witch!"

Everypony thought for a bit, they consider Tainted's speech and slowly, one by one they agreed.

"The inverted colored pegasus is right. We should get rid of this barbarian!"

"I guess the spoils of war doesn't matter when you can't get somewhere to get it."

"General Natashade won't be so happy with me if I just let this be."

"It's so refreshing when you ponies get along. Now, this is the battlefield you will fight at." A portal of Equestria showed ruins and a stone structure. "The 'Followers' dimension will be your first stop to organize an army. The 'Bleeding Souls' dimension will be your base. The 'War' dimension will be your battlefield. And finally, the 'original' dimension will be where you will return. Good luck everypony! "

Everypony went inside the portal and appeared in Blood's room. A 'Windows shut down' sound played behind them as the portal closed. Dark pushed his two hooves together. "Let's rock and roll!"
