chapter 5

luna took a good deep breath and went to her room to raise the moon and think on what she had just witnessed could it be? she asked her self "no he left over 10 years ago and i miss'd him during the first three years he was gone but iv'e moved on but"-lunas thought's where broken as she hear'd a knocking on her door "come in!" she said a royal (lunar) guard moved inside the room "your highness princess celestia has requested that you meet her in her room for pressing matter's" the guard finished "request declined" luna said "um what?" the guard asked luna turned to look at him "tell my sister that i have declined her request and i'm best left alone tonight that means no more pony's knocking on my door as well not even her" luna finished the guard looked shocked luna wrote down what she had just said "take this to my sister luna said and do not let anypony else see it this means you too" luna told the guard "now go" the guard bowed and walked out of the room closing the door behind him luna returned to her thinking and rose the moon like she did every night but this moon marked the return of 'him' and luna had to be prepared for what lie's a head it was about midnight luna couldn't sleep her mind just wouldn't allow it she sat up all night thinking about him he was what matter'd to her most he left her a gift before he left it was a recording with a tape player she played the tape that night but she needed to find it again now for it held a song made by him for her the piano he used was kept in her personal keep and she played the song so many time's she knew the song by heart luna got outta bed and open'd her drawer and found the tape recorder and the tape she put the tape in the recorder and pressed play a sad song started playing

luna missed him a lot and couldn't await his return the music stop'd luna had been crying the entire time the sing was playing but she had also been given a diffren't one she remember'd he had wanted her to play it on his return luna walked back to her drawer to find the other tape and listen to it she couldn't possibly wait to hear what he had thrown together for his return luna started playing his tape that would label his return

luna looked at the tape stunned it was over an hour long tape! luna played it again and found her self drowse she stop'd the recording and laid down to sleep sleep quickly over took her and she was in the midest of sleep

CELESTIA'S POV

celestia had just order'd one of luna's guards to go fetch her sister celestia sat there thinking "how did luna now what that thing was celestia asked her self i know what i'll do when she's asleep i'll sneak into her room and find out what i can!" celestia had a plan a very evil plan "but what if luna does not forgive me if she is to find out!?" celestia thought alarmingly a knock on the door was hear'd by celestia "come in!" the lunar guard walked into the room handing celestia a scroll "thank you" celestia said "glad to be of help ma'am" the guard said as he walked out of the door celestia unwrap'd the scroll and started reading

"Dear sister i have declined your request something from my past has come back that i must deal with alone and nopony is to knock or set foot in my room if they do i will find out about it this means you as well does thou understand? tia if you so much as even set a hoof in my room there will be punishment's! and and tell this to all of the lunar and solar guard's please? if any of them step into my room with out a proper excuse there will be punishment's for them is this understood? good now i have thing's to think about do not disturb me tia!" celestia just stared at the scroll what has come back from her past is it something from over 1,000 year's ago or something celestia couldn't figure this out she decided to go to sleep and rest on this for a little bit

LUNA'S POV

THE NEXT MORNING

luna had just lower'd the moon to make way for her sister's sun she went to her closet and pulled out a plain hoodie and put it on she grab'd the tape recorder and put it in the pocket and played the tape recorder from the start she locked her room and made sure that the only way to get in was through the balcony she closed her door and order'd two lunar guards to make sure that not even celestia was allowed in to the room she closed the door and left the two guards outside her door as she put a magic shield so that nopony could get through luna went to the street's of canterlot to walk with quiet'ness as her company and put her specialized head phone's in her ears as she listen'd to the tape she noticed some of the other ponies looking at her they wouldn't understand how it is to be royal and to live a thousand years of life learning protecting and watching over the little ponies of equestria she just kept looking strait heading for one location to talk with a certain pony the mane six to be specific she had learn'd that they or well one had learned about his present's here and was sworn to keep her tongue and mouth shut about him and off of the topic at all she had reached the entrance the guard's waved a hello to her which she return'd with a wave of her hoof she continued to walk away from canterlot hoping that she could stay at ponyville for the night "maybe i'll see fluttershy or twilight depend's on how i feel more than likely twilight will be more brave of having a princess at her house and not as shy" luna thought she started a fast trot like a filly that had done something bad she looked at the sun seeing that it was almost mid-day she had plenty of time to get there and bring the mane six to the castle for a secret meeting that involved him she wanted to explain what she was doing and why she was in complete silence these last few days the only people she would talk to where the lunar guard's and solar guard's if only giving them a command to do something for her "wow" she said aloud "i didn't know that the road's to ponyville where so silent this time of day i thought that there would be more ponies on this road" luna said to nobody "hmm just as silent as it was on the moon only i was nightmare moon then now i'm luna" she thought to her self silently though she could tell that she had to convince the mane six as they would not agree to come to canterlot as they would with her sister she was sure of it luna was so deep in thought that she didn't notice that she had just came upon ponyville "ah just the town i was looking for" she quickly found golden oak's library and knocked "sorry but the library i- oh princess luna come in!" twilight said "what bring's you here?" twilight go gather your friend's there's something we must discuss at canterlot with my sister" luna said "why what's going on princess?" luna looked at twilight "twilight this is a pressing matter! i don't have time to argue right now just go get fluttershy,rarity,pinkypie! okay?" luna said looking serious "but princess what does it have to do with us?" the young unicorn asked "E-everything twilight why must you question me all the time!? just go get them please it is of a pressing matter" twilight looked more scared than brave "okay princess luna as you wish" and then she was gone out the door "okay now i need to get rainbow dash,applejack, and then explain why i need there help this has the fate of equestria on his and my shoulder's" luna thought as she ran out of the library to sweet apple acres to get applejack and if she's lucky rainbow dash would be there taking her afternoon nap she decided that telaporting there would easy'er and did so

AT SWEET APPLE ACRES

"hey bigmac!" applejack yelled to her brother "eeyup?" bigmac asked "do' yah reckon dash is around here sumwhere?" "eeyup" he answer'd "oh all' right bigmac get back t' work then" she said the sound of rustling leave's where heard by applejack and bigmac they turned to see princess luna right before there eye's "Howdey! princess luna what bring's ya t' sweet apple?" AJ asked "well i need to talk to you and rainbow dash about a pressing matter" she said "whoah!" dash yelled suddenly jolting awake at hearing her name "huh who,what,when,where,why!?" yelled dash she turned to see the princess "oh hi luna did i hear you call my name?" she ask'd "yes dash yes you did" luna said with laughter "hey what are you laughing at?!" dash said "oh nothing dash but i need to talk to you and applejack at the castle okay? it's a pressing matter! iv'e already sent twilight to get rarity,pinky,and fluttershy" luna said "oh okay me and AJ will be there in no time" dash said "that is what i'm concerned about i'll be telaporting you all to the castle in side my room then from there i will get my sister and then we can talk" luna told them "oh" said dash "meet me and twilight at the library in ten minutes we will be waiting" luna said sounding very serious "don't worry yer highness we wont keep ya wain'n me and bigmac just have a few more trees to buck and then i'll be over there as fast as ah rattlesnake!" applejack said "i can go right now if i wanted to but i'm going to go grab a bit from home and then i'll meet yall down there okay?" "very well" luna said telaporting back to the library just moment's before pinkypie,rarity,fluttershy, and twilight walked in the door "oh h-hi princess luna" fluttershy said "hi fluttershy" "hi ya princess" said a very energetic pinkypie "i made you a special cupcake!" pinky said "well how nice of you pinkypie i was getting a little peckish" luna said "hi princess luna if i may ask what is it that where here to talk about?" rarity asked luna sigh'd "gather round then first we must get to the castle" luna said as dash and AJ walked in "hi everypony!" AJ said "yes hi nice to see you now let's go!" luna said as she telaport'd them all to canterlot

BACK AT CANTERLOT

the guard's heard a noise and then princess luna's voice and the door unlocking as luna rushed out of her room telling the guard's to stay untill she got back luna was running to he sister's room she need'd to get her sister she had taken a turn and then saw her sister's room she rushed up to it and knocked "yes?" celestia asked "may i come in?" luna asked "yes come in please do" celestia said back luna open'd her sister's door and looked at her sister "Tia i need you to come to my room so we can talk about why i have been silent and have not talked about anything to anypony!" "oh then what has come back from your past that you don't wanting me knowing about!?" celestia yelled at luna luna back'd up until she was at the door "tia what happen'd to you?" luna said celestia turn'd to look at her sister it was clear that she had had a very think it've day "Tia just come to my room iv'e already got twilight sparkle and her friend's waiting for us!" "then will you tell me everything?"celestia asked "yes yes i will tia but right now you need to come to my room!" luna screamed celestia looked shocked to see her that way but then under stood why she was angry "everybody has been questioning you about your actions aren't they?" celestia said "YOU DON'T FUCKING SAY!" luna had just used the royal canterlot voice on her sister now celestia was scared and went to her sister's room as she was asked "good luna thought now i can relax and tell them about what's going on" she thought as she walk'd to her room as she came to her room she hear'd shocked gasp's and a loud hiss after it "oh no!" luna thought as she ran full speed to her room when she got there everything was reveal'd all of her secret's all of it "FOR FUCK'S SAKE CAN ANYPONY NOT FUCK AROUND IN MY ROOM! THERE ARE THING'S BEYOND YOUR CONTROLL IN HERE!" luna had lost her temper everypony was in a tight circle luna walked to her drawer and turn'd off the secret's all except for the one about 'him' "now then this is why iv'e called you all here there is something from my past that has come back and is coming here in the next day or two don't tell the guard's what ever you do they would freak out if they new about this this thing that is in front of you is call'd a human ten year's ago a male and me fell head over hoof's for each other he was hidden by a invisability spell that i would cast on him that for as long as he was here he wouldn't be seen by any other pony but me he said that before he left he would be back i have miss't him dearly and i think you should here the tape he left for me as a farwell and i'm back present i think you should all here it ignore the tears that i may shed if there are any left to shed for me but he will be welcome'd into the castle with or with out your permission tia he's the only one who ever truly knew me he knew me far better than any of you in here do he was fifteen when he came here and he was nothing but shocked to see me i saw him and instantly knew that i love'd him and he love'd me as well we start'd dating and then came the faithful day that he had to leave and now he's twenty-five and is finding his way through the wasteland's or badland's as some would call it just to get to me he WILL do anything to get to me as would i to get to him he has brought three more with him there team-mate's of his and by tomarrow night but i will be there to greet him although it will bring quite a stir to the castle but i suspect that he will just knock on the front door and ask nicely then go to more um bloody'er measure's to get in here so if you happen to find him then just let me know" luna said "sister is this how you knew what that ship was?" celestia asked "yes it is" luna said "princess how did you fall for an ugly creature like this it dosen't even have a mouth!?" twilight asked and the other's agreed "hahha twilight that's not it's body that's it's armor that it wear's for protection" luna said "then why does it have speaker's on it's armor?" twilight asked "that is for more complicated reason's twilight you would have to see for your self to find out" luna said "ok then what is it that i hear about these 'ship's'? and what are they?" twilight asked "well twilight that's a very easy question to answer the human's have found a way to use a music they call 'dubstep' into a lethal weapon that can kill with in second's but him and his group are packing the stander'd M27 autorifle and the stander'd type-45 sidearm plus there dubstep weapons" luna said "and the ship's are strong enough to wipe out canterlot with two shot's but i know that he won't let that happen to us" luna said "now then i think you should hear the recording that he left me it's musical and might make you cry" luna said as she took the recorder out and put in the first tape

luna had walk'd over to her balcony and had been shedding tears celestia had started crying as well rainbow was clearly trying her hard'st not to cry fluttershy was balling her eye's out rarity was trying to console her and twilight was still trying to figure out how luna had fallen in love for this thing pinkypie's mane had gone from the poof'y mane that it always was to a strait and down ward and a little dark'r as did her tail AJ was shedding a steady stream of tears from her eye's "that was the fi..first tape i'll p..play the s..second one n..now" luna said still sobbing she put in the second tape

by this time luna had gotten a look of seriousness on her face she walked over to her drawer and turned off the secret's that she held in her room "luna how long have you had all of this and when where you going to tell the rest of us?" celestia asked "ever since i could walk as a little filly" luna said "um princess if i might ask how did you fall in love with this so called 'human'?" twilight asked "twilight i already told you this he know's me more better than any of you do" luna said "well how did he get here anyway's?" twilight asked "that is a question for him not me" luna said "well hell he sure does look loving and caring but he also look's ready to kill at moment's notice" said celestia "that's because he is for the safety of the innocent people but sadly sometime's to be the savior you have to become the villain of the piece which he is right now he's risking his life for us he's doing so much more than any of us could ever repay to him or his friend's" luna said as if speaking only to celestia "luna what do you mean by this?" celestia asked luna turned and spoke "humanity think's that there at the top of the food chain they have created thing's that can drill,blowup,and even destroy planet's with in the blink of an eye and he went against his leader to get here as did other soldiers to help him get here humanity is running out of room on there planet and are relocating to other planet's if the soldier's sent there said yes it was relocatable then they where brought back and the planet's life form's where wiped out killed equestria was the next planet to be relocated it take's a year to make the choice whether to move the population or not if they do move it then all life form's on that planet are as good as dead right there right then but we are in luck for this man that i have fallen for is fighting all of the planet to keep us safe from harm so there for he has become the villain of the piece" luna said all the other's where in utter shock "so because he love's you he's willing to just fight against his leader's to get here and then protect us?!" rainbow dash yelled in rage "rainbow calm down" luna said "calm down calm down! how do you suppose i calm down princess are planet is going to be obliterated by the same people that this guy is trying to protect us from and just how is he supposed to keep us safe anyway's?! hmm? is he going to blow up the planet? is he going to kill his leader to make an example in order to get them to stop!? what is he supposed to do when we don't have anything to defend against them! where already dead anyway's!" rainbow yelled still in rage'd "THOU SHALL NOT SPEAK OF HIM THAT WAY!" luna had yet again used the royal canterlot voice on somepony "we have already planed out how to stop humanity! when he was fifteen he found out what they where going to do and started building thing's to help us win! rainbow before you ask me something think about it!" luna yelled "this meeting is at an end twilight you and your friend's shall be staying at canterlot until further notice" luna said
