"... and together, they named their new land... Equestria!" Spike said proudly as the curtains closed. He wanted to sound absolutely perfect for the Hearths Warming Eve play. He spoke in his odd Shakespeare voice. The crowd stomped their hooves on the ground, applausing. Spike bowed happily, but he wasn't done yet! Just as he was about to speak, a certain filly unicorn raised her hoof.
"Um, excuse me? I have a question." Sweetie Belle asked. She sat in the front row with Scootaloo and Apple Bloom, so it was easy for Spike to hear her.
"Yes Sweetie Belle?" Spike said politely.
"Where did the alicorns like Princess Celestia and Luna come from?" She asked, puzzled. Not one alicorn was mentioned in this play, so she wanted know how they came. A few "yeahs" came from the crowd. They were growing curious too.
"That is a good question, we were just getting to that part." Spike said as the ponies got quiet. The curtains re-opened to reveal Commander Hurricane and Princess Platinum. Commander Hurricane was seen to be crouched on the ground while Princess Platinum stared down at the pegasus, shocked. The crowd stared, wondering was going on.
"Afterwards, Commander Hurricane and Princess Platinum held a private summit to further strengthen their diplomatic relations..." Spike said, moving the the side of the stage so the audience could get a good view of the scene. Commander Hurricane pounced on Princess Platinum, gently pushing her against a chair. Princess Platinum face turned red and her ears flattened against her head.
"Please, Commander Hot Head-" the unicorn began, but was interrupted by Commander Hurricane.
"That's Commander Hot Stuff to you." The pegasus responded, smirking. Princess Platinum rolled her eyes.
"Please Commander," she said annoyed. "Could you just stand back and give me my royal space?" The crowd watched in awe, getting a little interested. However, the Cutie Mark Crusaders felt like something was going to get freaky...
"Oh, you mean like this your royal highness?"
Movement.
"Ahhhh! What are you- AHHHH!"
The crowd gasped, their faces growing red. A few mares fainted and stallions turned away. The Cutie Mark Crusaders stared in disgust.
Is my sister...? Sweetie Belle thought, feeling sick.
Rainbow Dash is... WHAT?! thought Scootaloo.
Good thing Applejack ain't in this scene... Apple Bloom thought, face-hoofing.
Thirty Minutes Later...
The next scene was focused in a hospital room, Princess Platinum was seen giving birth and Commander Hurricane was holding her hoof.
"Just take deep breaths..." He said. The unicorn screamed. She panted, grabbing the white blanket on her bed.
"I think the baby- AHHHHHHHH!" She screamed.
Silence.
A few seconds later, Princess Celestia popped out from a white blanket Princess Platinum was holding.
"And then, I was born!" She said excitedly. Commander Hurricane gave her a happy smile and a look that said Adorable! On the other hoof, Princess Platinum looked exhausted.
The crowds response was nothing but cricket chirps.
Why aren't they cheering? the sun goddess thought, confused.

Princess Celestia was crying. Her face was buried in her hooves.
"I don't understand, they didn't like it!" She sobbed. Princess Luna stood next to her, patting her back.
"Maybe that's because it was inappropriate!" Luna said, shaking her head. Celestia sobbed even more. Luna sighed.
"Next year, let me direct the play instead." the moon goddess mumbled.
