Solar Eclipse

Celestia was in a state of restless sleep. She kept having the same dream over and over; that of her being murdered by her student. She imagined herself in the castle's throne room. She saw Twilight stab her and end her life several times over.
But this time it didn’t immediately end. This time she stayed standing, but she couldn’t see anything. All around her was endless blackness, touched only by a light that constantly shifted away from her focus, seemingly without origin.
She looked all around, but no matter which way she looked it was all the same. She heard a familiar voice call her name. She turned around and saw another light, this one silhouetting Pinkie Pie.
As Celestia had seen earlier her mane was down and lifeless. She had an evil grin on her face as they stared at each other.
“Hello Celestia. How are you doing?” the pink mare finally said. The solar princess didn’t reply with words, only a horrified facial expression. “Well don’t worry. I will make sure it’s slow and painful.” The pink maned pony continued to smile.
“Wha … What do you mean?” Celestia asked, frightened by the pink mare.
“You’ll be fine, for awhile. But I wouldn’t count on surviving.” Pinkamena replied vaguely. “I recommend waking up now. Well, see you in a couple of minutes.” And then she disappeared.

Celestia sprang up from her bed, her vision clearer but still blurry in her left eye. She looked around the cell. The anti-magic brace was still locked around her horn, and the orange farmer pony was sleeping in the corner of the room.
She stood up, trying to make as little noise as she could. She tried to stretch her wings but bindings around them prevented her from doing so. While the cell was roomy, she still felt uncomfortable in it. She wasn’t use to living like a caged animal, or living in a world like this.
She thought this must have been similar to when Luna was imprisoned in the moon. A thought struck her. If what Applejack had told her was true, then her dear sister was imprisoned there as she was imprisoned below the castle.
She wanted to burst into tears at the thought of her sister going through that torture again. As she was about to start crying, two guards appeared at the front of the cell doors.
“Get up. It is time,” one of the two guards spoke. Celestia stood up and the two walked in. One of them then whacked her in the face with the stock of a crossbow. She fell to the ground with a thud, her left eye’s vision getting worse.
The other stallion then moved closer, placing chains around her hooves. The two then used their magic to drag her though the halls of the castle. After about five minutes of wandering the halls they came upon a set of tall wooden doors.
The stallions opened the portal and brightness from the early morning sun shined in. In the gardens outside the castle was a cluster of ponies, ranging from Earth Ponies to Pegusi.
Every last one of them had worried and nervous expressions on their faces as the two guards dragged the white alicorn up some stairs and onto a stage on the gateway into the city. One of the white unicorn guards then tied a rope around the solar princess’s neck before walking off.
In the distance, four ponies walked onto a balcony on the castle, one of them being Princess Sparkle. To her left stood Rainbow Dash and Pinkamena, and to her right stood Rarity.
“Princess Celestia,” the lavender alicorn started her announcement. “For the crimes against Equestria, and hiding from your rulers, you are here by sentence to death.”
“Do you have any final words of sympathy?” the princess of Canterlot called out. Celestia raised her head, and using her right eye she tried to make eye contact with her student.
“Twilight, this isn’t you. Please snap out of it. I beg you. Please Twilight. Think of what you’re doing. Think of all these ponies,” the white alicorn begged her student, beginning to cry.
“Is that all you have to say. Ha, you’re more pathetic than any one of those pathetic ponies down there,” Twilight mocked her old teacher. Her student's lack of any signs of sorrow or remorse made her shed more tears before looking down again, awaiting her death.
The lavender mare got ready to use her magic to open the wooden floor boards, and finish off the solar princess. As she was about to call upon her magic to finally murder the alicorn, a smoke screen erupted from under the stage.
Guards immediately started rushing up the stairs to the gallows to prevent any attempts at escape.
Celestia up on the gallows opened her eyes to see the smoke screen around her. Behind her she could hear the sound of a pony magically teleporting nearby.
As soon as she tried to turn around she could feel her neck being freed from the ropes. When she was about to see the pony behind her she was teleported out of the smoke screen.

Celestia looked around after being teleported. She could see the gates to the city not too far off in the distance. When she turned around, she saw the brown stallion standing in front of her.
“War Zone?” the solar princess asked.
“Да. You're very luck that I was able to get help,” War Zone replied.
“You found some ponies that are not afraid of the others?” the solar princess questioned.
“Нет. I had help from somepony you … probably won’t trust,” the white maned stallion said.
“Who?” Celestia asked. War Zone hesitated before blurting it out.
“Pinkamena.”
“What? Why would you trust her?”
___________________________________________________________________
“I will help you if you do something for me,” the figure said.
War Zone lowered his guard and asked: “What do you want?”
"I just want Celestia alive.” Pinkamena said as she came into view.
“Pinkamena!” the brown stallion panicked. “How do you know me?” the unicorn stallion questioned after calming down.
“You don’t think I know about you and Fluttershy visiting each other do you?” Pinkamena replied.
“But … how did you … never mind. But why would you want to help Celestia? I know you want her dead,” the Saddle Arabian pony questioned.
“Listen. I know you want her alive to take back Equestria. I want her alive so I can be the one to kill her. While we have completely different reasons, they both require the same goal.”
The brown unicorn thought for a second before deciding “Fine. I will work with you, BUT only to free Celestia. Then we go back to trying to kill each other.”
The pink mare nodded her head before turning around and walking off. “Oh, and, I thought it would be nice for you to know that Twilight killed Red Bow and Marksman.”
War Zone stopped after the pink mare finished her sentence. He stood still. He closed his eyes and swallowed. “Thank you … for the news.”
Pinkamena grinned as she turned her head away from the stallion before walking off.

“So you think we can trust Pinkie?” the white alicorn asked the brown stallion.
“Нет, I only associated with her to get you free. I don’t trust her at all,” War Zone replied.
“So … are you ok?” the white alicorn questioned.
“Why wouldn’t I be? I should be asking you that question,” the brown stallion replied.
“I’m fine, but the reason I ask you is because you said Pinkie told you my student killed …” Celestia stopped as the unicorn adopted a frustrated look.
“She … killed … them. I will make sure they are avenged,” War Zone said, trying to remain calm.
Celestia didn’t say anything in reply. Even knowing her student had committed a terrible crime, she didn’t know whether she should actually let War Zone kill Twilight. She could try and show her that what she had done was wrong and make her live with those sins.
The two ideas buzzed through her head rapidly, and she wasn't sure what to do.
“I think we should get out of here,” the unicorn stallion spoke up. Celestia nodded her head in agreement.
As War Zone was about to teleport, Celestia interrupted him. “Wait! Where are we going to go? And also, could you do anything about this anti-magic collar?”
“Нет. The collar can only be removed by Twilight,” the stallion replied to one of Celestia’s one questions. “And … if you don’t mind … I think I’m going to go to Stalliongrad for a while and think.”
“No, I don't mind. But do you have any recommendations on where I should go?” the solar princess asked.
“Да, I would say the best place for you would be somewhere far out, such as the Dragon Kingdom. From what I’ve heard they are still loyal to you.”
“Thank you for all your help War Zone,” Celestia thanked her ally.
“No problem Princess. I hope to see you as the ruler again soon,” the stallion said before disappearing.

Celestia was walking thought the far ends of the Ever-Free Forest. Her wings where scraped from the coils that had been around them earlier. Her stomach was growling from a lack of food. She turned around and saw a small glowing dot in the far of distance.
The dot was Canterlot; she assumed that guards must have been all over Equestria at this point. She turned her head back toward the direction she was going.
Not far off she saw some old dusty mountains. As she approached the rocky area it started looking more familiar. As soon as she was in the dusty area she knew where she was.
A long narrow valley way leading to an unknown point. She knew that she was in the Changeling's land. Celestia tried to look down the valley, unable to see any signs of life. She began walking down the rocky area.
Trying to make as little noise as possible, Celestia proceeded on her journey to the Dragon Kingdom. As she walked she heard buzzing in the background.
She noticed a light coming from down a verge the path. She poked her head around the corner, and saw an approximated number of seven Changelings sitting around a small fire.
The solar princess attempted to sneak by the seven bug like creatures, watching her every step. As she was half way across the sound of a rock falling down the hill behind her was heard.
The Changelings turned their heads and saw the Sun goddess standing down at the end of the walkway; the seven rushed at her. As Celestia was about to run she stopped herself as the bug like creatures also stopped in front of her.
The solar princess stood, confused, as the Changelings just stared at her.
“Celestia?” one of the Changelings
spoke up. The white alicorn princess didn’t respond, confused that the Changelings didn’t attack her.
“Celestia? Is that really you?” the same Changeling asked again.
“Y...yes,” she replied confused. As the black bug was about to respond a growl came from the alicorns stomach drawing the Changeling's attention.
“You must be hungry Celestia. Come, follow us." Celestia didn’t object, and followed the seven bugs. The group of eight sat down around the fire. “Here you go princess,” a female Changeling said as she handed the alicorn a bowl of some form of soup.
“Thank you,” the solar princess replied, trying to grab the bowl with her magic. She then looked up and remembered the anti-magic brace on her horn.
The changelings where confused for a second before spotting the collar around the princess’s horn.
“How did you get an anti-magic collar around your horn?” the female changeling questioned.
“Earlier today a pony named War Zone helped me escape from Twilight,” Celestia explained.
“You were captured?” another changeling spoke up.
“Yes. I was going to be hung but War Zone saved me.”
“Ah. I see. Well anyway, where are you headed to Princess?” the supposed leader changed the subject.
“I’m going to the Dragon's lands. May I ask you a question?” the solar princess asked. The changeling simply nodded. “What happened to the Changeling Empire?”
The Changeling leader sighed before starting. “When Princess Sparkle came to power, the first place she attacked was here since the Changelings where the greatest threat to her throne. So she invaded and murdered Queen Chrysalis, and is trying to kill every Changeling alive,” the changeling finished. “Well, we are all probably exhausted. We should all get some sleep.”
“I guess I’ll be on me way then,” the princess of the sun announced.
“You don’t have to go Princess. If you want you can stay here for tonight,” another young Changeling spoke up.
“I’ll be fine. It’ll be safer for all of us.”
“The princess of Equestria is right. We all wish you the best of luck on your journey Princess,” the changeling leader announced. The solar princess smiled and nodded before walking off. The thought of having ponies, or even other living creatures, still be loyal to her gave her relief.

Pinkie was in a deep sleep. She started off having a dream of being with her friends in the old days, but she felt no happiness, only hatred. But while she was dreaming about it everything went dark.
She then imagined herself sitting on the throne in Canterlot. She got up from the throne and walked onto the balcony above the great city. Every pony in Equestria bowing down to her, even Rainbow Dash and Rarity.
When the pink pony looked back she saw that she had wings and a horn before growing a creepy, evil grin. She flew down into the crowd and looked at every pony there.
Then, before she knew what was happening, all the ponies were ripped open. The blood from all of them covered the ground. The sight gave Pinkamena an even bigger grin. She felt more happiness then she had ever felt before.
As she soaked in the sight a loud clunk woke her up. “Damn it! Stupid chair!” the pink earth pony whispered before standing the chair up again and sitting down.
She placed her rear legs up on the table in her office and grabbed her knife and rag. She started whipping the knife despite how clean it already was. Pinkamena just sat there, whipping her knife as the minutes went by.
She got more and more frustrated from not doing anything before she finally yelled out. “GUARDS!”
Two stallions in golden armor immediately appeared at the door. “What do you desire Miss Pinkamena?” one of them spoke nervously.
“I want to kill a pony. Go fetch me one,” Pinkamena chirped.
“Yes your high …” the same guard was interrupted.
“But, I want one who has a little filly. Got it?” Both the guards where getting more nervous. They never liked Pinkie when she was like this.
“Y…yes Pinkamena,” the other guard spoke before both of them ran off.
Pinkie sat in her office waiting for only five minutes before one of the guards reappeared in the doorway. “We have gotten a mare and her daughter, as you requested.”
“Good, I’ll be down in a minute.”
The guard ran off as the pink mare slipped on her dress made of cutie marks and her unicorn horn necklace. She proceeded down the stairs into her basement.
When she reached the bottom she saw a grey mare with a yellow mane tied down to the table. She already had tears streaming down her face. “Hi Derpy,” the pink pony chirped. Pinkamena looked to the corner, where she noticed a small purplish filly hiding and crying.
“Ah. Aren’t you cute? Are you ready to watch me murder your mommy?” Pinkamena giggled as her pupils shrunk to as small as they could go. Without a reply, Pinkie threw Dinky into a cage that she used to put Gummy in.
“Now, let’s start,” the insane earth pony said before grabbing a small medical knife off the table and walking toward the grey Pegasus. Pinkie then took notice of the mare’s derped eyes.
“Your eyes annoy me. So I’ll fix it,” Pinkamena spoke up with a happy tone in her voice. She stuck the knife in the area around Derpy’s eye and popped it out. The grey Pegasus screamed in pain.
“Better,” Pinkamena chirped before turning her head toward the filly. Dinky closed her eyes refusing to look. “You can’t do that girl. Let me help.” Before Derpy or Dinky could protest Pinkamena used her knife and cut off the filly's lower eye lids.
The little filly started screaming as the pink earth pony made the cuts. When she was done the filly could no longer close her eyes fully.
“Now, let’s continue,” Pinkie spoke up, turning her attention back toward Derpy. She walked toward the tied down mare and started a cut around the cutie mark on her flank.
Large gushes of blood started flowing from the grey mare’s leg as Pinkie pulled of the cutie mark. The meat from behind her leg was showing, but Pinkie didn't care.
Pinkie then started another cut around the other cutie mark. Derpy continued to scream in pain from the injuries the earth pony was inflicting on her.
Pinkamena the dropped the knife she had held in her mouth and walked over to a table with various types of blades and sharp objects. Using her right hoof she picked up an axe on the table and stared at it.
She then tapped the blade part of the axe with her hoof, giving her a small cut on it. Pinkamena smiled before walking back over to the injured Pegasus.
As soon as Pinkie reached the tied down mare she pulled up the axe, finding the best spot to strike. Once she found her point to hit she swung the axe down on the left wing. The bone was sticking out, and blood began dripping out of the cut joint.
The impact made the now one eyed Pegasus cry even more than she already was. The one strike the pink mare made went through the entire wing, cutting it all off. The insane, pink pony then threw the grey, disembodied wing onto the floor.
Once the wing hit a soft roaring was heard and out of the darkened corner of the room, a fully grown alligator walked toward to the wing. The alligator turned its head toward the pink mare.
“Go ahead Gummy. It’s been a while since you’ve had a taste of any ponies,” Pinkamena said to her pet. Once the mare was done talking, Gummy opened his jaws, showing off his teeth, and ate the Pegasus wing in one bite, not leaving a single morsel.
Pinkamena then started cutting the other wing off. This time her swing had less strength and it took more cuts to get it off. After nearly ten swings, the bone finally snapped and Pinkie threw it in in front of Gummy.
Just like before, the green alligator ate the wing before walking back into the blackened corner. The grey Pegasus tied down to the table was starting to lose consciousness from the large blood loss.
Pinkamena brought her attention to the dying mares face. “Don’t worry Derpy. Just hold out a little longer,” Pinkie told the bleeding Pegasus. The pink earth pony walked back over to the table with the knife and placed the axe down.
She picked up a large bowie knife and hopped over to Derpy. “It’s ok. This is the final part,” Pinkamena giggled. As Derpy continued crying the pink mare stuck the giant knife into the nearly dead pony’s chest and cut a hole.
The pink pony then used her hooves and ripped a giant opening in her victim’s chest. Unlike she usually did, she removed all the organs without making any puns or jokes. The blood dripped all over the table and onto the pink mare’s coat.
The grey mare kept getting weaker and weaker until she could no longer feel anything. When Pinkie was done removing the organs, she looked up and saw that her latest victim was now dead.
She walked over to the cage and opened the door letting the little filly out. Without saying any words the filly cried and cried as she made her way to the stairs.
As the foal reached the bottom step, Gummy came out of his corner and bit down on the filly’s body with all his might. Dinky died nearly instantly. The green reptile ate the foal whole, leaving nothing but a pool of blood.
“Good job Gummy, you remembered. Only you and me get out alive,” Pinkamena said, walking over to her pet and hugging him.

Rainbow Dash was sitting in her bed in the factory. She was completely bored, not wanting to kill ponies as she usually did. To her surprise she didn’t care that Celestia had escaped.
She heard hoof steps come toward her door. Instead of waiting for a knock she immediately got up, hoping for it to be something interesting. When she opened the door a grey Pegasus stallion in golden armor was standing only three feet away.
“Yes?” the rainbow maned pony asked.
“I just came to inform you that Miss Pinkamena killed another Pegasus, and I thought you might be concerned,” the guard replied.
“Damn it Pinkie. You killed too many Pegusi that the rainbow Factory needs,” Rainbow Dash grunted. “Wait here for a second,” the cyan Pegasus ordered the guard before walking toward her desk and pulling out a piece of paper and a pencil.
Holding the pencil in her mouth she angrily wrote on the paper before rolling it up and walking back toward the guard near the door. “Here, take this and give it to Pinkamena. Got it?” the rainbow pony yelled as she gave the letter to the stallion.
The royal guard nodded his head before running down the hall and out of view. Rainbow Dash slammed the door shut and jumped into her bed.
While she sat around, Applejack’s words came to her from a couple of days ago. All she heard was two voices in her head, one saying Applejack is right and another yelling she is wrong, and killing is right.
___________________________________________________________________
Pinkamena got up out of her bed, her coat still stained with blood from the pony she had killed the day before. She started walking toward the door when the door was opened from the other side.
On the other side of the portal was a grey Pegasus stallion. “Um … this was sent to you by Rainbow Dash from the Rainbow Factory last night Miss Pinkamena.”
Without saying a word Pinkamena picked up the paper scroll and read it to herself.
Pinkamena
You’ve killed too many of the Rainbow Factory’s Pegusi and it is causing slower production of rainbows. You have to not kill any more Pegusi or I’m going to start charging you up the ass for it. So unless you have three hundred bits for every Pegusi you kill which you use to make cupcakes, I recommended no more Pegusi killing.
Rainbow Dash
Pinkie felt anger inside of her as she threw the letter on the ground and slammed the door in the guard's face. “Rainbow Dash, you fucking idiot! You’ve killed enough fucking Pegusi already since you were the first one to go insane,” Pinkie complained.
“You probably won’t kill them since you're growing too soft,” the pink pony whispered angrily. She thought for a second before getting a grin on her face. She walked over to her desk and started writing.
Dear Dashie
I am sorry for killing so many of your precious Pegusi, so to make up for the Pegusi I killed yesterday I give you this one from my side of Ponyville. I hope it will help you.
Pinkamena Diane Pie
Pinkie kept her attention on the letter. She wrapped it up, still having her evil grin, and walked toward the door and opened it to see the guard still standing nearby.
“Give this to Rainbow, and send her the next pony I bring here,” Pinkamena said. The guard was both confused and frightened at the mare's calmness but still followed orders and took the letter and flew off.
