Poems about Ponies
Chronicles 2
Previous ChapterNext ChapterIt was a dark and stormy night,
When clichés roamed and reigned.
No matter how big was the fright,
They just didn't complain
And although forces shown in strength,
Tried to stop the lovebirds,
Nothing went the far-enough length,
To make themselves well-heard.
For forgiveness was gained and new,
To make up their lost days,
They said the words we knew were true,
She stared into her gaze.
Cello turntable overturned,
Forgotten in her eyes,
As the smouldered, piercing look burned,
We know what ahead lies.
We skip some time til morning dawns,
And treat ourselves to "Awwww!"
As they awaken to their yawns,
Happy for one day more.
