Hearts of Corruption

"Okay then..." DL responded. "How're we going to use this technique?" I asked. "You're going to combine your power with mine. By doing this, you'll mirror my existence with yours. We'll be one whole being. It'll transform you into something far greater than anything you'd imagine!" DL answered. "Alright...Let's do this." I said. "Just think about the same thing as me and I'll go inside your body with the same existence and thoughts." DL said. "Got it." I said as I thought of something DL would think about and he did the same. I could feel his presence and power combining with mine.

"Another transformation?!" Jack exclaimed. My body started to transform. My wings grew demonically but more demonic than Jack's. My body and hooves turned purple like I had embraced the purple aura! "Jack!" I yelled. My voice was completely different since it had DL's voice combined with mine. "Your reign ends here!" I said getting out my sword. I could feel the darkness corrupt my body. Jack rushed towards me and tried to attack me but I blocked his attack with my sword and slashed him multiple times with my sword until I finally kicked him to the ground. "Ugh..." Jack said. I flew to the other surface across of him. "Your darkness will corrupt you! But... I shall destroy you...Here and now!" Jack yelled as he charged an electric energy ball and ran towards me. I started charging a fire energy ball and ran towards him. The energy balls collided and created a force unlike any other. Jack managed to get one of my vital spots. I hit his shoulder in response. A bright light appeared after the collision and both of us fell to the floor. I transformed back because I had no more energy left. Jack transformed back to his original self and he was also bleeding on the ground, unable to move. "Looks like I win..." I said weakly, getting up. I felt a sudden pain in my body. "What?!" I exclaimed as I fell to the ground. "Heh...Looks like the corruption has you now..." Jack said "I also hit one of your vital spots... Looks like it's a tie...". I couldn't feel my body! My body was totally numb! "Nice fighting with you..." Jack said as his energy had fully vanished and died. "...Looks like...I won't be able to keep my promise...Mei...." I said as I felt the darkness corrupting my body. I uttered 2 words before I lost consciousness and was sure I was dead: "I'm.....Sorry.,."....
