World-weary and cynical, Agent Walker doesn't know what to expect when he steps through the shimmering portal in the lab. All he knows is that two other agents are dead, that the erratic green-eyed Doctor Wechsler, lead researcher on the top-secret quantum tunneling project, is to blame, and that the good Doctor has only just gone through the portal.

He knows he can't waste a second: in the wrong hands, the research could be a terrible weapon. He has no choice, so he steps through without hesitating -- never guessing that what he'll find on the other side will make him question everything he knows, including his loyalties, his beliefs and his very identity.

Two things of note for potential readers:

- There will be sex, but the point of the fic is not sex: it's an adventure where sex happens when it makes sense for it to happen. If you're looking for a fast clop fix, you may want to look elsewhere.

- There will be Human in Equestria. Events transpire early on that may disappoint someone looking for a "pure" HiE story, but have faith and a little patience, and you'll get what you're looking for soon enough. Promise.
