She reread that last line again. Princess Twilight Sparkle had just been corrinated and was already looking around her new home. Twilight was familiar with the castle's basic structure; although, she was still exploring it in its entirety. This led to her excitement in finding this "hidden" library. There were many interesting and strange books to read here.

There titles and genre's varied, like Defence Against the Dark Arts to How to Pull the perfect Prank, but the one that caught Twilight's eye was non-other than one entitled, "Equestria: Secret Origins by BP." This ended up being the one she chose to open. Something about a real look at history was calling to her.

Now having read the first chapter though Twilight knew not what to think. If this were a story it would be very interesting yet it claims to be the truth. And that name, why did it sound so familiar? Had she read it before? Twilgiht could not say.

Could he really be a god? Twilight had to wonder if these gods were real. She had never read anything of them before; although, the book did mention that they were to be kept secret. But Celestia would never keep information from the ponies of Equestria she was far too kind for that. Still Twilight had to wonder why this book was so hidden, or why, if it was such a taboo, it was not destroyed.

All these questions and thoughts came to Twilight after her initial read. Also some things this book said were strange just because of how they were written. Maybe its explained later! This was more than enough to inspire the mare to continue reading.
