Twilight, Raaity, Fluttershy, and Apple Jack all raced into Ponyville's nut house, as a psychiatrist had said they were needed there at once. The four were given directions at the reception desk and trotted to the room the three demented mares were in.
At the room they saw about ten guards, four psychiatrists, and two police ponys in the hall in front of the room, looking through a large window. The 16 ponys by the window let the mares look through, not prepared for what they find.
"Is that Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash?!" Twilight practically yelled after looking through the window.
Blood Rune tried to break free, but the chains were magically reinforced.
"Heheheheheheheheh" she giggled in an uncontrollable manner. "MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"
Soon all three of them were laughing like the madmares they were. one of the guards pressed a button, tazeing them all. As the caged ponys fell to the floor, twitching, but knocked out, the four free mares noticed something they had always passed as unimportant. Faint red stains. The ponys quickly realized that these had developed over years of continuous murder.
A grey mare with a black and red mane flew to the backdoor of Rainbow Dash's house. The Rainbow colored mare was waiting anxiously.
"Finally. I was worried you wouldn't come." Rainbow sighed in relief.
"Hey! I can't actually fly!" Shouted a pink mare below.
"Hey Pinkameana." The grey mare said as she and Dash landed on the ground.
"So, Blood Rune. What are we doing today?" Dash asked skeptically.
"Were going to my secret hideout." Blood Rune grinned, evily.
She led the way to the Everfree Forest and walked in a hidden entrance. As the mares continued they heard a voice.
"What is this? I feel a dark aura, coming from this area."
"Zecora!" Whispered Pinkie.
Blood Rune responded by throwing invisibility cloaks on them. They could see each other, but no one without a cloak could see them. But the zebra saw them and immediately responded in rhyme.
"It is Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Blood Rune. I must run or I will meet my doom."
With that the zebra took of towards Ponyville. The mares galloped after her. But as soon as they reached Ponyville, they were met by the police and the SWAT team, who hoofcuffed them and dragged them to the local nut house.
They were locked in a large room divided into three sections, and each was put in there own. Chained to the walls, they tried to break free, but failed.
