Chapters Prologue
Recap:Ridley was destroyed on Zebes by Bounty Hunter:Samus Aran. He was then cloned aboard the B.O.T.T.L.E ship, to be engineered as a bioweapon. After Samus destroyed Phantoon, and caused the destruction of the facility, a small capsule containing a "Failed" Clone of Ridley was shot off in the direction of a Oxygenic planet known as "Equestria"
Somewhere in Ponyville...
"Pray-tell, Spike, have you been you enjoying your marriage with Sweetie Belle?" Asked a meek, cream colored Alicorn with a lilac/dark purple mane. He was the prince of a far-off kingdom, known as Lavendaria
"Hay yeah, Shy Heart! She's the most beautiful mare I've ever seen, not to mention the most kind!" Spike said, with his purple scales standing on end at the thought of his true love. "But what about you? Have you found somepony yet?"
"Yes...but we're taking things slow, I'll tell you about her lat---" Before he could finish, a spherical metal object had just crashed into the side of a tree, not too far away from the two pals.The two decide to investigate the object, and try and scour the area for the small object.
They searched for what seemed like hours, seeing nothing but the dense forests of the Everfree. Eventually, Spike broke the silence, but only for a short amount of time.
"What the hay was that thing!" Spike shouted profusely, using his recently developed wings, which he had grown after showing that he had grasped the meaning of bravery,to help search more effectively.
"I don't know! Whatever it was, I could sense something alive in it!Wait...let's check the forest clearing!" As if on cue, the crater where the object hit became visible."SPIKE! DOWN HERE!"
As the two approached the object, Shy Heart began to feel a sense of...calmness emanating from the pod. He motioned Spike to calm down, and to approach the pod. They fumbled around the pod for about an hour, trying to figure out how to open it, but were not successful.Finally, Spike had a stroke of genius.
"AHA! Why not just use my fire to weaken the metal, then we pull it off?!" Spike shouted with the utmost enthusiasm possible.
"Spike, why didn't you think of that earlier...that would of helped, a lot." Shy Heart shot a pair of daggers at Spike, showing complete disdain for his ignorance.
As the two finally opened the pod after spending a good hour and a half, but what they saw was....
"A... bird?!" They said simultaneously.
W-What is this thing, it looks like a rabbit, mixed with a bat and a bird! 'Ugh'...why does my life have to be so odd! Thought Spike.
Looks kinda cute. Shy Heart thought.
The two's thought process was interrupted by the small creature stepping towards them.

I think I may or may not have been slightly intoxicated while writing this.(I'm kidding, bro.)
By the way, Ridley is in the little birdy form,not quite a dragon yet.
Chapter 1- My Little Birdy
"S...Sp...Spike.....W..What is that?"
"I..I don't know!...I think It's some sort of bird, whatever it is...It isn't attacking us."
Spike and Shy Heart slowly crept towards it, cautiously. Shy Heart broke the silence,
"Hey there little guy, I'm Shy Heart, what's yours?"
"....Ridley." The creature said in a gruff, yet seemingly light tone.
"Ridley? That's an odd name, mind if I call you 'Birdy'?" Shy asked, almost sounding more like a command then a request.
"Shy? Can we trust this little guy? He doesn't look like anything I've seen in my research about avians.." Spike questioned, looking rather worried, considering that this was a new species, obviously.
"Yeah, my magic tells me that he has no malice towards us, in-fact, he seems almost benevolent!...I wonder....is it possible, that his species might be just as intelligent?"Shy enthusiastically suggested, but was quickly interrupted by Ridley.
"The rest of my kind are very evil things. I was sent here because I was too kind, Speaking of which, where am I?"
The two were taken aback by the bluntness of what the creature just said, but decided against saying anything about it.
"You're in..Equestria, on planet Equis. Where...are you from?" Spike sputtered, not sure whether or not they could trust this fellow, considering how he told them his kind is evil, and all that jazz.
"Spike, we have time for that later.. don't you think we should tell Princess Twilight about this? I'm sure she could find something about him in the Castle library." Shy , sounding almost as nervous as Spike is.
"You're right...that would probably be the best thing to do, Mo- er ...Twilight should know what he is." Spike muttered quietly, being sure Shy Heart didn't hear the last part.
The three then set off, but not before Shy Heart levitated Ridley onto his back, and securing him to a saddle. After making sure the hold was secure, Shy Heart began casting a teleportation spell that would take them to the front of the castle library, where Twilight was. sure enough, studying on her free time as a princess. As soon as they appeared, Twilight slammed her book shut,(Not before marking her page first...) and ran over to greet them, but they also noticed that a navy-blue pegasus was with her as well.horse hug?)"Oh, I almost forgot, Spike...you remember Thunderblur right? He's come to stay at the castle for a few days,I though maybe you could---" She was cut off by Spike before she could finish.
"Twilight, there's more important things right now...look." Spike pointed towards the bag on Shy Heart's back, which contained a very fuzzy, white creature.
"Spike...what is that thing! It looks like a bird...but it sort of looks like a dragon, too!" Twilight was astounded by this creature, who seemed to belong to three different animal types.Twilight rushed over to the nearest bestiary, looking under Birds first, then dragons, and finally to Draconequus."Huh?! I can't find anything, ANYWHERE!" She said, panting at the fact that she could not even find the slightest bit of information about the white fuzzball.
"If it's any help,my scientific name for my species is Ridlenious Xenophon ...Ridlen is what we're called from where I came from." Ridley explained in an extremely scientific manner, causing everypony's jaw to hang at the sheer intelligence of the creature.
"Oh wow! I didn't know you could talk!" Twilight exclaimed, giddily jumping up and down at the fact that a sentient creature that could speak Equine is here, and it's undiscovered!"Say, Ridley, was it? Where is it that you're from? Spike tells me that you came down in a capsule."
"I don't have a home planet, I was born on a space station, it's in the 4th space intersection in the Horse-Head nebula: 2nd quadrant. I wouldn't go there If I were you..the people there...aren't exactly friendly per-say..."
"Is that why you were sent here?" The mare asked, sounding rather somber from hearing that this poor little guy doesn't have a home.
"Yeah, they said I was too kind, something that is not accepted among my people." Ridley said, as a slow frown started to develop on his small beak, ears drooping slightly.
"Oh, you poor thing! OH, I know! How about I see if I can get Princess Celestia to get you a citizen's pass! That way you can live in Ponyville! Spike, do you think you can take him in?" Twilight ecstatically asked, knowing the answer before he even said it.
"Yeah... I guess so. Sweetie Belle probably will adore the little guy."

Meanwhile, near the B.O.T.T.L.E ship crash site.
"Adam,where did the survivor land?"
"It was on a course for Equis, a planet who's primary species are various Equine creatures. It seems like they are sentient, and are rather peaceful."
"Good, set course for Equis."
"Yes, lady."

Oh dear Celestia, Ideas are hard to think of.
If you can think of any ways too improve wordings of certain lines, let me know.
Like....should Ridley molt soon? Or...should Samus not trust the reject? Should the Pirates come? Galactic Federation?
Anyhoo, tell me any errors, I'll correct them, and some advice is welcome.

Chapter 2- The Huntress arrives
Above planet Equis/Terra
"Adam, have you found the creatures location?"
"I have, it appears to be in a group with 5 others."
"So it has not attacked anyone?"
"No, they all appear to be standing still according to the sensors."
"I guess the data reports were right, It is nice after all, but still, I need to locate it, and examine it."
"Samus, Incoming transmission from Weavel, do you wish to receive?"
"Yeah, go ahead."Odd, I haven't heard from Weavel since the Gorea incident.
Samus, long time no see. I was just hired by Admiral Dane of the GF to accompany you on your mission to find the Ridley clone. I'm bringing a few friends, as well as some troops with me. I am currently headed towards your ship, so don't head out till we meet up. See ya' later,
Weavel.
"Ugh...just great, now I have to work with space pirates ...Adam, respond to Weavel explaining that the inhabitants of this planet are not hostile, and to equip everyone with a scan visor. ASAP."
"Yes, lady."

In the Royal Throne Room...
"Twilight, what brings you to this part of the castle?" Celestia asked, even though she knew exactly why she was here.
"Hello Twilight." Luna said, boasting a rather bored expression, since she woke up not too long ago.
"Princess, Spike found this creature on the outskirts of Ponyville, we were wondering if you knew anything about it?" Twilight asked, and proceeded to levitate the creature towards the sun pattern in the center of the room.
"Hmm...I don't know." The princess said quite bluntly. She levitated the creature towards her, and checked his teeth."Whatever he is, he's omnivorous. Has he eaten anything since you found him?"
"I haven't eaten anything yet." Ridley meeped, and his stomach rumbled awkwardly. Causing everypony's head to turn towards him.
"Well little one, I didn't know you could speak! If I may ask, what do you eat?" Celestia inquired.
"The people who used to take care of me said I required a bunch of Protein and Zinc . Have anything with lots of that stuff?" Ridley asked, hoping she's give him something tasty, as he could not really hunt on his own for now.
"Hmm..Protein and Zinc...I do believe that Invisiberries and the Manticore would be a good source. I will tell my chefs to prepare some for you."Celestia said, leaving her to ponder whether or not feeding him so much so soon would be a good idea. But she decided not to worry about it, and rang the dinner bell.Three ponies then came, all with silver platters as their cutie mark.
"Yes, princesses?" All three said simultaneously. Leaving Spike and Shy Heart speechless, as well as Ridley.
"Chefs, Please prepare some Manitcore and Invisiberries, we have a very important guest today."
"Yes princess!" They said, zooming away faster than anypony could thought a pony could, rivaling even Rainbow Dash in speed.
About 5 minutes later, the chef ponies came back, all carrying at least 3 plates each, The unicorn was carrying the largest plate, which had a roast Manticore on it. The other plates contained various side-dishes, as well as a bowl of the finest quality Crystal Invisiberries. They were all set down in front of Ridley, who was about to explode from excitement from this gigantic feast.
"If I eat all of this at once, I might have too much energy, causing me to molt...better hold off..." Ridley muttered quietly..so nopony could hear him. "Thank you for all the food."
"It's no problem, Oh...I almost forgot, what's your name little guy?" Celestia asked, curious to see whether or not he has a name.
"Ridley."
"Oh my, what a unique name...You are just full of surprises, aren't you?" Celestia giggled, a bit too much, causing some of the Guards to stare.
By this time, Ridley decided that he had enough food, for he worried that eating such a ferocious creature ( Or, at least he presumed was a predator.) would cause him to molt from It's sheer amount of nutrients. Celestia had told everyone that they should get some sleep, and they would arrange a place to stay for Ridley to stay.
After everypony went to bed, Ridley decided that it would be a good Idea to explore a bit, he had heard Celestia tell everypony to be kind to him, so he had no fear of being caught. As he was walking through the Royal hallway, however, something caught his eye, A blue Alicorn was sitting on the balcony, staring at a bright speck in the night sky. She then spoke up, now aware she was not alone.
"Tell me, Ridley, do you see the bright object right there?" Luna said as she pointed to an open part of the sky,except for one bright object, which was getting closer.
"Yes. It appears to be a ship."
"I was afraid of that..."

"Incoming transmission from Weavel."
"Open video feed Adam."
"Hey Samus, what's up? I got the scan visors, along with some other supplies. I even managed to pick up a wandering Luminoth on the way here, cool huh? He said his name was U-mos, said he knew ya'."
"U-mos!? Really? I didn't expect him to be wandering in space.." She pondered what to say next, but decided to go against idle chit-chat." Come on, let's head down, just follow me."
The two ships headed towards the nearby planet, whose atmosphere gave no resistance whatsoever, allowing for a smooth descent onto the surface. What they saw was shocking to the two bounty hunters, a land full of energetic creatures, all conversing with each other in complete harmony. Not even the skittish of creatures were hiding... and all of the inhabitants were completely unfazed by the two ships landing down by the forest.
"This is gonna be one hell of a research mission."

Not really sure why I included Weavel, I guess because he's cool. ._.
Tell me what I should do with Weavel, cuz I ain't got a clue what to do with the guy, honestly. (This takes place directly after Metroid Fusion, by the way.)
Chapter 3- Not so "Little" Anymore...
On the edge of Ponyville...
"Guys! Look! I told you humans existed!" A mint green unicorn said quite enthusiastically, pointing to the various members of Weavel's recon team.
"How the...."Samus muttered."Horse..thing--"
"Lyra" The unicorn corrected.
"Lyra...how did you know I was a human?"
"I read all about humans." She said, staring deeply at Samus and the GF troops.
"Ugh, could you just...point us in the direction of the nearest fuel station?"
"Fuel? What's that?" She asked, clearly not familiar with vehicles.
"*Facepalm* Ugh...nevermind...just...go away please." Samus groaned...annoyed that the lifeforms here don't even know what fuel is.
"Uhm...just ignore the horses for now...focus on trying to find the Ridley clone." Weavel said.
Samus just stood there, with her hand on her visor...not doing anything...except scanning a a piece of metal that was embedded in a nearby tree.

Logbook updated
B.O.T.T.L.E Ship escape capsule ID:09.234.RID. Capsule from the now-destroyed B.O.T.T.L.E ship. Scans indicate it was opened approximately 23 hours ago. Scans also indicate that Bio-form inside is a genetic copy of Ridley, It was found by two other creatures when it landed, and was taken to a large castle where the leaders of this planet reside. Looking there first is highly reccomended.
"Found him." She said, pointing to a large castle far, far away.
"Ugh, our ships are out of fuel, how are we supposed to reach that?!" Weavel grunted, clearly upset that he has to walk.
"Idunno, maybe we don't have to walk." Samus said, pointing to a train down the road.
"You've got to be kidding me, Samus..."
"Nope, get on."
The group proceeded down the road, and boarded the train.The train conductor spoke up...
"Where y'all headed to, strange ones?"
"Take us here, please." U-mos said, projecting a hologram of Canterlot onto his hands.
"Alrighty, Canterlot it is!" He shouted, and proceeded to start the train.
Before the train got going, U-mos chirped in:"I like 'Trains'."
Samus did another *Facepalm* and the train headed off towards Canterlot, but more importantly, towards Ridley.

The next morning, In the Royal Garden..
Yawn...I'd better go see those "Princess" things for food, I don't feel like hunting for some right now...
Ridley looks around the castle a bit, remembering his way around from his walk last-night. He looked around at an intersection, seeing a yellow path, and a blue path. He chose the yellow path, remembering that it led to Celestia's kitchen, where she said that he was allowed to eat as much as he wants. As he was approaching the counter, he pulled out his fangs, and noticed his beak was more pronounced.
"Ack! It's starting!" He screached, but nopony heard him, well except one ...
"Having some trouble, little guy? Bwahahaha!" A crackly voice chuckled."I've had my eye on you for a while, I think it's time you tell me what's up with all this molting business, don't you?"
"Who are you, exactly, Mr. Mix-up?"
"Why, I'm Discord, Element and God of Chaos, of course!"
Just then, Ridley started to feel strange, as if someone was tapping into his his brain.
"Oho! It seems you had a pretty exciting life! I like you kid, I like you so much, I'm just gonna go ahead and mature you about a year or two. Yup, that's sure to make you turn into that lizard-thing." Discord chuckled as he snapped his fingers..and vanished, leaving Ridley to deal with the now inevitable molting that was likely to occur within the next hour.
He rushed as fast as he could to the castle sewers, a place where he could safely molt. He slopped down into the water, and attached himself to the wall. He slowly started to feel the pain of his skin ripping and tearing along the back of his spine, and all the while letting out rather loud screeches of pain. These were, however, heard by everypony in the castle, and even woke Luna from her sleep. After his back split in two, he began to crawl out of his now oozing prison, and after it was all done, he let out a rather large roar, turning everypony's attention to the door to the sewers.
"S-Sister, what was that?" Luna asked, with a tone of fear in her voice.
"Ridley." Was all she said, but enough to cause everyone to either be worried about him, or scared of him.
The newly molted Ridley was physically exhausted from the molting process, and needed to find food before he collapsed. But before he went towards the exit, he noticed that he was not the normal purple of his species, instead, he was a bright crimson color, and had black facial and foreleg armor. He did not have his normal tail either, instead, he had a barb at the end, much like a scorpion, or Manticore would.
"That Discord , he must have accelerated my growth, and my body must of used the traits of whatever I ate last to determine my evolution...Gah!" Now worried about his unusual evolution, but somewhat curious, he tested his new body, making sure to get used to it before he headed out.
"Wait, what the hell is on my forehead..." Ridley looked up and yelled as loud as possible "WHY THE HELL DO I HAVE A HORN! GAAAAAAAAAAH!"
"Don't you see? I infused you with my chaotic magic! Oh, and a little bit of my blood, I figured as long as you have my DNA in you, I can control you like a puppet! Bwahahaha!" Discord laughed maniacly, feeding off the confusion and rage that was building inside Ridley, slowly corrupting him.
"Discord? Who are you..*Gasp*!"

Another great improvement of a chapter. Sadly, I'm going to need some ideas on what to do next....Suggestions?
Chapter 4-Strange Encounters.
"Discord..what is that thing?!"
The young mare was shocked to see what seemed to be two Draconequus creatures standing on the edge of the sewer, one freaking out, and the other laughing maniacally. The latter of course, being Discord. Ridley was trying to get used to his new "Appendage" that now stuck out of his cranial armor. After realizing that it did not come off, he slumped over and folded his arms across his chest, and began to pout.
Stupid ponies, stupid chimeras, stupid everything!
"That, my dear Fluttershy, is our guest, Ridley. Although, I did give him a dose of my magic, I didn't expect him to turn into this! That was just a bonus!
"Discord, how could you! I'm so disappointed in you!"
Fluttershy gave Discord a look of disapproval, before trotting over to the rather angry Ridley, who was still huffing and puffing like a little baby.
"Mr.Ridley? Did Discord do this to you?"
"Yup"
"Oh you poor thing! Don't you worry, I'll get him to change you back somehow! I'm so sorry that he caused trouble for you..."
"Sorry lady, but that isn't happening. You see, my species molts into each new form, and it just so happens that your friend over there caused me to molt into my adult form. The only thing you could possibly do is perform some sort of magic, seeing as that is very prominent in this world."
"Oh my...maybe Twilight can help!"
"That one purple Alicorn?"
"Oh yes...she's very good with magic, I'm sure she can come up with a spell to fix you right up!"
"Could we just go now? I'm not really in the best of moods after what just happened."
"Oh..of course, just follow me."
As the two were walking, they heard what sounded like a stampede of hundreds of ponies. Turns out, Celestia had gathered the entire royal guard after hearing the blood-curdling screamed produced by Ridley after during his molting process. She was wearing the royal armor as well, Luna was just standing there, sipping on a milkshake.
Overkill much?
"FLUTTERSHY GET AWAY FROM THAT THING! NOW!" Celestia commanded, using the Royal Canterlot voice, something she was not proud of using."GUARDS, SEIZE THE CREATURE!"
Well, I guess this is ONE way for me to test my new found powers, isn't it?
The guards immediately charged towards Ridley, in obvious reasons to kill or wound it, however, the guards failed to notice the meek pegasus beside him. One of the guards spears sliced part of Fluttershy's wing, causing her to shriek in pain. They froze, realizing what they had just done. Celestia, however, was still intent on capturing Ridley. Luna dropped her milkshake, with her mouth agape.
"Miss Fluttershy! Are you ok?!"
"I-I'm fine, I'm not bleeding that bad...Ouch!"
Ridley, seeing how heartless these guards were, decided that they need to be put in their place, and what better way to do so then using his natural strength to subdue them, or completely decimate the entire squad? He jumped up in the air, and stretched his wings out wide, covering the troop of 100 in complete shadow.
"You hurt an innocent creature, and now you want to just give up on fighting me? I DON'T THINK SO!"
Ridley let out the Zebesian battle cry, causing everyone in the room to cower down, and cover their ears, except Celestia, who lunged strait towards Ridley.
"YOU WILL NOT HARM OUR SUBJECTS, FOUL DEMON!"
As Celestia's horn was about to stab him directly in the chest, his natural instincts kicked in, and he grabbed her horn, bringing her to a complete halt midair.
"How..how...what are you?"
"Something that can breath plasma breath, and could possibly break you in two right now if it wanted to.Give up, you are no match for me. Why would you even attack me? Are you so vain that you would charge directly into battle without assessing the situation? Hmmph, some leader you are. "
Realizing she was indeed outclassed, she floated down, head hung low. When the two were safely grounded, Ridley rushed over to Fluttershy, checking to see if he could help her wing in any way.It was severely clotting,and starting to turn a light shade of purple.
"Get her to a medical station,"He stated towards the guards, who lay dumbfounded at the sheer strength this creature had."What are you waiting for you idiots? GET HER TO A MEDIC, NOW!"
"Y-yes, sir!" The guards all chanted at once.
"As for you, Celestia, you have some explaining to do."
" 'Sigh' I guess it's just that, I wanted the saftey of my subjects, and I thought for sure there was harm being commited after that scream and-"
"PRINCESS, THERE'S SOME WEIRD THINGS IN YOUR LOBBY, AND THEY LOOK SCARY!" A guard frantically ran up to her, and gave a salute.
"Would one of those things be in a orange suit?" Ridley asked, eyes wide and breathing heavy.
"Y-yes?"
"Nonoononononononononononononnonono! This is bad, very, VERY bad! What is she doing here?! She's here to kill me! I gotta hide, I have to, NOW!"
"Ridley, what is the meaning of this? Who's going to kill you? What's going on?" Celestia looked worried, anything that could threaten Ridley must be very strong...oh crud. She thought.
Celestia, saw that a orange figure, along with 10 other individuals, were marching towards her.The one clad in orange spoke up.
"Hello there, My name is Samus Aran."
"Weavel."
"U-mos."
"And we are the Galactic Federation squad 789BETA, I'm captain Anthony Higgs, pleasure to meet you, princess."
The crowd of 11 bowed, as per courtesy when speaking to royals. That's when Samus noticed the cowering figure brushed up behind Celestia's flank. She walked up to him, which in turn, caused him to completely lose it.
"AAH, PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!"
"Relax, I was only sent here to observe you, it's ok."
By this time, Celestia had walked to her room, with a look of complete shock written all over her muzzle. Everyone else seemed to be fawning over Luna, calling her such things as "Adorable" and "The cutest thing ever", causing her to blush...deeply, with a dark contrast against her navy blue coat.
"Guys, get it together, you can adore the ponies later, we got to figure out what's up with this Ridley, he looks...odd, to say the least."
"Sure thing, Samus. So, what do we do?"
"I think we should run some tests on him, from what I can see, he clearly has some pony traits, and he appears to have molted to his final evolutionary stage."
"So...you didn't come here to harm me?That's...a relief...In my memories, you kinda killed me...alot."
"Well, Ridley, that was before, this is now. Everyone deserves a second chance, that's how we are allied with the Space Pirates, and even Sylux. He still kinda hates me though."
So...well...uhm...this is odd. This entire thing has been odd.
As everyone was about to walk out the door, Fluttershy and Twilight returned, with a spell, and with his eagle vision he saw "Creature-to-Pony Spell:For experts.".
Uh-oh.
Chapter 5- You're doing what now?
"Mr. Ridley, you remember Twilight, right?" Fluttershy said with a hint of glee, and a grimace from her wing pain.
"Ridley, I can see that Discord did this to you, and sorry to say, there's only one solution to this, and trust me, I looked for any other way. This is the only cure, and if you don't do it, you will become out of control, vicious, and savage." Twilight said, deadpanned in her tone, although somewhat giddy, probably because this was rare for her to be able to use a polymerization spell on something sentient.
Dammit. I'm not having a good day.
After a bit of explaining to Ridley, and Samus, who joined the conversation and introduced her and her team, Twilight asked everyone to follow her outside to the magic training grounds. After everyone was at a safe distance, Ridley spoke up.
"Are you SURE that this is the only option?"
Please say no...please say no....please say-
"I'm sorry,but it is..."
...Crud! I don't want to be a frickin' pony!
Ridley let out a depressed sigh, knowing that he will soon be a pony, not a amazingly powerful dragon that no-one dared challenge. He tensed up, and closed his eyes, knowing what comes next. A large surge of purple overwhelmed him almost instantaneously, as he felt his body being transformed from that of a menacing Xenomorph, to a small pony creature. It caused him pain as his bones shrank and rearranged, and his wings were shrank by a considerable amount. The horn on his head disappeared, and his muzzled turned inwards into a snout. His claws were morphed together, and became hooves. And finally, his scaly skin turned into a fuchsia coat, along with a crimson mane and tail.
"It's done everypony...Meet the new Ridley..." Twilight managed to say in between breaths, as the magic took a rather large toll on her magic supply.
Everyone turned with wide-eyes as they saw no longer a vicious looking Xenomorph, but a rather pathetic looking pegasus, who happened to be completely dazed from what just happened.
"Heh...heh...heh...would you look at that, I-i'm a pony! Nowifyouexcusemeimgonnapassoutnow. "
As if on cue, the Dragon-turned-pony collapsed onto the dirt road.
Samus started,"I think you might want to get him somewhere to rest."
"He can come to my place...I mean...If that's OK with you Ms.Samus..."
Sometime later that day, Ridley began to wake up, but he noticed he was in some sort of cabin. He tried to get up and walk, but then he remembered that he is now a pony, not a Giant- Space -Dragon-thing.
Hooves, how the hell do you walk with these,hmmm......
He tried to walk around for a bit, and got the hang of walking as a pony. After hearing all the commotion, Fluttershy walked up the stairs and greeted him with a warm smile and a hug.
"Glad to see you're OK Ridley, everypony was worried after you collapsed this morning, feeling any better?"
"I feel fine for someone who just their life turned completely upside down and turned into a different species." He stated in a monotone voice, and a completely stoic expression of distaste.
Wait a second, why can't I remember what happened before this morning...? Uh-oh.
"Miss Fluttershy."
"Yes?"
"I don't remember anything before this morning. This troubles me, severely."
Fluttershy struggled to tell him, but decided that he should know.
"Uhm...about that, Twilight said that memories of when you were in your other form would be erased from your mind, sorry about that..." She said with an apologetic grin
Huh...this is odd. I don't even know who the hell I am anymore, GREEEEEEEEEEEEAT. Could this day possibly get any worse?
"Are you OK, Ridley?"
"Huh...oh...yeah, just wondering, where are we, exactly?"
"Oh, *Giggle*, I took care of you while you were passed out, you're in my cottage, make yourself at home!"
"Another thing, how does one "Go" as a pony?" He asked, rather embarrassed at it.
"Oh..my...well, I-I don't know how to...explain that...You just, uh..."
Fluttershy was at a complete loss for words, and her brain simply decided that the best course of action was to blush and look down. After a few awkward filled minutes, she thought of a way to help him "Go."
"Well, you just sort of squat down, and...go?"
"So, what you're say Miss Fluttershy, is that a pony has to squat down, and apply pressure to the bladder organs? Seems simple enough, thank you."
"You're...welcome?"
Ridley was suffering from a headache after collapsing onto the hard dirt road, and sprawled himself onto the floor, rubbing his temples with his hooves.
"Everything Ok, Ridley? Oh my...you must have a terrible headache after you hit your head, don't you? But don't you worry, Nurse Fluttershy is gonna fix you right up!"
"You don't have to do that, Miss Fluttershy, it's just a headache. It'll probably go away by the end of the night. Or...I think it will, the pony anatomy is surely different than that of a Xenomorph."
"I'm sure it is, but don't worry, I'll help you every step of the way!"
"I'm pretty sure I'll be fine by the end of the week..."
"Nonsense! Having a new body takes time, Ridley, you don't just master it like you do a skill or a game! If you refuse my help, I will just have to force it upon you."
After much resistance from Ridley, Fluttershy managed to tuck him in a bed and put a bag of ice on his head. She also fixed some soup for him and spoon fed him like a foal.
She's taking this a bit too far.
"Miss Fluttershy, am I to be staying here for long? Surely I can't stay here for more than one week, I do not wish to impose upon such a busy mare like yourself."
"Oh, you're not bothering me, stay as long as you need to!"
Fluttershy put a reassuring hoof on Ridley's shoulder, and gave him a small smile. The two locked eyes, and Fluttershy looked away, hiding behind her mane and blushing.
"Miss Fluttershy, your core temperature is rising on your face, are you OK?"
Chapter 5-A year has passed.
Ridley has been living with Fluttershy for well over a year now, he has gotten accustomed to his body, and has even learned to fly exceptionally well, rivaling even Rainbow Dash in skill. He also had to attend the wedding of Ditzy Doo, but he had no idea what a wedding was, so Fluttershy had to end up explaining it to him later in the night. Pinkie Pie had also thrown one of her world famous "Welcome to Ponyvile!" parties for him, which caused him to experience the wonders of sugar and alcohol, which did not go over well with the ever-protective Fluttershy. As of right now, Fluttershy and Ridley are on a picnic on a hill, and Fluttershy is explaining Hearts and Hooves day to him, which is today.
"So Ridley, what else do you want to know about Hearts and Hooves day?"
"Nothing really, I just need you to go over the whole 'love' concept again, it still confuses me."
Ridley was stumped, he had never really been confused about such a small thing before, and furthermore, why did he care about this 'love' concept anways? He was a pony with super-developed strength, and could see almost a mile away, he had no need to worry about useless things like love...right?
"Well, love is something that you feel, almost like a warmth that you feel when you're around somepony, I guess you could compare it to having butterflies in your stomache." Like how I feel about you....
"Hmm, I must research further into this 'love' idea, now, shall we continue with our dinner?" Warmth in my body, that's how I feel when I'm around Fluttershy...wait, does that mean I 'love' her? No, it's proposterous. She's my landlord, I can't 'love' her, that would ruin my living situation, and there aren't any condos in Ponyville.
"Ridley look, the sun is setting over that hill, isn't it pretty?" She said as she rested her tired head on his shoulders, while he just remained silent, and as still as a statue. His mane was just swaying back and forth, which sent her heart aflutter.
"Yes, though, you should not stare at it for too long, I don't want you to burn your eyes out. You kinda need those. Wait, what are you-" Ridley was completely unprepared for what was about to happen, and every inch of his body was tensing up as it happened. Fluttershy leaned in and gave him a peck on the snout, and quickly inched back and hid behind her mane. giving a small giggle.
"I kinda like you Ridley," She said, but noticed that Ridley had completely stopped moving entirely, and was wide eyed."Ridley...? Is something the matter? Oh no, I didn't upset you did I? I'm so sorry..." She was really worried about him, and decided to carry him back to the cottage.
I think I broke him...
Near Fluttershy's cottage, Samus's recon group had set up a small camp to live in while on their mission, but things were uneventful, and Samus decided to make this place her home, building her own home with the help of the Apple family.U-mos had even built Light crystals to replace the oil as an energy source,and had began work on building sentry's to help around the facility.
Samus was sunbathing, when she noticed Fluttershy struggling with Ridley on her back. She rushed over to them.
"Fluttershy, what happened to him?" She pulled out her scan visor, and locked on to Ridley.
Scanning...
Scan complete.
Life-signs are stable, with slight heart palpitations. Signs indicate pony saliva on left cheek, indicating another has been interacting with the creature recently. Subject appears to be dazed and/or confused. Further investigation needed to complete data log.
"Well...you see Samus, I kinda...kissed him, and he ended up like this...sorry." She let out very meekly, and with an obvious blush.
"You kissed him?" I didn't see that coming.
"Y-yeah, you see, I've grown to really like Ridley, and the setting was so romantic, and I-" She was cut off from her panic attack by Samus, who put her finger against Fluttershy's lips to silence her.
"It's ok, Shy, he's fine, just a little shaken up. Did you give any sort of warning before you did that? It could of ended badly if he thought you were assaulting him."
"Well, I kinda cuddled up to him, oh I'm so stupid..." She said with teary eyes.
"No, you're not. He just wasn't expecting it, you have to remember that he only recently began to study emotions with Twilight. He was not at love yet, if I remember correctly."
Just then, they both heard a loud thump, but when they turned to find out what it was, they found Ridley on a patch of pillow grass, snoozing away.
"I guess we should let him sleep,"Fluttershy said with a gloom expression."he needs the sleep, could you help me get him into bed?
"Sure thing, Shy."
Ridley's mind was in complete disarray, not a single thing could be thought of other than what had happened that evening. A single question haunted him in his dream, "What does this mean?"
"It means that you two are in love, Ridley." A mysterious voice chimed in.
"Who's there?"
"Tis I, Luna. Did you forget that it is my job to check everypony's dream, and offer assistance when needed?"
"Oh, it's you. What do you mean we're in love? I thought that being love meant that you think only of one person, and constantly cuddle one another? We do none of that."
"Nay, you have it all wrong, young one. Pray tell, do you, or do you not get a tingling sensation when you are around Fluttershy?"
"I do..."
"And do you notice she always tries to get close to you when possible?"
"Yes, I have noticed that."
"Final question, did your body go numb when she kissed you?"
"How did you-"
"ANSWER THE QUESTION!" Luna demanded with the royal voice.
"O-OK! Y-yes, my mind went completely crazy, and my vision blurred as I faded out of consciousness."
"Don't you see? You have discovered true love, Ridley!"
Luna pulled him in as tight as possible, giggling like a giddy filly.
" *Hurk* B-but, what do I DO?"
"Why not ask her to marry you? Trust me, she won't say no, she has dreamed of this for many a months by now."
"Marriage? I'm not to sure about that...I'm not sure that I would be the best father."
"Nonsense, you will be a great father, I'm sure!" She smiled, and turned."Farewell Ridley, I shall plan for your future wedding. Oh, and don't be too rough with her." She ended with a wink.
Ridley blushed, and tried to catch Luna before the dream ended.
Dammit Lulu...
Ridley awoke, not exactly sure where he was, but as he found out, he wished that the dream had never ended. He was in bed with Fluttershy, and she was crying silently into his chest, wispering something...
"I'm sorry..."
He thought for a moment about alerting her that he was now awake, but he soon figured out that she was talking in her sleep. He did not want to disturb her sleep, so he did what seemed right, and pulled her into a hug. As he did this, she made a soft moan of acceptance, pushing into his coat even further. Ridely pondered what to do next, "Should I wake her? I want to let her know that she did nothing wrong, but part of me thinks that it would be best to just stay like this."
He began to stroke her mane, feeling along the wispy curls of her pink mane. He had never really taken the time to examine her features, and he found himself checking her petite build. He didn't exactly know what "Pretty" is considered in Equestria, but if he had to describe it, it was Fluttershy.
Tomorrow, I'll tell her how I feel...
That night had passed flawlessly, and the two had awoken at the same time the following morning. At first they simply lay down next to each other in bed, holding each other tight. After about an hour, Fluttershy got up and moved towards the door. She looked over her shoulder, and nodded toward Ridley, giving him the notion to follow.
The two sat on the couch, and Fluttershy was looking rather nervous. She was thinking of whether or not she should tell him what's on her mind, considering if he said no, the living situation would be extremely awkward for the both of them. She didn't have to worry, because Ridely beat her to the chase.
"Fluttershy...I need to say something" He said with a slow, but steady voice.
"Y-yes, Ridley?" This...this is it! She thought to herself, but her face clearly showed she was excited about this.
"I-I love you." Ridley did a mental facehoof at the sheer bluntness of what he did, but it didn't last long, as Fluttershy lunged at him, and their lips locked. She broke the kiss, and whispered with teary eyes...
"I love you too..."

2 months had passed since Ridley and Fluttershy had become officially a couple, and things have been great for the two ponies. Celestia and Luna had arranged their wedding already, well, Luna did most of the planning, Celestia just sort of sat there uninterested the entire time, dealing with the funds of this ordeal.(Which were quite large.)
At this point and time, Fluttershy and Ridley were on their way to see Rarity to be sized for their wedding attire. Rarity was ecstatic to hear that her best friend was getting married, and Sweetie Belle was excited as well, for this was her first time getting to fit a stallion. The two approached the boutique, afraid of what horrific wonders lie behind that door. Ridley opted to open the door for Fluttershy, to give her a bit of confidence going in.
"Mares first." He said with a shaky undertone, almost like he was asking a question.
"O-Ok..." She said with almost the same tone, but clearly even more nervous than Ridley.
When the two walked in, what they saw was exactly what they had imagined, pure chaos. Rarity was sitting at her desk, with her head slammed into it, and fabric strewn about in every corner of the boutique. Sweetie Belle was standing beside her, with a scared look in her eyes, and mane in a frizzy state of disarray. Rarity shot up as soon as she heard them enter, looking at the couple with teary eyes. Everyone but Ridley knew what was about to happen.
"Of all the worst things that could happen, this is THE. WORST. POSSIBLE. THING!" She moaned, making a couch appear to cushion her fall in her over dramatic fashion. Ridley had a bewildered expression at all of this, not knowing if she was faking, or was being serious. Either way, his brain told him that the best option, was to just stand there.
"Don't worry, she always does this." Fluttershy whispered into his ear, making sure not to alert the emotionally-unstable Rarity.
Ridley and Fluttershy walked up to Rarity, who had seemed to calm down a little, And began to question what happened to the Boutique .
"Miss Rarity, what exactly happened here?" Ridley inquired, legitimately worried on how one mare could destroy a building while designing a wedding dress.
"Oh, it's terrible...I couldn't find any lilac sapphires, the dress is ruined! Please forgive me Fluttershy, I ruined your wedding." She let out with tears in her eyes, clearly distraught.
"Let me get this straight...you turned your shop inside out, because you are missing a few rocks?" Ridley deadpanned at the now blushing Rarity.
"Uh...yes?" Rarity sheepishly said, with a faint smile.
Ridley facehoofed at this, and thought it was best not to address it any further. He instead decided to get her back to finishing the dress.
"Miss Rarity, the dress appears to be almost finished, the only thing left to finish is the hemming near the wings, and to put the veil together, then fit it to Flutter's form. Nothing too hard, It would be best if you finished before the wedding tonight, correct? Surely a fantastic dressmaker like yourself could never be bested by a simple WEDDING dress, right?" He said with a slight glare, and a smug grin.
"You're...you're right! I can't let a simple dress defeat me!" She turned to Fluttershy,"Fluttershy darling, come with me, we have work to do. Sweetie Belle, you keep working on the suit, and make sure it is to Ridley's likings, kapeesh?"
"Yeah, sis."Sweetie moaned. "Come on Mr.Ridley, we need to fit you into this suit."
As Rarity and Fluttershy left upstairs to her private design room, Sweetie Belle was left to tend to Ridley and his suit. Sweetie Belle was apprehensive towards getting him on the stand, considering he was quite tall, almost as tall as Celestia herself. Eventually, she got the guts to approach the Hulk-of a stallion.
"Mr.Ridley, could you care to step up on this platform, so we can begin the fitting process?" She said, having to crane her neck upwards to see his face. That being said, this made her really nervous when speaking to him face-to-face.
"But of course, Ms.Belle. I assume that you want me to stand as if I was one of those fitting mannequins over there?" He said cooly, trying to be as polite as possible; as to speed up things.
"Yeah...hehe..." Holy mother of Celestia, this dude is tall...how am I supposed fit a suit on him?! She thought to herself, causing her stress level to skyrocket to unusual amounts. Ridley on the other hand, was perfectly calm, if not bored.
He thought to himself, Why is she so nervous about this? It's a suit.Oh, the wonders of the female brain.
After sizing him accordingly, she began to stitch the fabric together. It was probably the biggest suit she had ever seen, rivalling even a suit Rarity had made for a fellow that went by the name of "Slender". Nonetheless, after about a half hour later, she finished the suit.
"Alright, let's get this suit on you, and then get ya' down to the town hall!" She said with a somewhat relieved smile.
"Yes, let's." That took longer than expected. Huh, what's that weird chill coming from upstairs?
"So...you are the source of all this delicious love, eh? I would've never thought somepony as weak and pathetic as you would ever find love. Hehehe...oh boy I'm going to have fun with this one..." A sleek, black figure whispered into a young mare's ear.
"Ch-Chrysalis!?P-Please...don't..don't hurt me!" The mare backed up into a corner, defenseless against the imposing figure, who was now laughing maniacally.
"Leave you alone? Now why would I go and do that, when I have the feast of a lifetime right before my eyes? Don't worry, I won't kill you...I'm just going to...LOCK YOU IN A DUNGEON FOR THE REST OF YOUR PATHETIC EXISTENCE! BWAHAHA!"
The mare tried to flee, but Chrysalis's magic took hold of her, scanning every inch of her body and mind, and copying it straight onto her's
"Don't think I forgot about the Canterlot incident...this is a suitable payback, isn't it? See you in hell,Fluttershy!Hahaha!"
And with that, Fluttershy vanished from sight, leaving only her doppelganger in her place. Rarity, who had been in another part of the boutique the entire time, walked back in as if nothing had ever happened.
"Back darling, that string was awful hard to find, could you believe it was under Opal's bed? I can't imagine how it got there. Fluttershy darling Is everything alright? You seem a bit stiff." She pondered.
Chrysalis pondered what to say, but eventually thought of something."Oh yes, It's just pre-wedding nerves...nothing to worry about!"
"Oh, is that all?"
