You’re better off dead
You were a mistake
The voices flew through his mind as he ran through the Everfree Forest. The little filly recently got into yet another fight with his parents, this time though he said it was over. As he continued running though the forest he tripped over a rock making him hit the ground hard. Shaodw Twist looked up and saw that he was no longer alone, a group of 4 timberwolves stood in front of him. The little filly didn't know what to do, the first thing that came up to his mind was to yell for help-but he didn't want to yell for help, instead he wanted to fight back.
Twist finally decided that he was better off running; he got himself up and immediately started to run. He saw that he was close to the end of the forest, his hopes were up. Finally making to the end of the forest the filly turned around and saw that the timberwolves didn’t follow him, he was relieved as he gasped for breath. He couldn't take it anymore; the pain he was feeling was too much for the little filly, he fainted on the ground.
Twist woke up on a bed, and at first he thought it was all a dream but as he got up he realized he wasn't home anymore. Instead of panicking, he actually felt a sense of relief. He decided it would be a good idea to have a look around his surroundings and possibly find out where he was at. As he got up he was interrupted as a mare walked into the room he was in, the mare had a bright cyan mane with white stripes, she was a pegasus.
“I see you’re finally up” said the Pegasus, “Who are you?” Twist immediately responded. “My name is Ray Flow, and who are you?” said Flow, “I’m….ugh...I’m Shadow-w...Twist” responded Twist in a shy voice. “I saw you at the edge of the Everfree Forest, you we’re fainted on the ground, I decided to take you with me to my cottage” said Flow “Thanks, but umm… where exactly are we?” said Twist. “Well, I live right near the mountains as you can see right out the window” said Flow as Twist looked out the window. “So, where do YOU live Twist?” said Flow “I..ugh..I don’t have a home” responded Twist, “What do you mean you don’t have a home? Are you an orphan?” Flow said with a concerned look “No. I…ran away from…home” Twist responded with a sigh. “Oh my, your parents are probably worried sick about you!” Flow said with a scared look on her face “Hah, if only they actually cared about me to begin with” Twist responded with a shy grin on his face, “What do you mean if they actually cared about you? Don’t they care about you?” Flow said with a concerned and curious look on her face “Well…my parents don’t actually like me, they really hate me and they want me dead” Twist said with a sad look on his face. “Ah, I see…I too ran away from home when I was just a little filly like you” Flow said with a grin on her face “I was mistreated and hated by my parents” she said with a sigh.
