How Rainbow Dash became my best friend

After that night I talked to her. Apparently he was worse than Gilda. I was going to help her get over it, but She was too mad. If it was any better than I would've. I was sorta watching her for a bit, I only saw one colt go up to her.

He didn't look any stronger than Featherwhight, but strong enough to scare Rainbow. Anyways, when she was doing her job I went to talk to him. “What'd you want?” He asked. “Look, can you please leave Rainbow Dash alone?” I asked.

I didn't like to fight for her, but I would. “What ya gonna do 'bout it?” He asked. “Look, just leave her alone.” I said. “Not gonna unless you wanna fight for her!” He yelled.

I punched him a few times. He went down. He gave me a good hit to my jaw. I shook it off, and right hoofed him in the eye! He was down for a minute. By the time he was up, Rainbow was there.

He lunged at her, but before he could hurt her I took a chair and threw it at him. “Shadow, what happened?” Rainbow asked. “I may have, came here to tell him to leave you alone and he started a fight.” I said.

After I said that, she hugged me. “Thanks.” She wispered. We left after explaining what happened to the cops. They let us go, but her ex was not taken lightly. He was in jail for awhile.

“Rainbow, you're never as sad as I saw you last night.” I said. “Don't tell anypony or I'll deny it.” She said. We where at the cloud house the rest of the week. It was fun for the most part.

We talked and all that fun stuff. I just have mixed feelings for her right now. That would be my only problem. With only days left until our adventure! She was so excited! Well, so was I but not nearly as much as her.
