Unexpected Confrontations
As Twilight continued toward The Villa down the dark streets of Ponyville, she started to think of the warnings she had gotten from the ponies in town. One in particular seemed to want to keep her from going there a bit more than the other ponies she had asked, Lyra Heartstrings. Why does she feel this way? They had never really been close.
Every step Twilight took got her closer, but farther from The Villa. Every inch closer, the more she pondered the possibilities of what waited for her at The Villa and why Lyra seems like she wants to keep Twilight away with her life. As she thought about it more she remembered the confrontations with her friends and Lyra.
She found her friends and basically all of Ponyville at Sugarcube Corner partying with Pinkie, except for Dash. The moment she realized this Dash had come through the door. Dash looked around the room and saw Pinkie eating a rainbow cupcake, her stomach turned and she quickly left, no longer having the appetite for the party. She went around to all of her available friends and asked the same question, "Why does no pony live in The Villa any longer?" They all replied with the same basic warning, that the house was haunted and not a single pony has ever gone in and come out alive, or deceased. That anypony that has ever ventured into The Villa, has never been seen again. She shrugged these warnings off as Lyra pulled her to the side away from everypony, "Promise me." Twilight looked at Lyra confused, "Promise you wh-" "Promise me you'll never go in that house, ever, not in your life." Lyra looked at Twilight questioningly. "I'm sorry Lyra, I have to find an explanation for this. It's not possible for a house to be haunted, it's illogical." The second she finished speaking Lyra leaned forward and kissed Twilight softly on the lips, Twilight's eyes widened but she soon found herself enjoying it and kissing back, after a moment Lyra pulled back, "Please, promise me you'll keep away from that house. I don't want to lose you like I did my friend... Bonbon...:" Twilight looked at Lyra even more confused now about the event that had just transpired. "I-I... I promise.." Twilight responded in a bit of confusion
"Oh, sorry about what just happened.. I... I like you.. That's why I never talk around you.. I just felt i'd stumble on the words." Lyra spoke looking down toward the ground. "Lyra?" As Twilight said her name she picked her head up and looked into Twilight's eyes again, "I'm still confused, I've never been in this situation before... what do I do, what books do I read?" Pinkie looks over from across the room hearing Twilight babbling, "Looks like I need to have a talk with a certain purple pony!" Pinkie hopped in an overexcited manner over to Twilight and Lyra, "Excuse us for a teeny-tiny second?" She said as she pulled Twilight away from Lyra. "Twilight was as confused as Lyra when she said, "Umm... Pinkie? What are you doing?" Pinkie looked at Twilight as if she were a young foal just learning the basic rules of society, "Books can't teach you what you need to learn for yourself, you need to not worry about the books right now and worry about yourself and your feelings. If you start over thinking again, just think of something that calms you, like Rarity! Oops... That was supposed to stay in my head. Oh well, no matter!" Twilight's facial expression gained a bit more of an understanding look and she turned around, saying quietly, "Thanks Pinkie." Pinkie's gaze averted from Twilight to Rarity, she soon realized that Rarity was turned away from her and that she could see her backside. She quickly turned away with her face a more reddish color than normal, then returned to her normal party-goer pony self, after the red faded of course.
Soon after she had left the party and was where she is now, on the path to The Villa. The Villa was to be the spot of her next "study," More like spying, but on a house. On the way to her house she had noticed that the grass slowly faded and completely disappeared, along with all other forms of vegetation on the way to the house. The only things still standing were the dead trees and of course, The Villa. After noticing this it only took her five or six minutes to get to The Villa, after she arrived she set up her "camp," a small stand, three papers, a quill, an inkwell, and a small bed under a cloth spread between four of the trees. She noticed right away that over the roof of the house a flag in the colors white, orange, and yellow, as well as the fact the they sky seemed motionless. The clouds over the roof stuck in one positions as if they had been glued and the darkness around the house had only barely been illuminated by the light coming from Twilight's horn as she needed it to write. As she began to write this down in her notes she felt a sharp pain in her head and quickly everything went black. A young and white unicorn began to pull her toward The Villa using levitation, obviously inexperienced as Twilight was barely off the ground.
"Do you need help?" A familiar and young, orange pegasi said quietly. "I can bring her to house by myself, go!" A young unicorn said obviously annoyed. "Would ya'll hurry up, somepony's comin'!" All three of the young fillies turned to see a shadow slowly approaching the Villa calling, "Twilight, are you there? Is everything okay?" They all turned and ran to the Villa, Twilight being carried by the unicorn still, unconscious and barely breathing. After a moment they made it to the basement doors outside of the Villa and quickly threw them open, ran in and closed them with a lock keeping it from opening again.
Twilight awoke chained close to the floor and unable to move, a very sharp pain in her head reminding her that this isn't a dream. As she awoke she began to smell what seemed like rotting flesh and old blood. "So, you're awake, I thought you'd have woken before. You must be in some pain." Twilight was given no chance to answer as another voice chimed in, "Ya knew ya weren't supposed to be comin' here, yet ya did anyway. Ah thought ya were a smart pony Twilight, ah reckon ah was mistakin' ya fer what ya weren't, huh?" Twilight soon found that she had another pain on the high areas of both her hind legs, "I guess we should tell what we're going to do beforehand, seems like the right thing to know doesn't it?" Twilight soon recognized every voice she just heard "Sweetie Belle... Scootaloo... Apple Bloom... Why are you doing this...?" She could hear them, though not understanding what they were saying or seeing them in the dark room, she knew what they were planning couldn't be good. "Seems like we're going to have our own little spin on a rainbow factory, doesn't it Sweetie Belle?" Twilight's eyes dart back and forth as her eyes begin focusing in the dark, she sees a pony, or what used to be a pony, lying on a table behind the three young fillies. Under her breath she whispers, "Bonbon..." She saw the pony that had disappeared just days ago, lying dead, in pieces as it seemed like her bones and flesh were toyed with while she was being cut open. "Why....?"
Misshapen Desires (small edit)
As Twilight's eyes focused in the dark room she looked back at her hind legs, "My... my cutie mark, you cut it out?!" She screamed in agony as she became aware of the pain in her head and her legs. Scootaloo turned toward Sweetie Belle, "Should I show her my necklace?" Sweetie Belle nodded with a smile as Scootaloo turned back toward Twilight saying, "Hey Twilight, what do you think of my necklace?" When Twilight looked up at Scootaloo she didn't see an innocent filly, or a "necklace," what she saw was a sadistic group of ponies and her horn on a string around the filly's neck. Twilight couldn't find the strength or even the will to form words, she began to cry at the sight of her horn to which Scootaloo responded with a swift, bone breaking kick to Twilight's ribs.
"Shut up you little foal, I thought that being older, you wouldn't cry. You should be glad your horn is gone, now you don't have to worry about showing off." The deranged pegasi formerly called Scootaloo said with a grin. She turned toward Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom, "You girls can go, I'll handle this." They nodded and slowly walked out of the room, slamming the door while giggling in delight of thinking of what she's going to do to Twilight. "Scootaloo.... why...?" Twilight could barely speak as her broken ribs were pushing directly into her lungs, "You kept Rainbow Dash away from me, you kept her from being who I wanted her to be. I no longer care about flying, I only care about giving you what you deserve." She turned around and grabbed a small knife and loosened the chain to flip twilight onto her back, tightening them up so she couldn't kick. She took the knife and started to slice into Twilight's underside slowly, so the skin wouldn't tear to much. Also, she did so love the sound of screaming coming from Twilight.

As Lyra began to look for Twilight on the road to The Villa she began to hear what sounded like fillies, "Here, and at night of all times? This isn't going to end up well for them.." She stopped and hid behind a tree as she saw three fillies, moving quickly toward The Villa with the purple pony in tow. "No... they can't be.." As Lyra spoke she ran at them, she started to hear talking but couldn't understand it. As she started to focus on her surroundings she recognized one of the fillies, "Applebloom...?" She whispered to herself as the three fillies closed the basement door and she heard the sound of what seemed like a few dozen locks close on the inside. "Twilight.... please be okay when I get in there..." Though she knew that what she was going to find when she got in there, wasn't going to be what she hoped for.... She knew she was going to tear up as she moved closer to the "house." "This isn't a house... I know what I saw in their eyes... this isn't going to end well..." She started to move hurriedly toward the front door of the Villa bracing her mind for the atrocity she felt she was going to see.

As Scootaloo was cutting into Twilight's underside she made sure to cause as much pain to Twilight as possible, "The screams... your screams... the beautiful sound they make..." Twilight began to say her friends name in between the agonized screams of pain, "Rarity... Fluttershy.... Applejack... Pinkie Pie... Lyra... Rainbow..." As she said Rainbow's name Scootaloo took the knife out of Twilight's underside and put it up to Twilight's throat, "Shut up... Shut up... SHUT UP!" Twilight began to whimper, "I'm sorry..." Scootaloo looked even more agitated than a moment ago, "You're sorry?! I bet you are! Their's no need for you to apologize anymore, I won't be able to hear you.... Sweetie Belle!" As she called Sweetie, the white unicorn came in with thread and a sewing needle in her magical aura, "Done." She spoke with a maniacal grimace as she picked up Twilight's head in her hooves, "You. You should have stayed quiet, and keep my sister's name out of your mouth!" Sweetie then began to sew Twilight's mouth shut while singing this:
'Cause I love to make you smile, smile, smile
Yes I do
It fills my heart with sunshine all the while
Yes it does
'Cause all I really need's a smile, smile, smile
From these happy friends of mine
Twilight remembered her friend Pinkie, how she would miss Twilight... She soon started to cry, "Oh don't cry again, you already look pathetic enough." Scootaloo spoke up after wiping the blood from the knife onto her orange coat. Twilight was in pain from what was happening but she knew, if she started to scream from the pain it would tear the sewing thread through her skin. Sweetie finished a few moments after starting and left the room, leaving the bloody sewing needle in Twilight's line of sight. "Good, now I can finish what I started." She began to laugh as she got closer to Twilight, "Now. Where was I, ah! That's right." She slowly cut through the last little bit of skin enabling her to go into Twilight's underside. "This is where the real fun starts." Twilight's vision was beginning to fade from the loss of blood, "Don't leave yet, we've still go plenty of fun to have!" Scootaloo started to cut her intestines loose slowly, "Can't go to fast, you'll miss all of the fun if I do." Soon after she finished Scootaloo took Twilight's intestines and hung them around her neck like a decoration, "I find what to do with these later..." She then started to go after the stomach. She slowly pulled her stomach from where it lay and set it gently onto a small table she had pulled up a moment before, "Don't want you to go yet." Seconds later she was stabbed in the middle of the back with a fire poker, "Why did you have to... do this to Twilight...." Scootaloo looked behind her at the last second before Lyra pushed the arc of the poker to the other side of her spine and pulled backward, ripping Scootaloo's spine out. "How... could you... Twilight.... I'm sorry... I didn't make it in time..." Twilight looked through her mostly faded vision and tried to say, "I love you," but, the only thing that escaped was a mumble. Lyra caught what she meant, "I... love you to Twilight... I'm sorry..."
Twilight's world faded to black, she had finally given in to death.
