Maj. James Crawford....
“James are you sure this is where we are supposed to be?” One of the soldiers asked, the sand storm made it difficult to tell where he was but James was sure of where he was.
“Yeah! Now if you see anything like temple or a cave point it out!” James replied, his M4 was at his waste. The wind whipped around him like a tornado and he could barely see an inch infron of his face, as he walked his GPS began to beep.
“Whats that mean!?” One Of James Comrades shouted.
“I’m Leaving!” James replied, at the moment a bolt of lightening shot down form the heavens and struck him leaving a stunned squad of soldiers behind. How had this happened? Well several weeks ago....

James sat reading his grandfathers journal, how it swore that the Time Walker Project Existed. He didn’t believe a lick of it until the man he was meeting appeared with a strange object.
“This is it! The last remaining Time walker device! It is yours, your father left it for you. To use it you must trek into the storm of the Sahara. When you reach the proper coordinates it will do the rest, this is all I can say. We never spoke.” With that the very brief meeting ended and a very stunned James took it upon himself to venture into the sahara

The Void
James Crawford....
James looked around, he knew not what he was looking for but it soon revealed itself. A sliver of light similar to that from under a door appeared, James walked towards it and instinctively looked for a handle. When he found it he opened the door and found himself staring at a beautiful forest.
“What the fuck?” James asked himself, he stepped forward and instantly the door he was standing in slammed shut. He turned with a look of horror and desperatly tried to pry the door open. “No No NO! OPEN UP! COME ON DAMN IT OPEN UP!” James removed his helmet and balaclava revealing a tanned face with green eyes and a five o’clock shadow. His large muscles desperately tried to open the door and when that didn’t work he slammed his entire six foot tall frame into it but still the door would not budge. “GOD DAMN IT!” He stepped backwards and checked his GPS, it was dead. He checked his compass but the needle was wrong, so he chose a direction and started walking. It was uneventful, peaceful even. Until he happened along the skeleton of a massvie beast, it had been there a while and its head was missing. “The Fuck?” James said as he saw a piece of shrapnel embeded in a tree. It had writing on it. “A frag grenade? Where the fuck am I?!” He continued walking for several hours until he saw another strange sight. An abandoned shack with many bottles and glass objects hung about it like an aboriginal bungalow.
“Hello?” he called out, there was a slight rustling inside and the door opened a bit. The sound of a gasp graced James ears. “Hello!?”
“A while it has been, are you looking for your kin?” A voice said in a strange rhyme.
“Yes, My grandfather passed through here years ago....” James said warily, the door opened more to reveal an older Zebra. “What the fuck is going on here!?” James said backing up and raising his rifle.
“Indeed his kin you must be, come there is something you must see.” The Zebra said happily, James just watched as she walked away, with nothing else to do he was forced to follow the Strange creature.
“How are you talking? Why are you talking!” James said dumbfounded, the Zebra giggled a bit.
“Years before your grandfather came, tell me do you know his name?” The Zebra asked, James nodded as he walked with her.
“Michael Crawford.” James said. it was sureel talking to a zebra in his world but one that talked back? He assumed he was just going crazy.
“Ah the man with the children three, he will be glad to see thee.” The Zebra said with a smile. “Zecora is my name, potions and magic is my game.”
“Well Zecora....I’m james.” James said. “Why do you ryhme all the time?”
“Why not? I do it a lot.” Zecora replied plainly. “We are here just over the hill, lays the sleepy town of ponyville.”
“You can’t be serious, a town called ponyville. What kind of people....name a town....Oh shit.” James said while coming over the hill, in front of him was a town of small techni colored ponies. As if a button had been pressed they all stopped and turned to look at James.
“The pony to seek is Epluribus Unum, A pony of the union. He lives beyond town, on the virgin ground.” Zecora said simply before turning “Good fortune be yours, and call no pony a horse.”
“Wait you’re leaving me!?” James bellowed, Zecora nodded. James sighed and pulled his balacava over his head. “Well jimmy boy....guess you’re fucked.” James said to himself before starting towards the town. It was eerie, all the ponies just stared at him as if waiting for something to happen. It was more than creepy enough to make James sprint the rest of the way across town to a house that looked remarkably similar to one he had lived in. He ran up to the door and knocked frantically.
“Gimme a minute!, Fuckin kids can’ leave an old man alone for five minutes without buggin him.” A gruff old voice replied. The door swung open. “WHAT!?” A gruff looking pegasus said, his mouth then dropped open like a stone. “Well I’ll be damned... Get your sorry ass in here soldier!”
“Excuse me!?” James protested.
“I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say you met zecora already, get your damn ass in this house before I call down the wrath of god boy!” The Pegasus snapped, James complied and entered the musty old house. “What are you all gawking at!” The Pegasus shouted at the crowd outside his home.
“So you’re Epluribus I take it?” James asked
“Friends call me that, Family calls me Mike.” Epluribus replied, the wheels in James’s head began to turn slowly. The Pegasus began to walk towards the kitchen.
“Michael Crawford?” James asked
“How do you know that name?” Epluribus said suspiciously James took off his dogtags and tossed them to the old pony. “Well I’ll be damned....”
“DAD! ARE YOU HOME!” A female voice shouted, a yellow pony with red mane ran into the room and immediatly stopped in her tracks. “Dad?”
