Equestria has survived hard times. Apocalyptic wars have engulfed the Empire more than once, and each and every time the ponies had won. Technological and societal progress was the hallmark of the Golden Age of Equestria, and with new technologies being developed at such a rapid rate, it wasn't long until the ponies went to the stars.
Their classical leader, Princess Celestia, still presides over the large, extremely advanced empire back on the ponies' home planet.

But with the return of a very old and now much more powerful enemy, how will the planet of Equestria continue to survive?
